We often visit Seasons Bar in Woodford as it is always such a lovely and welcoming bar. We always meet others here and have great conversations. Kiernan makes the most amazing cocktails, as they should be made! No need to travel up to London for the best cocktails, just visit Seasons! So lucky to have such a lovely, welcoming and friendly local bar to enjoy. Thank you for a lovely Saturday afternoon!

We hired Seasons Bar for a private party to celebrate my daughter and her friend's 18th birthday. We'd like to Thank the amazing staff for making it such a memorable evening and for going above and beyond to make it so special for my daughter and her friend. We've already recommended the Bar for a neighbours party and it's so nice to have a local venue for a fun night out.

Fantastic 70th birthday party celebration at Season's Bar last weekend. Fabulous venue for parties, had a few there over the years. Always 1st port of call for meeting friends for a catch up too.

We hired a room in the back of this lively and fun bar for a family celebration. The event was to celebrate the birth of Hugo my stepsister Nina's grandson. It was a good space with bar and they allowed us to decorate and bring in buffet catering, plus a cake. Friendly staff and would highly recommend.

I’m not much on drinking out because getting home can be a pain but I will be returning to Seasons bar. Really friendly staff great atmosphere and it’s really close to Woodford station, A Cab service and a bus route. Making it a great place to meet your with friends and then have no problem getting home!

I had my 21st party at Seasons and the staff were amazing. Jess was so helpful, all bar staff were brilliant, the security guys were really good, so happy with how the night turned out! Thank you Jess & team :)

The Season Bar team, particularly Jess, was attentive and helpful from the first time we visited Seasons and decided to book the venue. Whatever vision you have for your party or event, the Seasons team are there to help. The function room is spacious and has an amazing dance floor space with party lights. The private bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. All the bartenders were incredibly friendly and efficient. You also get the whole day to set up the space before the event which made the preparations a lot easier. You also have the luxury of a private outside terrace. My daughter and all our guests had an incredible night filled with good music, drinks and nibbles. I would definitely recommend Seasons.

Myself & best friend used Seasons for a big 50th birthday bash. After some initial emails containing venue info, we meet up with Jess our event coordinator… perhaps because of our senior years, we saw her as nothing more than a child (or perhaps just jealous of her younger years) & unlikely to be of any more use then just booking out the venue & sorting out the staff. How wrong were we… from start to finish Jess was unbelievable, she advised, arranged, prepared & dealt with absolutely everything - from emails/calls, catering, dJ, decorating the venue, making signs, the idea of having 1 of the bars as a cocktail section & being there during the entire event working flat out, but still being available at every turn for anything we needed, whilst always wearing a smile throughout the whole evening. Jess was second to none, her eye for detail was top drawer, a miracle worker… & putting up with us too 😆 All her Colleagues on the night were also amazing, from manning the bars to serving food, from welcoming guests with a glass of fizz to looking after our gifts, from setting up the rooms to clearing them at the end… you get the idea. Thank you so much to all involved, you were all stars and a real slick team. We would not hesitate to recommend Jess & co to arrange any kind of function for you… from 10 to 120 people. Oh… & what an absolutely fab place too, with great food to boot. Hope we get to see you again sometime in the future at other events at Seasons. Thank you x

I recently held my 40th birthday party in the function room/courtyard area and had the best night ever. The venue is lovely and was the perfect space for the event. Jess was so helpful with the planning and was always on hand to answer my questions and make recommendations. All of the bar staff were super friendly and made sure that everything ran smoothly. So many of my guests commented on what a great venue it is and were really impressed. DJ Francis was great and everyone said how much they loved the music and what a great night it was. Thank you so much Seasons Bar, I had the best time ever and would totally recommend booking the function room to anyone wanting to host a special occasion at a special venue!

