As soon as I entered, a female waiter only allowed me to sit at a table for two, but the two tables next to me were both tables for four, so I asked the waitress if they didn't sit at a table for four. The waiter even quibbled that they were three people, but after waiting for a long time, he saw two people eating, and the service attitude was very bad. He even rolled his eyes at the guests. I will never go to this bad restaurant again. It ruined my impression of baths and Chinese people.

The space was clean, cozy and overall beautiful. The toilets were well kept and clean. The food was absolutely fantastic, honestly haven't had such delicious food in a while, and the service was terrific. Recommend to anyone craving some Korean food.

Delicious tofu bibimbap in stone bowl, would highly recommend. Very friendly staff.

Three plates / kimchi pork rice , seafood fried omelette and 6 chicken dumplings , 2 cokes £41 plus mandatory tip taking to £45 The fried egg on the rice was undercooked - so we passed on the egg. The rice itself was good , mildly spicy , the seafood omelette tasted of seafood , the chicken dumplings were a little bland. Cokes presented as a straw in the bottle - no ice and lemon in a glass . Portion size reasonable . Service reasonably quick . Overall id say prices a little high. £30 would have been appropriate. Accordingly an ok , rather expensive meal for what it was, so will not return in a hurry .

Became our go to restaurant in Bath! Loved sundubu and fried chicken! Jjangmyeon was also great.

First Visit – Great Experience! This was my first time in Bath and my first visit to this Korean restaurant. Since there are no Korean restaurants in Swindon, I decided to make the trip to enjoy some Korean BBQ. The location was easy to find, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Service was quick, and the food was delicious with reasonable pricing. My only suggestion would be for the front-of-house staff to spend a bit more time explaining the menu, checking back on guests, and guiding first-time visitors on how to use the BBQ tables. I left a tip to encourage them and will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Staff were super friendly. They gave great advice on what to have and explained why there was two distinct parts of the restaurant. The food was hot and tasty. The only downside was the main came out too quickly as I hadn't finished my starter.

t was very bad. I ordered a seafood soup with rice but it didn't have any shrimps. It also had some tiny octopus and shrimp ingredients. It couldn't be called seafood at all. And it was so expensive at 14 pounds. I just felt like I was drinking a MSG soup. I also ordered the miso pork soup rice, the pork was thin and strip-shaped and there was a MSG soup. The meal total cost 44 pounds, which would have been a good deal if I had eaten at another restaurant. Not worth a thing. There was a foul smell inside the restaurant。

Large portion sizes and tasty but the food itself took ages to arrive and wasn’t authentic

We had BBQ set menu. Meat quality was average. Beef was chewy. Pork and chicken meats were marinated. Taste was OK but would be better if eat with steam rice. Would be nice if steam rice is included in the set. Lack of proper condiments. In terms of environment, it is clean and ok but lack of Korean or BBQ atmosphere. Upsides are good service and fresh veggie at side.

Food was real good as long as you can cook meat, Great date night as there was a fun gimmick in cooking and choosing what goes on the grill etc. Fun while drunk 👍

Coming to the bath was difficult because it was smaller and boring than I expected, but the rib soup was so delicious that my tension rose again! It was bigger and contained more meat than Korean Galbitang.

Visited for evening dinner on a Saturday night with the family, including one guest in a wheelchair. Restaurant is accessible and staff were very helpful and accommodated the wheelchair with no issues at all. Waiting staff are very attentive and service was quick and efficient. Food was lovely and incredibly reasonable for what it was. Really want to go back and try the BBQ at our table next time!

Don't be put off by the exterior - authentic Korean BBQ and main dishes and very helpful service. Everything was delicious and fresh, and the menu was explained well by the staff. Would recommend for a party unfamiliar with KBBQ or looking to try Korean food beyond fried chicken!

I'm Korean. I don't think I'll be going back. The staff are lovely, really attentive but the food is not worth the money we spent. It isn't authentic (missing key ingredients and/or doesn't taste right) But could be a fun place to go to for the DIY BBQ element. I think you can tell a lot about how a place is run by looking at the cutlery setting. It was incorrect on about a third but correct on others. (left/right reversed) Not a big deal but it's an insight.

Beautiful interior decorations and even better service. It was peaceful with a calm atmosphere at lunch and the waitress was very helpful. We were definitely clueless before she noticed and came over to help us out, which was super kind of her! Food was also lovely and cooked perfectly with fair pricing to go with it. Will definitely be coming back!

All dishes we ordered were really hot. Quality is fine but waited for 35 minutes for food. Waiter was polite though.

Had a lovely Korean meal. The food was good and servers were nice. But the servers were Chinese students and spoke no Korean and little English.

Excellent Korean food! We had the beef hotpot which was fantastic. The service was wonderful, the staff was super helpful and sweet!

Really disappointed with the taste of the food. It tasted like curry and it was super expensive. We waited so long for our food... and then the waiter came back saying it was because she never wrote our first order down. I might try it again, but only for the BBQ, definitely wont try that food again.

Taste is really authentic! I definitely recommend Korean bbq!

