The staff here are always really friendly and helpful. The coffee is great and the food is really very good! Why go to a chain when you can get this quality?! Also 10% off for town centre workers and a loyalty card

Lovely shop, I come in here all the time and I can't fault the place; Friendly staff, nice drinks, and a really good price for what you're getting! If you're in the town, this is the only coffee shop that's worth your time.

Really frustrating when the barista forgets your order and your sat there with your friends who have all finished there food and yours isn't even here yet. Such a shame.

The soup and cakes are delicious. The seating is lovely too. Also, we had a tiny issue and the staff sorted it immediately, with a smile. This is my new favourite coffee shop.

I've been coming in most of the week because i'm doing my degree. I've spent quite alot of money. The last two days haven't been too bad however today was terrible. I waited for my coffee for 25 minutes! when i asked where it was, i got a wet fish look! customer service?! i ordered some lunch around 12:25 and 40 minutes later it's still not here? the staff are more interested in chatting away than working. First time, i let it off but second time? i don't think so.

We visited Second Cup on the Parade in Swindon on the recommendation of a friend. Whilst the baristas were friendly and helpful, we left Very disappointed - incorrect coffee order and bland tasteless food - Chicken Teriyaki Rice Pot. The staff did change the coffee when the issue was pointed out, without quibble. The seats were comfy, and that's it. A very uninspiring coffee shop in Swindon.

Such a gem of a place. Fantastic value with truly scrumptious food and drinks. Waffles were amazing, coffee was delicious.

Great service, fast and polite and friendly. Staff made suggestions to help with their vast array of coffee types. Just fabulous. We come here all the time.

This is an excellent cafe in town centre. Good seating. Great snack menu. Excellent coffee. The staff are very polite and friendly.
