Great Italian food and even better customer service. If you're lucky Sergio will be there to greet you and take care of you. Our family was a party of 5 and they were so good with kids. Sergio gave our son some toys a wrist band and a balloon. Very kind and down to earth. A+

Food s overpriced and tasteless. Service was slow, never received water we asked for, waiter had he most ridiculous false accent. All in all a disappointing experience on a milestone birthday.

Had a great time with my mates at Sergio's! I was so hungry I ordered the Carbonara and the Lasagna with a glass of their house red wine. They were both delicious and flavorful and I finished them both completely! The lighting also provides a romantic ambiance for a couples night out. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, the service was attentive and I definitely will be going back.

Very large portions! I got a king prawn pasta dish and let me tell you, they were HUGE! It was delicious. Staff were really humorous and attentive. Only downside was the smell of cigarettes coming from the outside seating as they have glass doors which were kept open near our table.

We’ve been coming to Sergio’s before and always enjoyed it here, the food, the people, the staff, everything so bubbly and friendly. This past weekend we celebrated the baptism of our little girl and everyone at Sergio’s went above and beyond from decorating the tables, the costumer service, the food, everything was amazing and we all enjoyed being there! I cannot thank you enough for everything!

Normally really enjoy Sergios, I’m a local and pretty regular customer bringing the restaurant lots of trade over the years but sadly last night was disappointing, service was poor, ,the salmon ordered was undercooked disappointingly, everybody else’s food arrived but they forgot to bring my order! The glass of Prosecco was lacking in bubbles so my cousins group of friends insisted the restaurant get me another one and the bread basket very disappointingly not fresh with some weird kind of fruit bread! For a large sum of money not good! Oh dear what a shame as I have always normally enjoyed coming to this restaurant, I have always said nothing but good things about it! Disappointing visit yesterday, felt embarrassed for the bill payers!

Really enjoyed ourselves and food here. Hamza and Smile are really welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend the seafood risotto and linguine 👍👍

Nice outdoor seating on a quiet corner. Food was generous but pretty basic. £7 for a bread basket was a shock. Generally a bit of a tourist trap. Lots better options available nearby.

Ordered a pasta dish which ended up costing me £36 when the bill arrived. £55 for one drink and one pasta dish is rather steep ! Staff were friendly though.

For the USA tourists: every review is stellar for this place, DON'T BE TURNED OFF BY THE LESS THAN 4.5 STAR REVIEW. I know in the states that means it's questionable, but here the reviews are stingy with the stars, even the gushing reviews only give 4 stars. Trust me, this is a 5 star review place through and through. It knocks any Italian place in the states out of the park. The food, omg the food.... So good! So flavorful! And big portions too! This place is worth every penny and then some! We split the 15oz fillet and an order of gnocchi with cheese and tomato sauce... HEAVEN! Our 4 kids each got their own half margarita pizza. We started the meal with the best garlic bread with tomatoes and cheese that I've ever had. It comes out like a pizza, but the bread is thicker and the garlic is so good!

Service was bad for us. I had to ask for the menu, for someone to taste our order, and for the bill. Then the bill had a 12.5% service charge, there was also the regular VAT. I said something but the waiter made it sound like all the places did that stone London. I told him they didn’t and they don’t even add the service charge automatically unless it’s a part of 8. I think he added it because we were American. Food was average. Pizza said it would have tomatoes and cheese, i guess that tomatoes meant tomato sauce… The tiramisu looked really good, but it didn’t have much of a coffee taste and it wasn’t really sweet at all. It was rather bland. I asked for water and they came out with a bottle of water vs tap, which was $5 We were disappointed overall. I would not go back.

I usually don't leave reviews however,the experience was amazing Dotty the assistant manager,made us feel at home .She served us with her prosecco.She made our daughter's graduation more special.l can't recommend this place enough!

Old fashioned Italian in central London. The service was good and the food was okay to average. It wasn't bad but at these prices, you would expect a higher quality of food and ingredients. My spaghetti vongole had a mixture of fresh clams and tinned ones.

Delicious Italian food, beautiful location, good service, very reasonable prices, and their dishes are large enough for two people. I recommend it.

Very average food for a lot of money. It’s a very nice location and the staff are friendly. But I managed to spend £135 for a 1 course lunch for a slightly overcooked salmon and bog standard chicken escalope plus few glasses of wine. I noticed the bread basket was £7 which is when I decided to write this review! I have been here many times on the past but wouldn’t go again at these prices.

