Excellent food and service. Pre theatre visit, looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended, will definitely be returning

5 out of 5 all day long. Service was fantastic, our server was great and helped us pick out dishes to suit our tastes since it was our first time. Presentation was beautiful but that was nothing compared to the incredible flavours - I can honestly say this was the best meal I have eaten in a long time and I already can’t wait to come back. The beautiful view as the sun set was the cherry on top of an already perfect evening.

1st time visiting but certainly not the last! Food, cocktails and mocktails excellent and lovely staff and atmosphere. The views over our lovely green city also very nice! See you next time Sebu!

We were friends on a University Reunion trip and had heard good things about the restaurant, so it's all the more disappointing when the experience was spoiled by poor customer service. I am a mystery shopper ( not working on this occasion) so please accept my comments as well intentioned and hopefully they will have a positive outcome in improving your customer care and training. I made the booking online and in the box asking for more details about our group mentioned that one of our party was Coeliac. So the manager and staff were aware ( or should have been that one of our party had a gluten intolerance) The menu is presented in a confusing way so that although my friend thought she was ordering a gluten free meal when it arrived it was obvious that the burger bun was not gluten free. The staff were alerted immediately and it should have been rectified within minutes - it took 30 mins for her meal to arrive and the poor staff attitude - smirking and rude comments didn't help. I appreciate mistakes can be made, but each customer should be made to feel respected and valued - my friend felt humiliated and embarrassed- we were grudgingly given a slight discount for the delay and poor service - its a shame as it spoilt our special evening.

Wow! Sebu last night was stunning! I visited when it first open and thought the service and food was just ok. I came last night and it’s done a complete 180! Gorgeous food, well seasoned and prepared. Efficient and courteous service! Lush cocktail recommendations from Mal. My favourite was the pork belly skewers and the garlic fried rice. Definitely a worth a visit and I will be back! Great spot for a date night

Came here with family on Saturday evening family had been a few times before first time for us . Food was really good the setting is really good with the views over hull the service is very professional and welcoming the 2 young waitresses who looked after us are milli and Ella well done girls . The guy playing the saxophone was just amazing

My husband booked this as a surprise whilst staying for the weekend. We visited earlier in the day to have a drink and take in the views of the rooftop terrace. Whilst there we asked if we had been booked on a window table and was assured we would. However on arrival all tables were taken so we had to sit at the bar with a drink. We again explained it was for our 42nd wedding anniversary and was expecting a window table. We waited for quite a while but was updated and eventually was seated at another window table. The service by Nikola was good and friendly. All staff seemed cheerful and helpful. Mains were tasty, however we each had a desert and mine wasn't chilled but this was taken off the bill. Overall we felt the food was a little on the pricey side but all in all a pleasant experience.

This was our first time to SEBU. Definitely a restaurant to which we will return. The food was very good with flavours that were new to us. Attentive, cheerful and helpful staff, especially Jude. The view over Hull from this 12th floor restaurant was stunningly panoramic. All in all, a wonderful evening.

The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Staff were knowledgeable about the food and the cocktails were second to none.

Absolutely beautiful setting, only topped by an absolutely beautiful meal. Steak cooked to perfection and the service was wonderful. The desert was to die for! If ever you go here I highly recommend the Ube cake. It's utterly delicious and possiblythe best cake i've had!

Sebu was reccomended to me by a friend. She told me great things about the reasturant. Sebu did not dissapoint. We were welcomed into the reasturant, quickly seated and our drinks order was taken quickly from the thought-out drinks menu. The menu had a wide variety of phillipan food. We decided to try dishes off the small plates menu that we hadn't tried before. The meals were outstanding, perfect presentation, flavour and reasonably price! We wanted to try more! The desserts were delicious too! The staff were friendly and welcoming the whole time we were there. They is entertaining music from a saxaphone player too. I would 100% reccomended.

After living overseas for over 28yrs and working as a flight attendant I can honestly say that I had the best Aperol Spritz here in Hull in Sebu restaurant! I'm very familiar with Filipino food and can't say that it has been my top favourite cuisine, however Sebu has pulled the cat out of the bag. The beautiful flavours of Filipino food has been brought to life with finesse.

Outstanding service, exquisite food, beautiful cocktails and a stunning restaurant with an excellent vibe great music and views. All foods and drinks had a twist like no other I have in Hull. Wpukd 💯 recommend
