I asked for an extra hour chai latte and a pistachio croissant. My latte was barely lukewarm so I returned to heat it up. I then got a hot cup of milk….. If I go again, I will try the coffee as it looked nice. The croissant was delicious.

Didn't eat but thr chocolate brownies was good. Mid day was slightly busy but nothing crazy. The lady serving was nice and made decent coffee

One of the worst coffees I’ve had in London

I was disappointed to be charged £5.80 for a large espresso (three shots). I politely asked the server if that was right; he talked over me, told me he had no choice but to charge that then eventually changed his mind and offered a rebate. I declined. The coffee was pretty mediocre too. I live round the corner but will never return.

Everything is very nice and good, the place is very clean and the staff is very kind. Coffee and croissants worthy of Italy. Written everywhere inviting you to speak Italian, everything welcoming, but the staff doesn't even say hello 🤣 but amazing coffee, triple the price compared to home but it's worth it.

Amazing pastries! The Bavarian cream filled croissants were properly laden and so flaky! They were fast and friendly.

Their coffee taste so watered down. The cuppachino tasted like watered down coffee and you can see water. Looks good from outside, sadly I will jot recommend this place.

Heard from a friend about their pistachio croissant and it surely didn’t disappoint. The cream filling was just about right and not too sweet. I’m not a big fan of matchas but their organic matcha latte was also surprisingly delightful. Will definitely try their other pastries and signature drinks next time.

Arro Coffee has written on top of their entrance in big white letters Specialty Coffee. Now, I work at a specialty coffee shop so let me tell you what disappointed me. The first strike was the cold brew; besides the fact none of the baristas knew what bean it was made of they also shrugged me off like I was bothering them when I asked. When I tried the cold brew though, the disappointment was the worst. Never have I ever thrown out a full cup of coffee to trash right away but I also trained my palate and this cold brew was just so so so old and it tasted like the ratio between coffee and water was off. It was just really not good coffee and it was sad for a coffee shop advertising they sell and brew specialty coffee. The baristas had absolutely no idea about any of the beans on sale or on daily filters. The atmosphere inside was nice and the pastries looked literally better than the coffee. Get the croissants, I’m sad I didn’t. So for anyone who is not picky about their coffee, this might be the place to go. For someone who makes an experience of it, not so much. I would only say maybe train your baristas better? The time spent at your place could have been way more pleasant weren’t it for the two girls who had no idea what they were doing :/

Their coffee and croissant were absolutely delicious, the place is a bit small and it might be difficult to dine in as it’s usually busy.

Peaceful and comfortable place. Excellent service . Especially Shakil, he was super efficient and just him was able to serve 5/10 orders in a matter of 2 minutes. People are in a rush at mornings and he managed it 10/10.

Racist aggressive waiter by the name Shakil started shouting at me and my sister for no reason. Unacceptable as we stood waiting patiently! I am disappointed as the staff are usually very nice.

It is a good atmospheric coffee shop. The flat white was excellent. The only problem is that Tripadvisor advertises it as having gluten-free options, and it has none. The lady at the counter tried to help and diligently flipped through a printout of allergy advice but found nothing for me. So I did not need to make half an hour detour for this coffee shop: I could have got nothing in any high street chain.

We’ve ordered 2 matcha latte and 1 cinnamon swirl, unfortunately the swirl was the one delicious only. Matcha was quite bitter and there were pieces of the unmixed properly matcha. We spent ~£10 for 2 matcha and the swirl, we decided not to drink matcha anymore and left. Hope you will improve it guys. P.S. Poor rating for the service because when the guy who received the order was preparing the cutlery - did not notice that the spoon he was putting onto the plate was actually dirty. (1 photo)

Great coffee shop in Bayswater. They have multiple blends which you can choose from. You can also choose the method of brewing for your coffee. Apart from they also serve great food. Definitely worth trying if you are in the area.

Ordered flat whites. However, we received two flat whites with extra hot water into them, which is definitely not a flat white.

A lovely quiet little spot in a quiet area of Bayswater. Excellent coffees - signature house blends - delicious croissants and pastries and small eats. Bit pricey but that is reflective of the standard for the location.

Let me be crystal clear, my dear loving Italians you are misrepresenting your beautiful food and coffee!!! I am so Upset! Pastry is not good at all! There is no flavor! Your croissant is like eating sponge!!! You macchiato was the WORST I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Shame on you! Oh let me tell you about your ICED CAPPUCCINO, the most tasteless I EVER TRIED! Please let’s correct this and just call it Iced Milk gone Rotten!!! It’s more suitable!!! Your Italian ancestors are rolling in their graves out of shame!!! Do you realize just 2 meters across you have competition and down the Westbourne street wonderful caffès with super delicious coffees and pastries! Maybe it’s time to check it out and learn some lessons. Sorry got to say how truly it is!!! Also, even though your staff was told to fix the coffee they refused it. Or rather completely ignore it!!! So it’s up to you now how you handle this! I’m out!😡

Baristas need to be taught the proper amount of tamping pressure. Despite my requests they just lightly tap the grounds for espresso with the tamper. That won’t ever result in a great cup of espresso. In the past they had other people making coffee, the current crew needs to be educated since the self-proclaimed “temple of coffee” needs to stand up to the name.

