First time visiting an Itsu, liked it a lot. Food real nice, service quick, all very convenient.

Great place if you want something easy and delicious. The staff were super nice and helpful. I have allergies and Lydia walked me through the menu and helped me choose. Honestly, what a great customer service from her. It’s very rare to have this experience nowadays. 100% recommend and thank you Lydia!

There are too many Itsus in London (and Wasabi does better sushi) but good that Bath has one. Usual lack of tuna or any other sashimi besides salmon. You're not given wasabi or ginger with your sushi when you collect your order - like getting a burger without ketchup or a salad without dressing - why on earth not

I used to really like Istu but my latest experience here left me really disappointed - I won't be coming back. I got the Katsu curry noodles with an egg, £7.49 in total, for a 60% full small tub of noodles. Admittedly it tasted good, but the value for money was astonishingly bad, there was barely anything in it and I left hungry.

Not tried Itsu before and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was very tasty and decent portion for a light meal. Unfortunately at dinner time when I went, most of the seating area had been cordoned off so there were only a few seats inside. I also wish the cutlery hadn't been wood as I hate that, but I know they're into eco friendly so fine

Excellent choice of food and very tasty according to my companion! (I just had a peppermint tea). Fast service but really fresh, put together as you order it on the interactive screens - very easy to use even if you aren't used to that kind of thing I would think. Impersonal but that's to be expected of a chain like this! Really one of the better chains with decent vegan options, as well as gluten free - and more veg than you'll get almost anywhere else!

had the worst experience, islamophobic staff

Nothing positive to say about the experience here. Ordered the korean spicy udon but received the thai udon instead (I strongly despise coconut). When I tried to explain this mistake, the staff seemed condescending and insisted that I received the correct order. I had to eat the disgusting coconut flavoured noodles instead of the korean noodles I had expected, even smothering them in gochujang couldn’t mask the disappointing taste of coconut.

I had a fantastic experience at Itsu Bath! The food was fresh, delicious, and served promptly. I’ve been to different Itsu branches in London, but this one truly stands out—it’s even better. A special shoutout to John, who was incredibly helpful with my order and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service paired with great food makes this branch a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Despite the busy hour, place is kept clean and tidy.

The sushi is very good, also if you arrive when there is half an hour left to close the sushi trays they reduce them to half price, I would repeat without a doubt.

Chicken teriyaki with rice has nothing to do with the real thing. Slightly warm, undercooked in a paper cup. It tasted like it was made from frozen rice and peas with chicken added to it. Chicken was ok, but more like chicken than chicken teriyaki. It's not Asian food.

Quite disappointed unfortunately. Ordered a Korean spicy stir fry with egg but there was no egg. Got charged for it nonetheless. The portion size was really small, less than half the container full. What little there was was tasty, as expected, but the experience left me unhappy, and... Hungry. Had to go and buy another dish elsewhere. I really expected better.

One of my favourite places to get lunch or dinner! Always fab for delivery or even better when I get to pop in.

Love Itsu! Touch screens to order were dead handy. Couldn't get the app to work sadly for the points. Lots of seating and toilets. The code is on the bill to get into the toilet door. Quick service and delicious food. P.S please consider doing more kid friendly options.

Just got food poisoning from here - one of my worst days so far! Please train your staff properly to avoid this happening again in the future.

Food was bland . But service was fast and the tables were clean .Very average lunch

Firstly the lower rating is not a reflection of the staff, they were friednly and welcoming. The food however was majorly disappointing. I had a detox soup and it was just so watery with little flavour. The gyzo were mega bland. No matter how many flavourings I added I just couldn't get the meal to taste nice. My girlfriend didn't particularly enjoy hers either. It's a shame because we love the Itsu supermarket products, but the experience here didn't hit the mark.

FAST, DELICIOUS AND TOTALLY HEALTHY

Half an hour before the closing time, many things go at half price and so there is a huge line for billing at the counter to avail the discount. This discount is not applicable to the live cooking options such as soups during that half hour.

Dump my order on side for few mins. Didn't hear my no 89 called out. Arrogant girl. She didn't see me behind in the seating area. Told her my complaint. Hard of hearing. Passing wind hrs afterwards. Never again. Not apologise

A decent place to pick up a quick bite to eat. The seating isn't the best and the place definitely feels low-end, but the food is tasty, good value for money, and extremely quick to appear after your order.

