We went to take a seat in the outside area with my family, I had my 7nyear old daughter and 11 month old son who needed a feed at the time. We took a seat out of the way from everybody else and noticed we were being stared at by a member of staff from inside the cafe. This member of staff had then approached us and asked if there was anything she could do for us. We politely asked if it was okay just to take a seat whilst we feed our baby before we ordered a coffee. The member of staff told us we couldn't sit here and asked us to leave the premises without any real explanation. We left with no hassle, but left us struggling to find a place to sit to feed our baby. Outrageous behavior and would not recommend the place. Quite clear the message is money first over customer experience.

Such lovely service, I could actually smell the fresh food! So, instead of just a coffee break between shopping, we had a beautiful wrap and drinks. Finished off by a muffin. Pleasantly surprised. Coffee was good. Accepted cash when the internet was playing up. Thank you

It was a really nice place to visit. Smiles and a warm welcome. Good coffee and quick service. There is plenty of seating and easily accessed from the main entrance.

Very friendly staff, service was great, they even offered to bring everything to the table for me as I am using crutches after knee surgery. Food was good and the cakes are excellent.

What a nice coffee shop. We are guilty of walking by places like this and heading for the nearest Costa, today we stopped in for a coffee. Catered for those with allergies/intolerance. The latte we had was just the mid morning pick up we needed. The food looks delicious although we didn't get anything today we will definitely be back to try. Lovely clean environment and the customer service was friendly and very welcoming. Good job guys!

Ok for a coffee and sandwich but wouldn't go if I wanted a cooked lunch as their menu is pretty basic. Reasonable prices and would recommend.

One of the best Cafes I have been to. Clean and welcoming. Quick service and good food. I have enjoyed my visits here. The food certainly tastes good and the pastry is light, I would say perfect.

Came in and sat down, it was cold and rainy outside so I was warming up a bit before I ordered . Lady came up to me to leave as I haven’t paid for food despite the place being literally empty. Disappointing and upsetting

We was at the steampunk festival for the weekend. Had take out teas ,oat milk lattes baguettes , jacket potato,tuna melts. Happy friendly and super efficient service.

Really reasonably priced for a city centre food outlet. Only had toasted sandwich and coffee but both were very nice. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Visited granddaughter just started at Hull Uni, she asked to visit Coffee Delight while we were there, lovely food, home made cakes, delightful owners, very clean, definitely recommend for coffee and lunch.

We mainly head here for the rollover hotdogs, which are good value and tasty. The staff are always friendly and I would recommend.

Every time I have been in here the staff have greeted you warmly, treated us like friends and served us well. The smoothies and the iced coffees really perk me up.

Pop in for lunch when shopping in the centre, food is reasonably priced, freshly made and very nice. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, definitely recommend if passing.

Its opposite Planet Coffee where the service is poor so cross the road and get served quickly by friendly staff.

Helpful staff and good service. Nice tea cake. Tea was not good, extremely weak, only one teabag in each pot and no amount of stirring made any difference to tea strength. They certainly need to change their choice of teabag.

Beautiful coffee shop. Very polite staff and food was amazing.

I got a strawberry smoothie here and my mum got a cappuccino. We both enjoyed our drinks and it was relatively cheap too! Also, a child had an accident whilst we were there and all the staff members were extremely supportive towards the child and the family, offering tissues and a bandage. Thank you for the service!

Great coffee great service friendly staff

We went for elevenses and returned later for a light lunch. Staff polite and helpful, clean tables. Decaf everything and plenty of room between tables. Food was lovely.

Just popped in for a quick drink on a hot afternoon but was tempted by the cakes! The staff were friendly and welcoming. It seems a bit mean not to give it 5 stars , but we didn't try the savouries so I can't comment on the food!

Pleasantly located within Princes Key shopping centre its ideally situated for a rest and refreshment stop. Good quality coffee is served at a competitive price. Staff are friendly and efficient.

We love this cafe as I have 2 children aged 7 and 9 so don't want to spend a long time dining. The owners are very friendly and the cafe is clean, friendly ,great food and drink .

I went in with my daughter on my birthday for a lunch treat before going for cake and shopping. We ordered drinks with a panini and toastie. Drinks where made and We were directed to a table after been given a raffle ticket ( order number ) my cuppa was warm but not boiling and so i could only add a little milk or it would of been cold. When food arrived it was well presented with sides of salad,,coleslaw and tortilla chips. My daughters panini was hot and well toasted but my toastie wasn't crispy , as it was very thick bread it had toasted on the outside but inside was still like bread and the onion was still raw and cheese not melted much and lukewarm . With been in a rush we didn't bother saying anything as we didn't have time to sort it out. Might have another visit but it wasnt busy so no reason it should be cold. Maybe they should use thinner bread.

I ordered a Latte and muffin. Was given a coffee cup with lipstick on! obviously this put me right off my food and drink. The manager did make me a fresh Latte and gave me a refund for my drink. However with Covid amongst us, hygiene should be paramount.

One thing put me off, especially with the currant situation.. They don't take card payments.. So unfortunately myself and friends won't use.
