So good very nice staff Leutrim was very nice and sweet and so was his colleague Aldi.

Tucked behind Oxford Circus, Tortilla is a hidden gem for a quick and satisfying lunch. I recently tried their naked burrito, which allows you to customize your meal by choosing your style of rice, beans, meat, and salad. The options were plentiful, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. While you can add extra toppings for an additional cost, the large bowl I had was already quite filling and reasonably priced at £9. It's a perfect spot if you're looking for a convenient and tasty Mexican meal in the heart of London. Definitely worth a visit!

It’s such a cute cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was just delicious (i had the parmaham burrata pizza and the tiramisu) . The staff was excellent. And my friend accidentally spilled her tiramisu cocktail off the tabel and she got a new one for free. Which was also really good in flavour. Just overall the best restaurant i’ve been to in London.

I really recommend this place! Food was amazing, the pizza dough was the best I ever had and it was so hot with yummy cheese and pepperoni. My partner had their beef ragu and it was also incredibly tasty and hot. Very nice cocktails, and the little chocolate dessert divine. The service was top-notch, everyone sang happy birthday, and there was a sweet note on the table to congratulate me. Thank you a thousand times to Jasur our smiley waiter, so fun and kind. The blonde hostess was also fantastic. Well done to this restaurant, we will surwly be back in or next time in london!

I visited here with a friend yesterday evening for the first time. We initially booked to sit outside however it was cold and we were kindly seated inside as requested quite quickly. Our waiter was “Natalia” and she was amazing, very caring and made my birthday special. She remembered my name throughout the evening and always checked in to make sure we were okay. All the staff that evening were lovely and helpful. I had such a good experience in the restaurant and it was a very nice atmosphere, also the food and drinks were very good. Thank you Natalia again and I will be back next time!

Store meant to close at 10pm but the staff just decide to close at 9pm because they felt like leaving early for a Friday. Sent us to another location. Change the store hours on google and stop wasting peoples time

Best staff ever. I went there today around 3pm and was greeted with a warm smile and banter that put me in a good mood immediately. All the gentlemen working here are absolute class. Cool, professional and helpful. The food is great too.

Great value for money. Aldara, the person serving us was amazing 🤩 10 out of 10. In fact , all of them were. Friendly, helpful, just what you need for a simple, but healthy, lunch after a shopping session in Oxford Street. I’ve recommended to my friends: a huge plate of fresh food with a cold Pacifico beer for under £15, sitting in the terrace of a prime location (behind Oxford Street) difficult to find this days! I intend to visit often. Thank you!

Ash and Leitrim had Amazing customer service, instructing us how to order, (it was our first time). We cleaned our food off quicker than anything, the food here is honestly such good value for money, it filled us off for the whole night, amazing quality amazing food, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

The experience at Tortilla was not good unfortunately. I have placed an order online in the morning to collect my food during lunch. Transaction was made on my credit card and order was placed successfully. I received an email confirmation. The staff (a lady) couldn’t find my order when i was at the store even though i showed my order confirmation. I asked her if there’s anything could be done as I had already paid and was in a rush to go back for a meeting. She asked me nothing could be done, and i had to cancel the order myself to get my money back. I checked my order and there was no such option of cancelling my order. I told her and she ignored me. I left Tortilla with no food. I tried to contact the ordering platform -OrderPay to get my money back but they shooed me away by saying it’s tortilla i should get in touch with. I have sent a form to tortilla and still waiting for their reply. Don’t recommend the online ordering service when you’re in a rush. Very disappointed by how there was no protocol on how to handle system glitch that everyone in the communication chain just try to pass this incident to another person to handle.

Lively, fun restaurant. We received a very warm welcome from the charming hostess. All the staff were extremely friendly and warm including our waiter Francesco. Our food was delicious. My husband had mushroom pappardelle and I had seafood linguine. We were so impressed we thought we would try the tiramisu. It was authentic but a bit small.

3 of us for lunch. I booked weeks in advance. A warm welcome from the charming lady handling the bookings. Waiting staff efficient and friendly. Menu good. Drink choices are good. Food quality and flavours are excellent. Priced as you would expect for the area of London. Decor and ambience are very good. Will definitely visit again

We were fortunate to get a table in this lovely restaurant, arriving at 6.30 pm. It quickly filled up and is obviously a very popular place. Staff clearly get along well with each other, and that makes for a friendly ambiance. Lovely food (mains: pizza burrata + pizza quattro staggioni). Thanks to our very helpful waiter, Gabriel, who made sure that the table was laid out perfectly! A great place to eat before a concert at the Wigmore Hall.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and was asked how my day was. The team made my food with care and attention to detail. The food was sublime. Fresh ingredients and full of flavour. The pricing here was very decent considering the location. I would highly recommend people to eat here, tasty affordable food served with a smile!

We have just had a fab evening at Faros Oxford Circus. Such a lovely restaurant with a great lovely vibe and fab service from all the staff - but top marks to Francesco for his hospitality (and putting up with us!!!) Yummy food - my favourites were the carbonara and ice cream affrogata (Hope I’ve spelled that right !) Thank you Francesco and team - we loved our night out here and I don’t think you will be disappointed if you choose this restaurant

It was 2 time yesterday with faros and it was so funny. Jasur always asking our ids when we gonna order some drinks😂 and it makes me funny every time. Seabass was delicious! We will come back and im 100% sure that Jasur will ask my ID😂

Nice seller, good prices and great food

My wife and I had an excellent Sunday lunch at Faros. The food was very tasty and the service was superb, especially from Zeki and Mehmet. We also enjoyed the atmosphere, including the European music in the background.

Ash, was a lovely person who looked after me very well , till giving me food to finishing it.
