Me and my family enjoyed this restaurant very much and had an amazing time there, we want to thank Dilara especially for helping us very much and having such an amazing attitude.🤍

Had a great time in here they looked after to me so well, even given me a dessert on the house. Will be coming back there again.

Our waitress Dilara was very friendly & polite. The service was prompt & efficient. She made us feel extremely comfortable to ask for anything. Plus the food was delicious. This was my first visit to this restaurant and I would definitely come again…highly recommended!

Amazing mixed grill is served here with freshly warm baked bread and salad to complement your meal. Portion sizes are great and is fair to the price. I will definitely be making a return visit here next time I’m in town! There is Great service here with authentic flavourful food.

Hate to be leaving this review as this was once my go-to, only Turkish restaurant I would swear by, but the last 3 times my husband and I have visited they have had no doner, even before 9pm. It is a huge shame as Nuri has wonderful service, but we have to find another regular place so we aren’t disappointed.

This evening, I had the pleasure of visiting Şelale Restaurant for the first time, and it certainly won’t be the last. It was also our first visit to Green Lanes, as we were on the hunt for an authentic Turkish restaurant. After checking TikTok for recommendations, Şelale came up repeatedly, so we decided to give it a try. The food and atmosphere were exceptional, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Miss Dilara. From the moment she warmly welcomed us and seated us, she ensured we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the restaurant and expertly guided us in selecting the perfect starters and mains. To make the evening even more special, Dilara treated us to complimentary Turkish tea and baklava—a thoughtful and generous gesture. This is hands down the best Turkish restaurant I’ve visited. The food was so fresh and bursting with flavor. I’ve been raving about it to everyone since leaving, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I came over with my group of girls for a birthday dinner. We enjoyed our time very much at selale restaurant, the food was amazing along with the warm atmosphere and our waiter sina was very respectful, served and cleaned our table very nicely. The quality of the food was very fresh , I particularly enjoyed the yogurt adana, it was very fresh and tasty. I will come back here again for future events and I cannot express how much I recommend the hospitality, atmosphere and food of selale restaurant.

Sin duda el mejor turco en toda la franja de Harringgay. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente. Fuimos atendidos por Dilara, que era absolutamente fantástico, cálido, acogedor y puntual. La comida era fabulosa como siempre, un montón de opciones para sus vegetarianos también. no puedo esperar a volver!

Grilled meats were good. However don’t do mixed rice with bulgur like other places (unless you pay extra), only serve white rice which was bland and lacked flavour. The staff were lovely and our waiter gave us free Turkish tea and a desert on the house as it was super quiet. I would go again just for the desserts(Kunefe & Tresleces)

We went 10 people for New year’s eve and the food, atmosphere and service were brilliant. We have been a few times and Selale never disappoints us. Tonight Adile was looking after us, so polite and patient with us all. Thank you. Will be back soon.

We visited with my family, and we had a great experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, with unique tables and chairs, some designed like a garden, which added a nice touch. The service was fast, thanks to having multiple servers attending to us, which we really appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious!

It is one of the best restaurants in the area, but a waiter named Nuri was very rude. The reason I am making this comment is that he refused to give me change after I paid, justifying himself by saying "I forgot".

We went there as tourists from Vienna. The owner of the restaurant took special care of us and even offered free baklava and tea. If I ever come to London again, I would definitely visit this restaurant again. Very friendly staff!

We had a table booked up for about 16 people, great staff, great atmosphere but the food isn't the best 😉 we ordered 3 x big platters around £95 each and wasn't impressed, there was about 4 pieces of lamb shish, chicken shish, ribs but mostly full of rice! For that sort of money we should have opt to ordered a meal each instead of these so called platters that every Turkish kebab restaurant has! but was a complete let down.. would eat here again but probably will go with an individual meal

Visited the restaurant for a staff lunch this afternoon having visited a few weeks ago with my family. Excellent service given from Ahmet and Fatos. Food tasted great, my team and I are pleased with how we were treated, even received some complimentary items.

We held my birthday lunch here, and although we were a big booking, the service was brilliant, we weren't rushed into ordering, and the Prosecco was lovely and cold. We have been there several times. It is well worth your trip to green Lanes. Stylish, good portions of Turkish Cousine, meat, soup, fish or vegetarian and vegan. Attentive waiting staff, today for us it was Ms. Dilara. They give the added extra here. Rates are medium priced. EV parking nearby or pay per minute parking if you come by car.

This has to be the best restaurant in London. We have dined at many top restaurants in central, but they do not even compare. The food is simply cooked with perfection, the prawn tava and Mussels are wonderful and delicious. The atmosphere is amazing and the restaurant itself is stunning. However, we feel that the most special part of the restaurant is their wonderful hospitality. The staff here are amazing, they are always welcoming and go above and beyond with their service. My Mum absolutely enjoys dining there, and we will make this our regular. Thank you
