I visited on 24/10 at night time, and i had the worst experience. The kebab was sour and inedible, easily the worst food I’ve ever had. I decided to give the place a second chance but was again disappointed. When I calmly raised my concerns, I was shockingly thrown out by the staff. This level of rudeness and poor food quality is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place by all costs.

Absolutely unreal place, this singular takeaway shop has brought me more happiness than anything else. I could quite happily love off their delicious food. The atmosphere is sublime and the customer service is spectacular. I love freinds takeaway

Best takeaway I’ve EVER been to

My experience of this venue today was amazing. The salad was clean, crisp and fresh. He cooked the meat in front of me and put the wrap bread to one side as requested. The chips were tasty and crispy and he even gave me extra garlic mayo upon request! The tiles around me really lifted my mood and the whole venue was clean and tidy. I’m really not sure where these bad reviews came from, my meal plus a can of Vimto was just £8, worth every penny! Cheer up buttercup! 🇪🇬

A year after our trip to Bath, we still remembered these delicious gyros and the incredibly sweet service of one of our favorite late-night shawarma spots in the world. Go to Dark Horse bar, then go here after.

very poor. the salad may be few days old. it was smelly when I tried to eat. I order chicken doner with chips took £7.50. The chips wasn’t crispy. Chips was in the sea of oil.. so horrible. when I come back home I need to take medicine because this food make me sick of digestions. Really feel bad. Never recommend this shop to anyone. very bad customer service. I thrown the food in the bin after few bites.

Daylight robbery. I paid £20 (plus "service" charge and delivery) for this on UberEats! I upgraded to a "large" for an extra cost as the last time I ordered from here about six months ago I was disappointed by their portion size. I'm an average build and this took me about 5-10 minutes to eat and I'm genuinely still hungry. Zero difference in size from the time I've had it before despite paying extra for "large". I also paid extra money for lamb donner meat which they did not include. The meat itself was passable - absolutely fine if the portion was what I paid for. It is absolutely terrible service to charge for something and not then not fulfil the order. I'll never order from here again. People should really pay attention to the bad reviews.

Honestly, I have never seen a place more worse with a terrible customer service than here. I asked for large chips with garlic mayo on one side and chilli on the other. He didn’t even care and just put the sauces on only ONE area. He also mixed the old chips with the new, my fork couldn’t even hold chips because of how hard it was. Disgusting

BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER ALL SALAD AND KETCHUP I had this burger in December 2023 and mm mm mm I will never forget it Sometimes I wake up from my dreams with my arms outstretched just YEARNING for a burger, drool all over my pillow, murmuring "frrrriiiieeeeennnddddssss" Don't go to this place unless you want a burger that will give you the biggest burgergasm of your life The guys gave me some weird looks tho when I went in there though

Absolute best kebab shop after a Saturday night out drinking. The staff are absolutely lovely and the service is quick and very polite.

Be aware. We ordered large portions and they were very small. Tried to call to ask them why but no answer. After fifth try we gave up. Clearly didn't want to answer. Be careful!

I strongly discourage patronizing the establishment where my friends and I recently consumed an large pizza, as it resulted in severe illness, causing vomiting and food poisoning among us. My experience prompts me to advise against recommending this place.

Chips re-cooked several times and the 2 chic shish meat was very string and tough not chicken breast at all.i eat chicken shish from all over bath take aways and can say this is the worst £18.50 I have ever spent and won't be back.

Best kebab place in Bath! The chicken/ lamb shawarma wraps and chips are so good - lovely Egyptian flavour you won’t get anywhere else. The friendliness from Ahmed and the team is second to none (hence the name) - always greeted with a smile whether it’s lunch time or 3 am. Couldn’t rate this place more highly!

Terribly disappointed for the third time in a row. very discourteous staff, poor food quality. it happened twice, they gave me the wrong pizza not the one I asked for. Didn’t even give any sauce or dip. on top of that they wont accept card. Inshort, its a bunch of fleecers

This is my favourite go to place when ever I feel like a tasty bite. Kebabs full of flavour and have less than a quarter of the all of grease from traditional kebabs. Full of salad and tasty sauces.

Probably one of the worst kebab I came across in the uk - kebab meat doesn’t taste like it should and poor quality meat which stinks - waste of place in heart of Bath. I wouldn’t sell things like that to people to call it a kebab. Both chicken and lamb doner worst than each other, poor quality salad as well. I strongly recommend to change the supplier and improve serving as well

WARNING - I would rate this place 0/5 if I could. My friends and I came for chips and a burger, hair was found in the chips; burnt onion rings I did NOT order in my chips and to top it off staff were rude. No customer service skills or hygiene at this place. My body feels violated. DISGUSTING!!!

Got lamb doner from here on our way back to London but it was utterly tasteless and made us sick with food poisoning because it wasnt cooked properly and looked old!! I would 0 star if i could. Also the man was very rude and unfriendly who served us! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE.

Worst takeaway pizza I’ve had, base not even cooked, extra toppings I paid for were left off, paid £12 for something inedible.

I ordered a lamb shawarma but got given a lamb doner. When I pointed out the mistake I was told that if I wanted the shawarma I’d have to pay again. As I don’t eat doner meat I ordered the shawarma and paid again as I was hungry and it was late. The doner I gave to a homeless person and ate the worst shawarma I have ever tasted. Avoid this place.

Tried chicken shawarma. Very delicious. There is a little more oil in it, but this is what gives it a pleasant taste. The bread used is saj bread, which is the same as the saj bread that we have in the Arab countries, not tortillas. I recommend trying it, especially since we are in a place where Arabic food is scarce. The restaurant is run by an Egyptian young man like Honey 👍🏻