It doesn't mention how big the portions are. We were really full... we ordered 4 plates of meat for 2 people. Bill was over £100. Enjoyed the meal though.

I went here for dinner tonight as I’ve always wanted to try Korean food and it’s hard to find in the UK outside of London. I read the bad reviews and was concerned, but it was great. The two guys running front of house gave excellent service and were genuinely lovely. I ordered bulgogi and egg fried rice and it was delicious. I’ll be back next time I’m in town to try the Bibimbap.

Non authentic Korean food, made by non Koreans. Terrible food.

This is not Korean restaurant, and looks Chinese makes Korean menu which is totally different to original taste.

My friend and I chose Korean BBQ. They separate those who order BBQ and just normal dishes which i think is good so that other customers wont smell the smoke. Meanwhile, the food is good. They have big portions. The only thing I didnt like is the place isnt really clean. 1/5 for the cleanliness. Overall, I enjoyed the food.

I like it when I think of Korean food. I enjoyed the soft tofu stew and bean sprouts together.

I enjoyed the fried chicken and gyoza dumplings~ The soft tofu tasted a lot like hot chicken stir-fried noodles sauce and was very spicy. It was a bit disappointing because it didn't taste like Korean soft tofu stew. Honestly, I don’t think it tastes like real Korean food. The staff was very friendly~

The first time coming here.... Plenty to choose from. We tried the Bbq, sticky egg fried rice, spicy fried chicken and veg. All delicious 😋 😋 😋 😋

The service at this restaurant is exceptionally poor! We waited nearly 20 minutes for the raw meat to be served, and they even brought us the wrong dishes. When we informed the staff, they didn’t say a single word. The cutlery and grilling tools were not fully provided even after the dishes were served. And there was not even an apology. They came twice to turn off the grill while we were still eating, which made us extremely frustrated. The beef was impossible to chew, and the pork had a strange taste. My good mood was completely ruined as soon as we entered this place.

The beef served has a spoiled odor, as if it is already expired. It is very disgusting.

We made a reservation before visiting the restaurant. Ordered beef, 3 portions of samgyeopsal (pork) upon the advice from the waiter, mixed vege and king oyster mushrooms for BBQ, with kimchi and pancake as starter. The meat was well seasoned, while the pork portion was generous than the photo that we didnt managed to finish the last portion fo the pork. Overall my family enjoyed the dining experience.

Very rude service by the Chinese staff who could not understand English, not to mention very dirty hygiene practices!! My BBQ grill was dirty when I first sat down at the table so I asked the waiter to change it. The Chinese male waiter dared to justify to me that it’s in fact “normal” to have grey stains when you wipe the grill with a clean tissue (and he said this to me with a very rude tone too). He also insisted on not changing my dirty grill even after I showed him the stains, by insisting “all of the grills are the same”. Well guess what - that means all your grills are dirty!? And obviously that’s not ok?? And you still expect me to eat after that? I can’t believe this waiter would dare to gaslight me with such excuses. It’s obviously not my first time having Korean bbq, and he didn’t have to talk to me like I was a child, for asking a very legitimate question. Don’t go to this place if you don’t want diarrhea. And someone should get a hygiene inspector to check the place too. It’s totally abnormal to serve Korean bbq like this. Normally Korean restaurants are very clean so this practice is definitely very abnormal.

Was expensive and really not great. Found was average. Soup (pork and kimchi) flourless, chicken in batter with sticky sauce (batter undercooked/slimey, bimenbap ok but not the tasty. £100 3 people. Expensive for the quality and flavour. Altogether far from brilliant. Would not revisit.

Epic Korean BBQ and a truly authentic experience. This is my favourite way to eat and never disappoints.

The Korean BBQ was somewhat lacking. I'm not sure where they source their meat, but it wasn't high quality. Anyone who's been to Korea (or just Asia) will know the difference. Very limited on condiments too - some fresh lemon, or salt/pepper, or BBQ dip perhaps? Nothing! Just meat. And this will all add up to easily £100+. A lot of improvement could be made to make this more authentic.

Maybe we visited it on bank holiday, the customers more than usual, the service needs a lot of improvement. And the food is not impressive at all.

We had set A from the bbq menu + rice & kimchi, the price was fair for the amount of food , we where full and happy by the end. The staff was lovely checking on us how we are doing, can’t wait to come back and try more thing on the menu. Highly recommend this place

The kimchijigae was super disappointing for it being the price it was (£15?) . pork bits were tiny and it literally just tasted like kimchi in water. at least the rice was free. :)

Had food from here when I took from my friends to sight see at Bath. The place was full. But the staff who served us was so friendly and even when we asked for recommendations she was happy to tell us. The food was really nice. We felt full..Heart and Tummy❤️

We ordered cold noodles and Pork Kimchi soup, quite disappointed with the food served. Despite a welcoming ambiance, the dishes lacked the authentic flavors and quality I was looking forward to, even though they ‘look’ nice. While the staffs were friendly, the overall dining experience was underwhelming due to the quality of the food. Would not recommend if you are looking for authentic Korean food.