Well usually the food and service are better but the last time I went there the Chicken Teriyaki Rice had a sour smell and it was obvious one of the ingredients was off but couldn't tell which. I asked the team to check it for me but they said it smelled fine. After hesitation one of them did offer to replace it if I'd wished but I had already felt a bit embarrassed so decided not to and decided to stop eating that particular meal in my order after trying two more bites. I was then dismayed when I saw that another customer who complained after me but in a more assertive manner got his meal replaced straight away whereas with me there was a lot of hesitation. I believe at least one of the ingredients this time was not properly stored. The reason I did not give a lower rating is that usually the team is nicer and the food is better.

Good food, really quick service and reasonably priced; although certain things like miso soup or specific dishes are much more expensive than they used to be!

Sadly, the place showed early promise but it is way over priced. Although, the selection screens show food on proper dishes, the rice and noodles come out in cardboard containers. You then self-serve yourself with cardboard sporks and try to eat like you're at a fairground. Boo!

Few tables available, to go to the bathroom you have to ask permission and be authorized with a code. Dishes prepared quickly, very little choice. Poor quality, the dishes taste bad. Edamame served frozen

My wife and I were looking for a place for lunch and stumbled this place. We were both delighted with what we ordered. The food was delicious and the service was quick. I will also say that it was fairly priced for what we got.

I thought that the food was served on plates, but paper bowls, paper spoons, nice decor, average food, I was hoping for something more tasty, disappointing.

We went on a wet Saturday evening around 6ish, nice and quiet. Service was instant. Worth knowing about half price in last half hour, which for bath is 8.30 - 9.

Came in to Itsu with my daughter and was served by a lovely lady who said her name was Poppie. Very polite and answered all my questions regarding the different food options. (My daughter is fussy)

Amazing customer service, I believe the staff member who served us was called Shaun. He was super welcoming & helpful, we were very indecisive as to what we wanted to order - he was very patient with us & made suggestions on popular dishes, etc. Great food - will definitely be back!

Ordered via deliveroo, the Gyoza arrived and the main event - Chicken Teryaki Roce Bowl - was missing. Itsu did not check the order and neither did the deliveroo guy. Deliveroo offering only part refund which could take 10 days! Awful service has put me off both and I still haven't go the meal OR the money :(. I won't be doing that again...

Food was good, veggie gyozas and chicken/rice for my toddler. I think it would be nice to have the ‘eat in’ food served in proper bowls.

tasted the salmon mix , salmon was so bad so i thought it was out of date , got confirmation with tonights diarrhea. No tables left too for us to eat.

The seaweed was appallingly salty - could not be eaten, spoiled everything. Several fish bones found in the salmon slices, both sushi and sashimi.

A nice place to eat sushi if you want to have it ready in a moment and to take away. No need to add extra soy sauce it you are not taking it away as it's also available there.

Good value and wide choice on menu. You have to order on one of the touch screens when you enter. You collect your food at the counter, which was served up really quickly, although the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy when we went in (and it was a Sunday afternoon). Food was really good and very tasty and restaurant was clean and tidy. Well worth a visit if you like Japanese cuisine.

Propee food but poor service quality

EDIT: my original (2 star) review is below, however the manager was very quick to respond, assured me that this is being dealt with and was apologetic - so I’m bumping up the rating as the issue was dealt with so efficiently (and I love the food). I am local to this branch and often choose Itsu for lunch. Today having purchased my lunch and drinks and paying the eat-in surcharge, I went outside for 5 minutes then returned and asked to use the bathroom. I was told the entry code was on my receipt (which I had thrown away). There was lots of tutting and eye rolling and one of the staff whispered to another “she’s only just walked in” - made me feel like a criminal for using the toilet despite being a repeat eat-in customer. Maybe some more training is needed?

Great place for a quick & tasty meal. You can order via their screens or in person & the staff are always both friendly and accommodating. Their vegan options are divine, so well worth a try if your in the area

The food is really misrepresented in the photos. We ordered 3 meals and each one was a pale comparison to the pictures. Chicken was grey and noodle dishes had only 3 dumplings and were 90% broth. Also they put the hot food on the counter and then make you go and get a bag and bag it up yourself in front of them. So weird. Just bag it for your customers.