WOW, what a fabulous Family Party. Hired Season's Function Room and Courtyard for the party, we were absolutely thrilled with the venue and the East End themed party, delicious food, piping hot pie and mash, fish and chips.. Starters, jellied eels, cockles, mussels and prawn cocktail. Everybody tucked in and enjoyed the fantastic selection, even tried some for the 1st time. The Management and Staff went above and beyond to make this a very memorable event. Age ranges from 4 to 99, could not have done any better. Such a lot of Family memories made. Thank you for making this so special.🍾🥂🎉❤️

Seasons was a fantastic place to have my daughters birthday party. Jess was very friendly, and efficient with helping us organise it all, and took the time to sit down with my daughter to find out exactly what she wanted, and made sure that it happened. All the staff working that evening were polite, friendly and went out of their way to ensure that it was a great evening. The decorations were great, the food had plenty of compliments, ( and was exactly what my daughter wanted), and the drinks were delicious. They also made sure to cater to various specific dietary requirements, which I appreciated very much. The DJ and live singer were brilliant, so was the photographer, all of whom were suggested, and recommended by Jess. I'd happily recommend Seasons to anyone looking for a party venue, and hopefully I'll be back in a few years to celebrate my younger daughters 18'th.

I would highly recommend Seasons Bar and Function Room. I hired the facility my 30th birthday party and from day one, Amy was so accommodating in making my vision become a reality! The night itself was just so perfect and I have had so many comments this week from friends/family saying Amy and Kieran (and other bar staff) were brilliant on the night and the venue itself was beautifully decorated. Little did I know that on the night itself, my boyfriend was going to propose to me - it was honestly the best night of my life and the staff played such a big part in the set up so from the bottom of my heart, thank you! xxx

Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon spent with friends on the 30th August 2020. Scrumptious pizzas, lots of fizz, good atmosphere. Fabulous outside Patio and Bar area downstairs. So pleased to be back at our incredible local Bar. Cannot wait for the live music to start. Great job everyone, best venue in Woodford.

For a great night out in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere no where better in the local area than Season's Bar in The Broadway. Enjoy a drink and a chat with your friends or make friends there. Party nights are frequent with some wonderful singing acts for a reasonable cost which includes a drink. You can even hire the rooms downstairs free as long as you buy thier drinks. Always enjoy our visits, and Manager Lisa is a great host.

I was invited to attend a gathering in the private area of this well famed bar. I was very surprised and impressed by the standard of in-house catering for a small event. Also advertised was the forthcoming events of lookalikees singing during the year. Definitely will visit again and would highly recommend.

Well where do I start, first of all the title sums it up!. Absolutely love it here, great staff and the bar manager is one of very close friends and does a great job managing this place. On Fridays and Saturday nights are always rocking with great live singers and DJs that always get the crowd going!I Always look forward to great night here as you can’t fault it here. I would highly recommend for night out in Woodford on the weekend. It also great for a quiet drink during week if you are at loose end. In my opinion look nowhere else as this is the only decent place to go out in Woodford.

Decided to go somewhere different for lunch and Im glad I did. on arrival was met and served by lisa who was very welcoming and made us feel at home , we ordered some drink and food which arrived promptly and the food was excellent. we were pushed for time so couldn't stay too long but will definitely be back and may even come and visit in the evening as they seem to have plenty of events and bands so will definitely be back at some point

What a great evening- my friends and I went to see Rob Lamberti (George Michael tribute act) at Season Bar on 7 March - such an amazing event. Extremely well organised, great act and the staff were just amazing too. If you want a night out with live music a stones throw from Woodford train station look no further this is the place to go. We will be going again. Thank you Seasons we had a blast!

Recently held our engagement drinks at Seasons, had a great night, staff were very helpful, no long waits at the bar and fantastic live music act (Ozzy & Stix). Very much recommend the bar as a vanue for parties or for a casual drink.

We visited early on a week day evening for drinks. Initially we were ignored by the bar staff, we then asked for a drinks list just to be told there was not one. Once the over-priced drinks had been served, I was given a receipt with about 6 drinks listed on it, instead of the 2 I had ordered, although I was only charged for 2. There was a dog present throughout our time in the bar who kept barking, there were not enough seats to go round, but the barmaid did go downstairs to the basement to get more. There were also no bags of crisps available at at the bar so, once again, the barmaid had to go down to the basement to get them. Overall a disappointing experience.

lots of family and friends met up here for pre-dinner drinks on a Saturday night. couldn't have made a better choice of venue, we were given a great area to sit and were treated like VIPs by the staff. good times had by all. will definitely be heading back soon.

