He estado aquí unas cuantas veces y nunca he tenido ningún motivo de queja. :)

Teeny wee coffee shop and takeaway, but well worth a visit. Cakes, soups sandwiches, all the usual but they bake their own bread. The chocolate brownie is to die for... worth going for that alone.

I visited for a light lunch. Ordered a chicken pesto sandwich. It came on 1 slice of bread with salad. I had a small coffee and slice of lemon cake. Total £11.50: the food was nice but way overpriced. With so much to choose from in Finneston, I probably wouldn't go back.

Coffee lovely and really nice quality. Desserts nothing to write home about - waffles and pancakes both a little bland and, as seems to be the norm in many places these days, served in giant portions to justify high prices (£5.50 each!! 😳). Would much prefer a smaller portion at a reasonable price - instead feel like because it cost more you eat more than you should then feel uncomfortable later.

Chocolate brownies to die for. Carefully prepared coffee in all shapes and sizes. My son (17) almost died in admiration of the great Meatball Marinara on a sub roll! I enjoyed a Super (food) Salad which is much tastier than it sounds and includes an eclectic mix of "super" veg and fruit with a yoghurt sauce. To be recommended. Killed a couple of hours here with fast free wifi. Loos (separate for m/w) are a bit small, but clean.

First time I went i loved it, but was really disappointed went for lunch with work friends ordered food at 12.05 we were the first people in the restaurant and it didn't arrive until 12.45! We had to run out the door with our food let on the plate. I had chicken caesar salad and the lettuce was brown in the middle and the chicken was black because it was so badly over cooked. Friends disliked it to unfortunately, such a shame as it looks really nice from the outside Go if you have plenty time on your hands!

i pop in a couple of times a week on route to work from central station towards charing x for a £4 deal on a roll n sausage with an espresso. £4 i hear you say, this in so many ways surpasses the £1.20 brick hard, dried out rolls and sausage that you can get elsewhere in glasgow first thing in the morning. The sausage is so tasty its almost burger like but so meaty, 2 sausages on a gorgeous griddled roll, all freshly cooked from stratch by the chef. one of these every couple of days is a treat, i would highly recommend. the rest of the cakes and pastries look fantastic but i haven't ventured that far yet

What a delightful little find today! Was blown away with the selection and standard in cafe good to see somewhere producing high quality food. Such a nice to change to mass produced cardboard. I will be back with the girls to devour all those cakes. Would have loved the Nutella donut today but on a health kick for Santa coming. Girl serving couldn't be any nicer (didn't get name from New Zealand)

I've been a regular here since Black Pine opened seven years ago, appearing at least once every week, and sometimes more frequently. Mostly I come on my own, but have also introduced friends and family. My experience of both the coffee and the service has always been extremely positive. Pete and the team have succeeded in creating a stylish, relaxed environment. They are a friendly lot, and like nothing better than a bit of backchat at the same time as serving up the best cup of coffee in the area. And I am VERY fussy about my coffee...I kid them on that I only come for the playlist, but that is simply not true. The place is inviting, the coffee is great, and the people are smart and funny as well as being good at their jobs. Now, guys, where's my free coffee?!!
