I ordered a grill. I paid £14 for a few extremely low quality burned and overcooked pieces of chicken and lamb accompanied by the cheapest supermarket pita bread. The salad was the only edible thing...

Unfriendly, the food is cold, the meat tastes excessively of cinnamon, and the rest of the kebab tastes sour. The only thing that's decent is the amount of food. I wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered takeaway but was unfortunately inedible and thrown in the bin. The portions were very small on top of this. And no offer to correct the order or refund when the order was messed up. over 35 for two kebabs that were terrible quality.. stay clear of this one.

I visited on 24/10 at night time, and i had the worst experience. The kebab was sour and inedible, easily the worst food I’ve ever had. I decided to give the place a second chance but was again disappointed. When I calmly raised my concerns, I was shockingly thrown out by the staff. This level of rudeness and poor food quality is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place by all costs.

Best takeaway I’ve EVER been to

My experience of this venue today was amazing. The salad was clean, crisp and fresh. He cooked the meat in front of me and put the wrap bread to one side as requested. The chips were tasty and crispy and he even gave me extra garlic mayo upon request! The tiles around me really lifted my mood and the whole venue was clean and tidy. I’m really not sure where these bad reviews came from, my meal plus a can of Vimto was just £8, worth every penny! Cheer up buttercup! 🇪🇬

A year after our trip to Bath, we still remembered these delicious gyros and the incredibly sweet service of one of our favorite late-night shawarma spots in the world. Go to Dark Horse bar, then go here after.

very poor. the salad may be few days old. it was smelly when I tried to eat. I order chicken doner with chips took £7.50. The chips wasn’t crispy. Chips was in the sea of oil.. so horrible. when I come back home I need to take medicine because this food make me sick of digestions. Really feel bad. Never recommend this shop to anyone. very bad customer service. I thrown the food in the bin after few bites.

Daylight robbery. I paid £20 (plus "service" charge and delivery) for this on UberEats! I upgraded to a "large" for an extra cost as the last time I ordered from here about six months ago I was disappointed by their portion size. I'm an average build and this took me about 5-10 minutes to eat and I'm genuinely still hungry. Zero difference in size from the time I've had it before despite paying extra for "large". I also paid extra money for lamb donner meat which they did not include. The meat itself was passable - absolutely fine if the portion was what I paid for. It is absolutely terrible service to charge for something and not then not fulfil the order. I'll never order from here again. People should really pay attention to the bad reviews.

Honestly, I have never seen a place more worse with a terrible customer service than here. I asked for large chips with garlic mayo on one side and chilli on the other. He didn’t even care and just put the sauces on only ONE area. He also mixed the old chips with the new, my fork couldn’t even hold chips because of how hard it was. Disgusting

Chips re-cooked several times and the 2 chic shish meat was very string and tough not chicken breast at all.i eat chicken shish from all over bath take aways and can say this is the worst £18.50 I have ever spent and won't be back.

Best kebab place in Bath! The chicken/ lamb shawarma wraps and chips are so good - lovely Egyptian flavour you won’t get anywhere else. The friendliness from Ahmed and the team is second to none (hence the name) - always greeted with a smile whether it’s lunch time or 3 am. Couldn’t rate this place more highly!

Terribly disappointed for the third time in a row. very discourteous staff, poor food quality. it happened twice, they gave me the wrong pizza not the one I asked for. Didn’t even give any sauce or dip. on top of that they wont accept card. Inshort, its a bunch of fleecers

One of the best places in Bath for some Arab cuisine. Shawarma and pizza are a must try with their original garlic sauce. Mahmood and Ahmed are super helpful and customise per your taste

This is my favourite go to place when ever I feel like a tasty bite. Kebabs full of flavour and have less than a quarter of the all of grease from traditional kebabs. Full of salad and tasty sauces.

Poor quality of kebabs : doner and chicken, Not tasty , salad bad . Waste of food location… Doner kebab stinks, doesn’t taste like doner. I would say one of the worse kebab which I ever eat.