What a brilliant place to drink! Great service and brilliant architecture! Excellent ombiounce! Had a cocktail and it brought me back 80's! Like the good old days. The tribute acts sound like the real singers! I listened too Frank Sinatra and Tina Turner in the same week! Amazing

This bar is situated opposite Mezze at woodford broadway so we often pop in after dinner for a drink . Nice friendly bar

I had my 40th party in the function suite downstairs and it was amazing! Everyone at the bar was so friendly and Kaylea was amazing who organised everything for the night. She was always there to answer any questions and offer her advice to anything I wasn't sure about. On the night itself, the staff were brilliant. So many of my guests commented on what a great venue it was and how nice the staff were so a massive thank you to them. The DJ was brilliant too which was one of the in house DJ's they use, really lovely guy. Would totally recommend this venue to anyone!! What a great place to let your hair down and have a fantastic time, called in on a Saturday night there was live music on what an atmosphere made to feel very welcome by Lisa and her team when next in the area will call in for food as the menu looks very appealing and will definitely call back for a another great night thanks again Lisa and team.

Booked my 50th at Seasons bar in Woodford and have to say was in great hands from the moment the phone answered during my first enquiry. Kayleigh was Superb, she was extremely organized, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects and ingredients to making this a great party and night to remember. Would definately recommend it

I cannot recommend this venue highly enough! Spoke to Kaylea to organise a small baby shower for a friend, having not been there before. Easily arranged an earlier opening time and special area in the room behind the bar. She has been so flexible and helped with all the great little touches. Turned up and the guy behind the bar (so sorry I didn't catch his name) couldn't have provided a better level of service - everything was beyond what was expected and made it a great day. Cannot thank the whole team enough and will be using this for any future party I have (brilliant for small to big parties as so many room options available!). Also like the lovely garden area which you just wouldn't expect from looking at the front.

Terrible service. completely ignored while staff chatted amongst themselves. what made it worse was only me and two other people at the bar. finally got served by a lady who I think wasn't even a member of staff. seemed to be messing around behind bar. seemed to be acting drunk themselves. went to toilet and was disgusting told a member of staff that just said oh ok.

A get together company meal organised for someone's leaving do. All courses fab and extremely large. Couldn't get through it all. Flavours lovely. Good wine choices too

The nightlife options in Woodford Green are pretty dismal. This place is a welcome oasis. Classic wine bar.

Have had quite a few Sunday lunches in this restaurant, the food (especially the gravy is awesome!).

We have been there a few times, but are not surprised to see it is now "closed until further notice".The quality of food on the menu had been going downhill for some time, and there were hardly any people there in the evenings; a shame really as it started out really well.

The restaurant provided an excellent venue for family and friends to come together after my late father's funeral in August.. Staff were very helpful, discrete and attentive. Roomy and comfortable.

Having been here twice previously I can confirm that on all three occasions I have eaten here The food service and atmosphere been terrific. The menu has always been tasty and didn't disappoint on this occasion. The meat was absolutely succulent and seasoned perfectly. The waitress recommended a great quality red wine to go with our food. And to top it off the atmosphere is relaxed with a nice little bubble of activity.

We visited The Seasons bar on NYE, a group of 4 of us. Tickets were a little expensive for a local restaurant but that's what is expected nowadays. It was a little quieter than expected but the service was friendly and fast. The waiter was very knowledgable when it came to wine recommendations. :) Starters we had pigeon (a little tough but no complaints), the pate, which was very nice and the smoked eel which was perfect. I shared the seafood platter for two for main and it was gorgeous. There was so much food and it was so tasty, we were both very impressed. The other couple both ate venison of which they said came with another meat which they didn't expect but again no complaints, just empty plates. Dessert was cheese and biscuits which was beautifully presented and very tasty. Ice cream and chocolate brownie, all of which were delicious!! Wine was a reasonable price and food was served quickly. Would recommend this restaurant and will be going back again.