The food was good, but overpriced. A glass of wine at 11£ and an entry at 20£, too much for what it was. There were many waiters but they took for ever to take our order.

Fabulous atmosphere and food. Only reason for giving them four stars was they kept ignoring my requests for the bill. I eventually had to stand up and loudly declare that I needed to get back to work.

I swear to god this restaurant reminded me of my grandma house where my aunties are fighting and my grandpa is taking a side thinking he will solve the problem 😂 at the same time there is two polite men is trying to make us happy regardless of the mess around us😂 For the first time in my life I experienced eating under stress😂 Food is average, bread basket is poor, drinks are good.

Nice way to end the evening. Sitting outside eating delicious food with a nice drink and good company. Hope to be back soon. Lots of photos on the walls of famous people who have visited the restaurant as well.

Good food and professional and very competent service

Stayed in the Langham Court Hotel for 2 days, Sergio's is the Italian restaurant over the road. Saw the atmosphere and decided to take a look, did not disappoint! Owners and all the staff are lovely! The food is great, and the atmosphere didn't disappoint. A must if you're passing or staying nearby!

When we walked into Sergio's on a wet afternoon in April we felt that we had left London for sunny Italy. Excellent food complemented by an extensive wine list, a lovely relaxed atmosphere & the most attentive staff who achieved the perfect balance of being friendly & professional. We have recommended this delightful restaurant to many since our visit last week & we'll definitely return the next time we're in town - I've got to try that crumble! Poor food, average at best. Service and atmosphere generally just sad. Overpriced. Plenty other nice places to eat in the area.

Probably the worst quality supposedly Italian restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating in. The menus have pictures of drinks etc, a sure sign it should be in Blackpool pleasure beach. Veal, dry and tasteless. Sautés potatoes they were not sauté, barely cooked. If you wanted spaghetti instead of veg with the veal(which is pretty much expected), then it would be another £7. Avoid this rubbish restaurant at all costs.

We had dinner at Sergio’s this evening. My gnocchi was very good by English standards, as were the pasta and spaghetti. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't taste that Italian, so I only recommend pasta. The waiter was overly motivated, the way he sprinkled Parmesan was creative, but he kept putting his finger into the edge of the plate. I had the impression that he had consumed something.

Food was delicious but we had to wait 50 minutes to get starters only.

Amazing meal at Sergio’s , greeted by friendly waiters & waitress ( dottie who was so lovely) Our table had balloons for our 2 little birthday girls plus a birthday tiramisu with a fountain candle and they sang happy birthday at the end of our meal .. girls felt very special… The food was delicious the best Italian we’re had .. brilliant atmosphere -over all an excellent place to dine in londen … can't wait to go back ..highly recommend … thankyou Sergio’s for a special evening .

We walked in just before they opened today. This was not an issue. Welcomed and served immediately. Nothing was too much bother. Great looking restaurant. Interesting. And SO clean, including the bathrooms. I could not fault it. Silver service. White table cloths. We sat outside. It is a quiet street so not a lot of traffic, in fact, I don't think one car went past. A few bikes and walkers. Nice to sit and watch the world go by. You don't have to eat, just a drink, coffee, or dessert maybe. They have a canopy, throws/blankets and heaters if required but we did not need them as it was a lovely Spring day. An excellent menu selection and happy to add or take away any ingredient. All made fresh it seems. Chef(s) were the best I have experienced for a very long time. Excellent service (I never tip but this time, no hesitation) Lovely staff. Very professional but very human. Understood the importance of your enjoyment there. Food was amazing. The tastes. Everything. I ate it all. I even had a dessert and I never have dessert. Lots of extras, bread sticks, bread, oil, balsamic, biscuit with coffee, chocolate with the bill. No rushing you but they kept an eye on when you and finished and removed any dirty plates etc. I don't know why they do not have an award for this or last year, even a Michelin star, yes, that good! All round, excellence. I could not fault it and I moan about most things, especially if I am paying. This is my new favourite restaurant. I am glad I do not live nearby or I would be, curvier and poorer 😄 It the kind of place I would just sit with my pet outside having a starters and wine, or coffee and dessert, and taking friends and family for a lunch or dinner treat. Im still talking about it this evening, and I rarely leave reviews, especially good ones. Was worried about leaving an honest review as want to keep this restaurant to my self and hope they never become a chain. Go, enjoy, you will not be disappointed. I am going back for my Birthday. Thank you Sergio's for my daughter and my lunch today. Keep up the good work

great place tasty food and great loud atmosphere and warm inside very traditional style restaurant with very friendly staff who go the extra mile for you.

