I probably spend £100 weekly here, delicious burritos, tasty chicken ( halal too ) with guacamole. The staff are very helpful especially Yarek ( or jarek ) sorry for mispronounciation but always goes the extra mile. I usually prefer this branch just because of Yareks friendly approach, makes me feel special. A smile goes a long way, I guess he is happy within so he reflects that out, enjoys his job. Hygiene is really important for me, the toilets are always clean. If a restaurant keeps the dirtiest place clean (toilets) then I trust their kitchen.

Had a great experience at this branch collecting my free burrito, but what made it even more enjoyable was the service. A special mention to Anthony for keeping myself and my colleague entertained whilst we were in the queue 🙌🏾😊

This branch was very stingy with taco fillings – definitely doesn't justify the cost and isn't a suitable lunch. I was so hungry when I left, I had to go find more food elsewhere. Also, the corn tortillas had a crunch – they had been overcooked. Won't be going back

It got so expensive. They give so little of the items and half of the box of the naked burritos is empty. They charge extra for everything and plus the staff is rude.

I visited the store today I was met by the worker Yani. Absolutely lovely girl and very friendly. She had a bright smile on her face, very good energy. She made my experience 10x better. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Food was also great.

Totally amazing food ! Beef and guacamole is a must have in your burrito x and stuff is always friendly. In the evenings atmosphere is so lovely with little candles on each table. Highly recommend this place for everyone. I love to go there with my kids as they always eat everything

Chaotic even having ordered online....staff are clueless and don't prioritise those who have ordered on the app (defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead of time) and it's like it's their first day on the job! I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY. GO ELSEWHERE 💯

One of my favourite places for a quick lunch, cheap and good quality food with friendly staff to help you. Their quesadilla is delicious - do get some extra sour cream! Recommend for a take away or a quick sit down bite. Their outside area is nice weather permitting.

I am from Toronto & just randomly passed my this shop on my way to the bank and it was an experience I will never forget. I love mexican and my quesadilla tasted absolutely authentic. all of the ingredients are fresh and my food was a 11/10. The most important part of this experience was the staff. Both staff that were working were super accommodating and sweet and helped me along every step of the way, with recommendations - advice - and suggestions. How sweet of them to take the time out of their day to make my trip better than it already was. I am so impressed by this location and the staff was just superb. Thank you so much Tortilla staff! you guys are the best :) amazing food and amazing service, 5 stars across the board!

Honestly, really mediocre food at a ridiculous price for what you actually get. Food was pretty sad for TexMex as well. I did however have great service.

Visited for a family meal on New Year’s Eve. Really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service so friendly. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone and can’t wait for another visit when we come to London again.

We had a fantastic experience with delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. We chose to sit outside, and it was wonderfully warm thanks to the heat lamps. The ambiance was calm and serene, especially after 9 PM on a Saturday night. Honestly, we were glad to be outside, enjoying the fresh air and a beautiful evening. The service was excellent, and we were very well taken care of by our waiter, Fozil. This young man truly has a passion for his job. He went above and beyond, delivering exceptional service—the best we’ve ever experienced—and made our evening absolutely perfect. This spot is perfect for a delightful dining experience, whether it’s a date night or an evening with close friends. If you’re looking for incredible pasta, we highly recommend this place!

I love coming to this store. The team is friendly and always willing to help. They make you feel at home when normally lunch breaks are synonymous with rushing yourself or grabbing and going. The experience I got is consistent and has become my favourite place to have food when I work in the centre. The price point is also balanced. You get decent portions for what you pay. Excellent value for money. Great stuff. Keep up the good work.

Came for lunch break the service is always quick just like in every other shop of the chain. I wish the tortilla was a bit more toasted or warmed up but overall it was okay. Very friendly staff. We sat downstairs where also the toilets are.

Wouldn't recommend coming in an evening. Tacos were cold, burrito barely warm. Staff were friendly but weren't able to help with simple stuff like splitting a bill in half, or cutting a burrito in half. Food tasted ok, but not great. I expected better from tortilla as I've always seen them as a reasonable option before. (That's my reason for 2* and not 1*)

We had two bowls to go, absolutely amazing flavours and portions were big enough.

Toby and Aldara were absolutely amazing I enjoyed they’re warm and smiles and company not only did they have great service they were very informative. Overall, 5 stars across the board.

Imagine it being my birthday and you’re meant to get a free burrito by scanning your Tortilla card on your Apple Pay. Did that on my birthday and it didn’t work when I it should have. I asked for help and all I got told was to contact Tortilla which is an absolute nightmare as they don’t make it easy or clear for themselves as a company to contact with no recognisable phone number. It ruined my day and disappointed me a lot with the shambolic customer service. This goes to show that Tortilla don’t care about there customers and won’t help with basic issues like that can clearly be resolved quickly.

This must be the best Tortilla location! I was greeted with a massive smile and some lovely chatter when I came in. All the food containers were shiny and clean, the fillings looked fresh and the burrito was lovingly wrapped. They checked up on me during the meal and it was an overall lovely experience. Cannot fault the staff at all, they’ve created a lovely sanctuary away from the business of Oxford Circus.

Tucked behind Oxford Circus, Tortilla is a hidden gem for a quick and satisfying lunch. I recently tried their naked burrito, which allows you to customize your meal by choosing your style of rice, beans, meat, and salad. The options were plentiful, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. While you can add extra toppings for an additional cost, the large bowl I had was already quite filling and reasonably priced at £9. It's a perfect spot if you're looking for a convenient and tasty Mexican meal in the heart of London. Definitely worth a visit!

It’s such a cute cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was just delicious (i had the parmaham burrata pizza and the tiramisu) . The staff was excellent. And my friend accidentally spilled her tiramisu cocktail off the tabel and she got a new one for free. Which was also really good in flavour. Just overall the best restaurant i’ve been to in London.

I really recommend this place! Food was amazing, the pizza dough was the best I ever had and it was so hot with yummy cheese and pepperoni. My partner had their beef ragu and it was also incredibly tasty and hot. Very nice cocktails, and the little chocolate dessert divine. The service was top-notch, everyone sang happy birthday, and there was a sweet note on the table to congratulate me. Thank you a thousand times to Jasur our smiley waiter, so fun and kind. The blonde hostess was also fantastic. Well done to this restaurant, we will surwly be back in or next time in london!

I visited here with a friend yesterday evening for the first time. We initially booked to sit outside however it was cold and we were kindly seated inside as requested quite quickly. Our waiter was “Natalia” and she was amazing, very caring and made my birthday special. She remembered my name throughout the evening and always checked in to make sure we were okay. All the staff that evening were lovely and helpful. I had such a good experience in the restaurant and it was a very nice atmosphere, also the food and drinks were very good. Thank you Natalia again and I will be back next time!

Store meant to close at 10pm but the staff just decide to close at 9pm because they felt like leaving early for a Friday. Sent us to another location. Change the store hours on google and stop wasting peoples time