The young atmosphere seemed refreshing. Definitely the food wasn't tasty.

Nahhh, so bad. Got the catsu dish, IT WAS 90% CATSU SAUCE. Last time I went the rice was raw, mate the chefs don’t care.

I went to itsu Bath for the first time, food tasted good. Unfriendly service unfortunately, I also bought one of their aluminium bottles, hard to put the cap back on properly, keep leaking water. I've tried to put it on properly and tighter and it only cut my finger. Avoid buying this bottle. Improvement needed. I have messaged itsu about it, but so far I had no response, another downside on their customer service or lack of.

First time going to Itsu. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was really good. The order screens are great as they let you take the time to browse what's available. We ordered some sushi to share and some rice bowls and drinks. Service was pretty fast all the good was ready in about 3-4 minutes. We ate in and the seating area was clean and tidy (although we were there just before lunchtime) The food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. My only complaint would be that the toilets were out of service.

The vegetarian Udon soup is terrible. It doesn't taste like anything, let alone any possible undefined Asian soup. I ponder the life choices that led me to this soup.

+ provide a choice of sauce. In many other establishments where I was, there was no choice + there is no feeling that the seafood was frozen. Everything was soft and tender + Smiling and friendly staff + Quiet, cozy place without noise and fuss - I didn’t feel any expressiveness in the taste of the sushi. The rice tasted more than the filling - at the counter where utensils and chopsticks are taken, there are no additional containers for sauce - having visited the establishment closer to closing, I understood that the employees would be preparing for closure. However, I was not pleased that they were rattling a chair on the table in a hurry. Noise, some negligence - unpleasant - Having chosen a table, we decided to sit down at it. An unpleasant observation was the presence of used bags from previous visitors on the newly cleaned table. It's not a problem to remove it, that's what we did. But it wasn't very nice I didn’t go to the restroom, that’s why I can’t come here For such a plan, the establishment is generally not bad. Considering that the visit was on a Saturday evening, everything was worthy. I believe that some of the disadvantages I mentioned simply will not exist at a less busy time of day. I think you can visit occasionally) *look from a foreigner*

Only stopped by for a quick snack but the food arrived almost instantly and the tables and floor were perfectly clean.

Miso soup was good. Especially warming on a cold day. The sushi however I was not pleased with as the salmon didn't seem fresh at all, or at least not of great quality.

The serving size was imaginably small even for a single person. Quiet Okayish!

Service was fast, choice seemed good, but sadly the food is really mediocre, apart from being the required hot and wet! I had the Spicy Chicken Gyoza Noodle bowl. It wasn't very spicy, the gyoza's were ok, but very under seasoned and the soup broth was pretty bland. It just needed some of those lovely Japanese flavours that you get in broths such as...seasoning!! It was also very cabbage heavy with red cabbage and savoy cabbage. If I wanted that much cabbage I would have had coleslaw.

Quick service and easy to order. Good range of options for anyone with dietary requirements and in general with the food menu. Well laid out inside, probably a bit pricey overall.

Probably one of my favourite sushi places in Bath. It’s very reasonably priced. The food is always fresh and delicious. Ordering is so easy on the kiosk machines, it even shows the allergens in each dish they have. Definitely worth going!

The food is very good, however the extreme fast food environment hindered the quality of service.

Today we were served by extremely grumpy, unfriendly and rude lady with red hair at around 2.40pm. Poor customer service and felt very unwelcome so will go somewhere else next time. Shame.

Restaurant of oriental cuisine in the city of Bas. Service is fast. The food is delicious. Pricing policy is available. The atmosphere is wonderful. Food preparation is quick and with all the necessary hygiene measures. There are tables in the hall. But sometimes the staff does not have time to wipe them, so they cleaned it themselves after the previous guests. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet was not clean enough, there was a lot of paper, there was water on the floor, there were handprints on the door. And not only in the toilet. It can be seen that there is not enough staff for cleaning. Payment by card only, cash cannot be used. This should be kept in mind when visiting