We had a great evening here! We arrived at 10pm and they were still busy and serving food. The pasta was great, obviously fresh and cooked to the perfect ‘al dente’ texture. All the main meals are obviously homemade too. But what really makes this venue stand out is the service and atmosphere. The staff are all lovely, full of energy and obviously enjoying their jobs. The whole restaurant has a great vibe, and the decor is fun and original. I’d recommend the Rigatoni alla Norma (could have done with a little bit more of the aubergine for me, but the sauce was fabulous.) My partner had the Rigatoni Calabresi and he absolutely hoovered it up! Would absolutely come again!

I absolutely love coming to Sergio’s. The staff are so friendly, the food is amazing, and I love seeing all the photos of celebrity customers on the wall. I booked to come for my birthday and they went above and beyond. They set up a cute romantic table, with balloons, table decorations and even brought out cake and sang Happy Birthday. It really made my birthday, thank you for everything! I’m sure I’ll be coming back again soon with my friends or partner!

One of the best pastas I’ve had in London, service was also outstanding (and super lovely). Riccardo served us, he was truly charming and make the whole evening exceptional.

Low quality food for the price. The prawn cocktail was sloppy and tasted of vinegar. The chicken Kiev was dry, although the vegetables were nice. Desserts were overly sweet. Not worth the £80 per head we spent.

Very friendly staff, lovely new toilets, great authentic Italian dishes, did I mention the new toilets? And a sensibly priced wine list to help it all go down. We would be very happy to eat there again and the toilets are clean as well!

Traditional Italian fayre with great service and classic decor. The place is adorned with photographs of famous visitors which is all rather charming. Good wine selection, and a very enjoyable evening.

Food Poisoning!!!! My partner and I have been up all night with some form of food poisoning and we shared two pork based dishes, which can cause pretty dangerous poisoning so hopefully its not that. Alongside this, the waiter claimed our group had not paid the full bill, and were £34 short and made us pay this extra. Luckily I asked to go through the bill with the waiter (who was very passive aggressive ) and he finally had to admit that he owed us that £34 back... To top it of the food is the worst most overpriced meal we've had in London.

A great Italiaon eatery, seems to have a lot of rich and famous going there which he's not shy of advertising lol. Service was not great. Food good but I wouldn't say exceptional, but freshly made.

The TV on the wall is a little distracting showing all the celebs that have been here. The photos were sufficient in my humble opinion. The food was very reasonably priced. The taste was very good. Attentive service too. We did ring ahead to book, albeit only with an hours notice but for a Sunday evening it soon filled up and glad we did as we were 5.

We had our work night out here last week and we were very pleased with our evening! The Christmas decorations were in abundance but the important thing was the food was delicious! Very happy with all the dishes served and the wine. It wasn’t cheap but that’s the postcode. In summary, it was a great vibe with good food. If that’s what you’re after, Sergio’s delivers.

Great Italian, good food and happy service.

I thought Italian food was supposed to be good. 'Cream' in many savoury dishes should have been my first warning. Unfortunately, Sergio's is all bark and no bite. The atmosphere was festive and warm, and the service was 5 stars. Bathrooms were also very clean. Sadly, the food and coffee was not on par. Nonna would have been ashamed of that tiramisu; soggy at the bottom and very little flavour overall.

The best service, extensive menu, and the most fun you might have in London - and hey, the Christmas decorations are a vibe. Thank you to Dottie and Sergio for hosting us like it was their own home x

I have been here many times. The last two visits were disappointing. The food as always was good, but the service was appalling. I had to ask for dirty dishes to be removed and for next courses. The waitress was too busy on her phone and talking with staff to serve us. It was not busy. Good food today, service slow, but a very entertaining afternoon.

Sergio’s is the best in central. If you want good food and to be able to sit and catch up for hours without feeling rushed this is the place. Ricardo made us feel at home and the service was perfection.
