Serial Grill Fleet in Hart

The order was late. When we phoned serial grill they explained they only start cooking when a driver turns up so you get the food hot. When the food arrived it was hot and worth the wait. It was tasty and plentiful so yummy and worth waiting for.

We did not receive our entire order. Yet we paid for it all! When we asked the driver, he said 'so what can I do?' Abd drove off!

Chicken burger was amazing tho a little too big to bite into!!

Absolutely fantastic food and great service from the delivery driver. Would definitely order again, only issue was the app told us our food was being delivered 90m after we ordered but it took just over an hour. So order early, but compliments to the chef as it was all very good.

Chicken tenders were delicious and the burger was absolutely fantastic as well.

The food was over seasoned and way too much salt! The food does have the potential to be good; unfortunately, this wasn't the case with ours.

Not very often I leave a bad review but the food was very late. This would be excusable if it was good quality. It was cold and the meat wasn't cooked properly so an absolute waste of time and money.

We had the Double Patty Jaw Lock and the Kraken burgers and they were absolutely amazing! We will definitely order again! Super tasty and great value for money!

Bit salty and was pretty cold when it arrived which was surprising as it is only 2 mins down the road and it was only 16:30 when I ordered, so not a busy time. Once re-heated was OK. Unlikely to re-order.

Food was awful Sorry but it was soggy . Over seasoned and no body could eat it .

However time given was much longer than anticipated for a Tuesday evening. Over an hour.

Food arrived a little later than stated but was still warm and tasted as good as it usually does.

First time using this place and will definitely go back. My initial thought was its a little expensive but the burgers are absolutely huge and taste great so I'm happy to pay for decent food.

These guys are our current favourite. Quality takeaway that feels premium. Bacon fries are insane! Food arrives hot and tasty. Sometimes its early which is great. Set themselves a high standard. We hope they do not slip.

I’ll start by saying that we’ve had several deliveries from here now and the food is generally good. Last time we were missing part of the order and this arrived about 30 mins later after a phone call from me. So.. We decided to try again this evening. Order was place about 6.30 with expected delivery 45-60 mins. After about an hour and 15 mins I checked the app and the time had changed to delivery between 19.45 & 19.55. By 5 past 8 we were starting to wonder if it had got lost, so I phoned up to find out what was going on, our status had been changed to delivered, enjoy your food ! by this point … fat chance of that I was told they were down to one driver and were struggling with deliveries, my food had been sent out 20 mins earlier (19.45) and it would be with me any minute. Another 20 mins passed…. I was just about to phone again (or send out some kind of search party) when it finally arrived, a full 2 hours after ordering and cold ! Great ! I understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, we all have those days, but there was no communication regarding the delay. It would have been better all round if they had stopped taking orders when they realised they had issues. Sorry to say won’t be trying again

I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the pull through from orders on just eat but the quality of food is insanely good, however the accuracy of an order is completely terrible! I wouldn’t mind if it was cheap as chips but when you are paying £10+ for 1 burger you want it to be correct! This is deffo something that should be looked into as my order experience contained 2 burgers, one specified NO TOMATO, and one specified NO ONION, however when delivered this would around the wrong way, again this literally wouldn’t bother me, but one was a chicken burger and one was a beef burger. This review is recommending the quality of food, however the specification of orders is very inaccurate and for example someone with allergies may want to avoid this restaurant for that reason.

The restaurant is part of Churchill’s chip shop on Fleet Road, this is not clear on the web site. The food tasted like fish and chips, not impressed. If you want chicken or burgers I would recommend Hart Peri Peri grill, much better food and cheaper too.

Had 2 really good experiences but this time the chicken was not the same - it was dry, not as plump and a big disappointment flavour wise. The chips were soggy and lukewarm. Last time they were crisp and tasty. Salad was lovely. Won't be ordering again after this experience.

Unfortunately, I think they have forgotten about our order 😞 We got confirmation of the order 20:44. Estimated arrival was 21:30-21.50. Just after 22:00 as the food was still not here we sent 'my food is late' request and the text back said the food is being prepared and will arrive around 22.30. At 22.45 we sent a request for money back as it was already 2h waiting... Food arrived 22.55 😓 with no 2x coleslaw I ordered but fries and mozzarella sticks instead... The food was great but the wait really unpleasant. Hopefully we will get a refund...

Ordered at a busy time but was kept informed of delay. Worth the wait - chicken was hot and tasty, no dry chicken meat here...chips were crispy and delicious and the salad was fresh too. Top marks

Food really delicious. Received wrong sauce and delivery time was later than original estimated delivery time. That said would order again.

Food arrived 20-40 mins late, delivery time was given as between 1925 and 1945 and arrived at 2005. 1hr15 after being ordered. Delivery was discounted as a result. Food was good though, loaded fries were very tasty and the burger very well presented.

Order never turned up. I would like a refund please

Chips were undercooked and had at most four small spoons of chilli on top with heaps of sour cream. That resulted in soggy chips really that tasted greasy too. Burger was ok, albeit messy. Not convinced that the food lives up to the hype. Packaging is all neat and presented to give the impression of gourmet style dining but I can’t say I was impressed.

Seriously good burgers! A+ for the food and the packaging is awesome too.

Amazing burgers! Definitely the best we've had from takeaway! The blue cheese burger was absolutely spot on and with the right amount of spice and the bacon burger great as well! Food was piping hot, portions huge! Great value for money and amazing taste! Will definitely order again!

Probably the best burger I have tasted . Ordered the SG Classic burger with some extras and SG Double patty with extras . 2x loaded fries . All Very well presented in sturdy boxes , piping hot . I thought (before tasting ) the loaded fries was a bit pricy for the portion size , but I was overtaken by the flavour . Polite delivery guy too . The only disappointment was ribs are not available at the moment , so I will have to revisit until they are !:-)
