Even though we arrived late and it looked as though they were ready to close for the evening they made us feel very welcome. Very friendly and great service. We only tried their pizzas which were very good and arrived very quickly. Highly Recommended. Visited a second time and was equally friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely phenomenal! Came in a few weeks ago for my other half's birthday and we cannot fault it at all. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the food was fantastic and I was (pleasantly) surprised when the bill came out. We'll definitely be back again!

We always love an evening at Setteballo, the food, service and atmosphere is 10/10 the staff are always so welcoming and attentive, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for an evening at Gloucester Quays.

Visited here for dinner this evening with friends after it was recommended. Food was really tasty, good portion sizes and excellent value for money. Nice atmosphere and staff were lovely. Will visit again!

Great night, good food, what more do you need

Lovely restaurant. But on a cold evening, other guests small children should be asked to stay inside and not keep running in and out every 5 minutes with freezing air rushing into the establishment. Especially if you are sitting right by the door like myself.

I have seen some quite negative reviews of this restaurant. But I have to say that on the evening we visited just before Christmas (a party of 9) the food was good (although typical Italian fare and not spectacular) and both the service and atmosphere were good and friendly. So we genuinely enjoyed our food and had a good evening. So worth a try if you're local to the Tooting area.

Staff was amazing. Nice, helpful and had a sense of humor. The place is really cozy and feels warm. The food took a bit long, but it was absolutely worth it. Delicious and not too over the top, absolutely recommend.

Fantastic dinner. Owner is incredibly friendly and a real joy to chat to! Went twice in a week as it was so good. Tasty menu with lots of options and they are happy to make adjustments where possible.

Wonderful little restaurant. Everything is great! The owner is a funny guy and he knows what makes a fantastic local dining experience. Food - ridiculously delicious. Service - warm and accommodating. Atmosphere - local and friendly. What more can you ask for?

Lived in the area for a year always meaning to go, so glad we did finally, all had different dishes and starters and desserts and it was all incredible food, amazing service will definitely return thank you

Really awful quality pizza. Never will order from here again. It’s tasteless, the dough is poor and taste like cardboard, and the cheese taste like plastic. The worse pizza I have ever had. Also the tiramisu is dry, disgusting and awful. Pity the minimum is one star as it doesn’t even deserve that.

Very nice pizzas, family run business. Bit awkward as owner is very nice but a little tough on the youngsters working there. Gerald the waiter is a really nice chap and made us feel welcome :)

We love it here! We live locally and visit almost every week (it’s our Sunday evening ritual). The owner is wonderful, a family run business, too. It feels like eating with friends. The food is always delicious, and great portions too! We cannot recommend enough, a must visit in Tooting!

This is a little gem in the Tooting. Pizza is best in area. Thin, crispy, and delicious. Quiet and gentle atmosphere.

Good value, local, family run Italian restaurant. Very welcoming and hospitable owner and staff. Perfect if you are local. Plenty of food choices. Very easy going. My pal is vegan and they are happy to adapt the menu choices to suit. Plenty of whisky in the Irish coffee ;-)

Absolutely love going here on a Friday evening, especially if it's a special occasion such as a birthday, they make you feel really special

Had dinner here with my wife - the pasta was pretty good but honestly I didn't feel like it was anything I couldn't do at least as well at home. The olives we had were also fine, but nothing special. Prices are pretty reasonable and the service is pretty good - overall fine but definitely not 5* from me. Maybe because we sat outside we weren't swept up in the atmosphere of the place...

We had a simply delicious dinner here last night. The food was phenomenal, and the host was very charismatic and made us feel very much at home with his sense of humour! I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Food was good.. though they took a long time to come after food was finished... i assume manager was having a go at one of his staff which made us feel awkward.. though he was nice with us. Still do recomend.

Lovely good sized resturant with wonderful staff. We had the lamb shank with roasted vegetables from the daily special menu which was very delicious. And the 4 cheese pizza with added chicken which was really good too, thin based pizza, not soggy, delicious cheese. Fully recommend. Also, the atmosphere was very nice, lovely mood lighting and decor. Looking forward to trying their other food

Lovely family run restaurant with good atmosphere and professional staff. I liked my fungi aglio starter, I loved my ravioli Aurora main course and I liked the tiramisu. Overall good experience and good quality food. Would recommend and return.

We've lived in the area for so long and kept saying we'd pop in - wish we had earlier! Lovely food, service and great value. We sat out the back which was really nice - should definitely advertise the seating area out the back! We'll definitely be back!