Stumbled across this coffee shop and loved it, food was fresh and tasty and coffee was good.

Coffee is not great, food is mediocre. You be better served in pret. Croissants are decent and they have charges.

Having frequented here before, it was rather disappointing. Mostly the staff let the place down, the gentleman was rather rude, plus got the order wrong. Mixing a hot chocolate for a matcha latte. The place itself was clean, the matcha latte was ok. Not spectacular. The variety of foods are again, standard.

I have visited here a few times, always on the way to my dentist. The esspreso here is very good and full of flavor. This cafe usually has seating inside and outside, sometimes sitting outside can be very calming whilst drinking your coffee.

Atmosphere: No smile, no good morning or hello. Just who’s next. Wow that’s a way to greet someone in their coffee shop. Coffee: you look like you have an amazing coffee but the picture is better than the taste. Burnt coffee no crema no body no taste. I didn’t try the food so I won’t say anything about it… You have such a nice beautiful place the decoration are amazing but all the rest need to be fixed or the staff need the right training.. I am a barista and I do this for a living..

This place is fire. Their bread, bagel sandwich and hot chocolates were so good. One of the best hot chocolate I ever had.

I just was there now ,just two staff at morning ,got a bit busy one was in training and both were panicked, imagine I was at counter to pay one of the guys was using F words front of customer because he was frustrated 😠 very poor ,add more staff and reduce the pressure of your team and get them well trained.

Ordered a pour over coffee. The baristas technique and care were lacking. Tasted ok but there's far better coffee a block away at Tab Tab. The pastries were nice.

Had a nice breakfast at Arro for £17.20. The salmon bagel was the thing I enjoyed the most, tasted lovely and was very fresh. The pistachio croissant was alright, I have to say the croissant was layered and puffy however the pistachio cream could have tasted better. The cream tasted more like flavored custard to me. The oat latte and cappuccino were bright but I personally prefer a thicker consistency. Overall experience was above average, I recommend going to Arro for sure and will defo be back again. The ambiance on the lower floor is much better. The upper floor would be a very good place to work or study from.

I´ve been going to Arro for years and always loved their coffee. But the flat white I had today was something special, I swear to God. The espresso was perfect and the milk was steamed to perfection. The result was a cup of coffee with a complex and delicious flavour, no fiction. I could taste the notes of chocolate, caramel and even a hint of vanilla. The coffee was so smooth and satisfying, like an ocean of sensations. I highly recommend an Arro flat white to anyone who loves coffee. And if you´re lucky enough to be served by Ali, you´ll be treated like royalty. He´s a master barista and he takes great pride in his work. You can tell that he loves making coffee, and it shows in the final product. So next time you´re in the mood for a great cup of coffee, be sure to check out Arro. You won´t be disappointed, I guarantee it.

My absolute favourite go to cafe in the area - the food, drink and staff are all lovely (particularly Amelia & Mariusz!!!) and it's a great atmosphere to meet with friends or get some of work done. Highly recommend :)

Cute cafe with great coffees and snacks - even pasta pots and sandwiches! The atmosphere is great, and love the mezzanine level! They have iced cappuccino and chai for the summer, they're both delicious. It's a bit disappointing they're serving them in plastic cups though even when eating in. They have delicious vegan croissant offering, but have taken the acai bowl off their menu :(

I ordered a cortado and got a cappuccino. The warmed up focaccia was cold inside, but the pistachio croissant was good. The place is clearly best for a takeaway coffee when you get what you ordered. Just average.

both coffees (flat white and iced latte) tasted quite burned. we were also surprised to see the coffee beans displayed open (this means the smell degrades and it oxidizes).

Bought a chocolate brownie from here as a take away. Got home only to see its burnt and very hard to bite on. If only I saw that the lady was giving me burnt food I would never have bought it. Really upset and annoyed. The lady who served me was really rude. Not a pleasant customer service. I would definitely avoid this coffee shop.

Great place, great music playing in the background. Unfortunately food ordered was completely burnt as it had been forgotten about yet still served to us. Had to ask for another. Can’t quite believe the guy thought we’d eat it like that. Shame

Nice atmosphere and fast service! The pistachio croissant had lots of cream. I expected like crema al pistacchio, it was like custard. But I enjoyed anyway. They have many seats also the upstairs, free wifi, and bathroom. I would like to return when I'm in the area!

Quite mixed quality. The special croissants are delicious albeit very expensive. The hot chocolate I had was incredibly poor, I don’t recall ever having worse.