The service is great! They were very attentive and kind. The meat quality was good and super tender. We ordered Dak Gang Jeong as a starter and Beef Rib Finger Bulgogi, Soy Sauce Belly Pork Bulgogi & Kimchi & Marinated Beef Fried Rice as main course. Additionally, the use of metal chopsticks added a touch of elegance to the experience! Large parking lot in the back so you don’t have to worry about finding parking, which is a huge plus.

Great to have a Korean BBQ in Bath. This place seems to be a sister restaurant to the Japanese, Hondo, over the road. It is usually quite busy which makes for a nice atmosphere. The food is good and service decent. The loos are not at all clean though, which is a shame. Prices are ok but £4 for concentrated juice from a carton is a bit of a joke or £7 for ‘mixed vegetables’ which is two types of mushrooms and some leaves. Worth being careful in your ordering as we spent £85 between two adults and two children and left hungry.

The kimchi soup with pork was truly awful, it’s not authentic and there only three pieces of pork in the soup with a very weird taste. The soup was too sour.

The food was poor quality and overpriced. Fried foods were oily and the batter was doughy not crisp. It was a very quiet night, no atmosphere, and so it's not like the kitchen would have been busy. Drinks were very expensive. This could be a lovely place but it requires a lot of improvement.

We went in and were greeted by a nice waitress however our experience was only downhill from here. First of all, we were sat down and seemed to have been forgotten about for half an hour as we had to stand up and actually approach the front desk to ask if we can order which they barely apologized for keeping us waiting. Finally ordered and honestly it was mid or less. Bland food, long service, no high chair offered, and we asked to remove the service charge as we found the service quite bad and we were told by the waiter he can’t take it off as he didn’t know how and it’s his boss’ rules and he would have had to pay for it if he took it off. Also had tables around not cleaned up for a very long time after customers have left. Food is overall ok but the service we received was a nightmare.

Good place, good food, but not the best I have tried in the UK. About service: our table was full of empty plates and they haven’t taken them due to our stay at the restaurant. Also waiters are not good with english what was a bit weird. In general good.

YUM & authentic korean food for quite low prices!came in here on a VERYY cold windy night and warmed ourselves with a soothing meaty bowl of galbitang and hearty spicy beef bibimbap! 🍲💕

Hospitable staff, a lovely selection of high quality meats and the novelty of cooking yourself made my birthday treat a special one. Not only was it fun, but the pork belly we ordered was incredible, the marbled beef was lovely with the egg fried rice and the squid tentacles delicious (although I would recommend you go for the squid rings instead as they're easier to cook!). We will return.

First time having a Korean BBQ. Very tasty food. Sufficient helpings. Clean and well organized, efficient staff. Sat near the window and aircon so was a bit chilly.

Came from Cardiff to try this place. Beef bulgogi with rice was delicious and the beef was so tender, will come back and try more of the menu as I was very very impressed. Staff are friendly too, only downside I can think of was the prices but overlook that and enjoy!

While on a trip to Bath, I was drawn in by the strong smell. I had soft tofu stew, spicy chicken, and seafood stew, and it was delicious!! The staff were also friendly. I highly recommend it.

An excellent new restaurant in Bath for the Korean fanatic and the BBQ lover..... A great addition to the city and a nice long selection of different foods...... Half of the restaurant has regular tables and a slightly smaller half has tables with BBQ grill in the centre....... And of course two separate menus depending on which way you want to go

Best Korean I have found outside Seoul! Incredible food, good prices and fabulous atmosphere (bring a coat if it's cold: all the customers seem to do this and they are 85% locals! However, they are also the guarantee the restaurant is perfect for good, 'authentic food).

Very nice Korean BBQ. We chose Set A, consisting of fresh, high-quality meat and vegetables. The service was genuinely friendly and considerate. The tofu soup comes highly recommended for its spicy and excellent taste.

Waited over an hour for food to come and waiters weren't apologetic at all. Food wasn't good and was very expensive

We ordered but waited for half an hour, everyone came after us got their food as well so I'm not sure what they are doing really. Not recommended.

Sixth. The seasoning for beef bulgogi is different from Korea, and kimchi stew is the most similar to Korea. A tip is included as standard.

It tasted more like local Korean food than any other Korean restaurant in New Malden, and it was a really delicious and satisfying meal. I recommend beef bibimbap and soft tofu stew.

Lovely authentic Korean restaurant and very accommodating to people who cannot use chopsticks, lovely food and presentation too. I would highly recommend, althought it is a small family owned restaurant so it's a tight squeeze for seating but the BBQ side is spacious, unfortunately you have to book the BBQ tables in advance they are not a walk in service only the right side of the restaurant is but you can still order some lovely cooked BBQ food by them and other dishes too.

Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff were very polite the food was lovely and I'll definitely be going back! I had kimchi, tteokbokki and seafood hotpot which was all very nice! I'll be going back and tring their Korean bbq!

Amazing food! Since moving back to the UK, I haven’t been able to order jajangmyeon anywhere and they have it on the menu here! It is as good as I remember it and all the other food on the menu is just as good. The barley tea is lovely and the price on the menu is for a full teapot. Highly recommend this restaurant, will definitely be back again.