It was a real shame, as we had had a very busy and it was much later than our normal meal time, and we were very pleased to be able to get a table for 8:00 on a Saturday evening. Personally, I was delighted to see that a half-portion of pasta could be ordered as a starter so went for the unusual Spaghetti Sette Bello, followed by Pizza Napoletana. My wife went for the (again, unusual) Avocado Sirena, followed by the Grilled Sea Bass fillet special. Meanwhile, our son started with Funghi Milanese, and also went for a special, Pasta Al Gamberoni. Unfortunately, when our son's meal arrived, it turned out to be Carbonara. It wasn't obvious, and he didn't immediately spot it. In any event, he decided to plough on, rather than delay his meal by trying to have it substituted. My wife's starter was absolutely delicious, as was our son's. I was a bit disappointed with mine as it was a bit bland but I guess that It was as "described on the tin"! Again, we loved our mains (even our son), but my wife did feel that some of her vegetables were a bit undercooked. We washed it all down with a couple of bottles of the house red, excellent value at £18.95. We would certainly be happy to return.

You can see the guy is traying hard , very kind and a good host for sure , but that pizzas we had was just bad . looked like a flat brad more than a pizza , tomato sauce not seasoned , cheap cheese on it and the worst was the ham very bd quality . we had a quarter of a pizza and left .

It was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We went mostly for the specials of the day and some pizza. Loved the owner who was chatting to all new and regular guests. Highly recommended for all types of celebration and casual dining.

Well... what to say.. nothing extraordinary... However, the pizza was delicious... 👍 There is nothing else fancy for me to choose from the menu except pizza... 😑

5 Adults 3 children Went there after grandaughter Holy communion across road in the church we all really enjoyed it. They were very Accomdating. Even asked if the kids wanted to play with his kids in the Garden can't get much more family restaurant then that.

I'm so glad I live locally...Anyway I'll keep coming back here even if I had to move out. It's Been Always lovely, with smile and care. Thank you!

Brilliant, Authentic Italian restaurant run by the same family that was there over 10 years ago! Bruscetta was amazing, pasta and pizzas as good as you can get anywhere. Recommended!

Went there for friends birthday party 19th February 2022. The food was excellent and staff very friendly. Great atmosphere . When they knew it was a birthday they went that extra mile and presented the birthday girl Maria with Ice cream pudding with Sparklers. Would recommend this place.

Had 2 lovely family meals here. Starters, pizza and pasta were all well cooked and lovely Irish coffees also. Service is great and staff are so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I lost count of how many times they brought us a clean fork when our 2 year old dropped hers on the floor!

I absolutely love this place, the customer service is amazing, they always going above and beyond to cater to your every need! I celebrated my 40th here recently and they really went above and beyond to make it special and cater to our every need (within reason of course lol)... Delicious fresh food, delicious wine, amazing service and they even let me and my Mum push back our chairs and have a little after dinner dance after which I was presented with a huge birthday cake! Thank you so much for many amazing and memorable evenings.

No frills, friendly and welcoming service. The portions are generous. Satisfying all palates is impossible, in the case of "Tagliatelle alla carbonara" there are those who would like the bacon more cooked, others less, others would like more eggs ... Mine was well balanced and the pasta cooked to the right point. I would like the bruschetta presented nicely with a little more oil (but this is my preference), good and excellent to start the meal. The "Mari e monti" risotto is perfect as it is and I highly recommend it. The wine list is not large, but as they say: few, but good. I hope to soon find the opportunity to return more than willingly. The cost is moderate, considering that we drank two bottles of Italian wine and one of Moscato Asti I thought the bill was higher, to sum up I would give 5 stars and ££ / £££.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The food was amazing but what put the cheery on the cake was the service. The owner came over to the table and interacted with us to ensure our experience was the best it could be. I will definitely be back!

Finally tried this place after living in Mitcham almost all my life and we were not disappointed! A cosy, family run restaurant with a small but well executed menu centering around pizza and pasta with a few specials. Their garlic bread with tomato starter is a must. All the pizza is nice and thin with a crisp base and the pasta is cooked nicely al dente! We went on a fairly busy Friday evening and service was fast and all front of house done by the owner who made us feel like old family friends. Highly recommend this place!!

We love coming here - it is a lovely, family run restaurant, and the owner is very friendly, chatty and welcoming. Tasty menu of pizza, pasta and other dishes, and we have enjoyed our meals each time we've come. Appreciate the complementary limoncello at the end of the meal! There is a courtyard outside the back which we haven't sat in, but looks like it would be nice if you did want to eat outside. Would definitely recommend this for a meal out.

Lovely local Italian restaurant. Everytime I visit Pizzeria Sette Bello, the food is delicious. I really recommend the seabass and veg main meal. The environment is great. The staff as all very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this lovely restaurant.

Best Italian spot in tooting. Dope family vibe

I always come with my family for new years eve not just because of the great Italian food and wine, but also for the hosting of Tony and everyone else. They make you feel at home, they provide ample banter and serve the best dishes (and calamari). Every now and then we even get takeaway during the year. Go for the food, stay for the experience and if you're nice enough, there may be a Limoncello shot in it for you!

Sette Bello has been open for takeaways all through lockdown. Lovely pizzas, custom made to order. Hope we can get back to eating inside again soon.

Like being in Italy. Great atmosphere thanks to the decor and tremendous hospitality of the owner. The food is delicious and the specials we had were really excellent. Outdoor seating at the front and back. Good value.