Lived in the area all my life. Restaurant seemed promising at first but it's trying to be something it's not ! Service slow, food cold and quality just isn't there. Every time I go past even on Friday and Saturday it's not full, speaks for itself

We live locally and really wanted this to be a good experience as it is important to us to support local business.Sadly the meal was very disappointing.We went with 2 other local couples for an evening meal.The restaurant was pretty crowded with pre Christmas diners on large tables, so we made allowances for the situation, and the noise which made conversation difficult.It was the meal that was the greatest problem and the lack of attentiveness of the staff.We ordered from the set Christmas menu, which was reasonably prices at £26 for 2 courses.3 of us had the Turkey Christmas dinner, 2 the feather blade braised steak and one the swordfish.The first courses were good, although one of us had to wait for his soup while the rest of us ate our starters. Amazing as there were two of us who ordered soup, one got their soup and the other had to wait..The turkey was presented as a sort of turkey steak, not sliced but a lump of dry white meat. There was also a smaller lump of brown meat and a slice of stuffing. The roast potatoes appeared to be frozen, or perhaps pre-cooked. The whole meal was dry and bland and they served a thin gravy in a small pot. We had to struggle to get cranberry sauce and then more gravy from staff who didn't look our way for ages (bear in mind this is not a big restaurant).The swordfish was a large dry lump of fish, and looked very unappealing.The braised steak was reasonably good.We didn't have desert as we had been there some considerable time and we couldn't face waiting to be served any longer.As we said at the start, this whole experience was a considerable disappointment.The bill came to just over £200 including drinks and service charge.

We now eat here on a regular basis as from Monday to Thursday there is an excellent-value menu (£14.50 for two courses) allowing you to sample the cuisine at a reasonable price. I had a lamb dish the other evening which was quite simply the best main course I have eaten all year (and I am fortunate enough to eat in some very good restaurants).

Dined here a couple of times but 6 of us dined here recently for a friends birthday. 4 of us felt poorly the next day! One of my friends complained but we were told " not us" , not even an apology or an offer if a drink if we came back! Waited 25 mins for the waitress to take our drink order. Food average at best. Trying to be an a la carte restaurant but they just don't seem to be able to pull it off. Won't be going back!

Had an event at Seasons Bar last Thursday Great atmosphere friendly staff, Will definitely use it again for our next one.

I'm not the best cook but I could have made that meal at home! The chef doesn't seem to be familiar with any techniques. It was edible, that's all. The service was awful, we were one of only three tables there and we had to pour our won wine. So much improvement needed guys...

Not cheap but USD fillet steak Scallops and Prawns so big I couldn't decide whether to eat them or fight them, that kind of quality is never going to be cheap.I wouldn't hesitate to return

Went for Sunday Lunch as looking for a suitable venue for a forthcoming birthday. Having read the reviews and went with an open mind I was very disappointed. The good news first, the service is very good and all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. On to the food, starters were OK but the soup of the day was cold. The main Sunday roasts were a big disappointment. The chicken was very bland and one of our parties was badly over cooked and burnt. Two of our party chose the pork and surprised to find it was pork belly (Fat) and would not have been ordered had we been made aware. This was pointed out to the staff and they changed it without any questions. For desert the majority of our party chose Banana Split having not had this for many years. The result was very disappointing with half a banana and two dollops of ice cream, not as described in the brochure and very over priced for what is was. Would I go back? No would I book my birthday meal here for 50 people? No. Its back to the Bluebell in Chigwell

We have been to Season's several times, the last couple of visits we were not so impressed, but went for Sunday lunch and was very impressed, it was lovely - good quality and lots of food.

The menu I felt was limited, however everyone who ate enjoyed their food.There were 3 of us in the group who had tuna - all 3 of us were unwell during the night.Yes, I would go back.

2nd visit to seasons, not as tasty as the 1st .... food average / bland , very pricey ( £95.00 ) per couple having said that the service was impeccable no complaints there.Will give it a miss for a while ,maybe its the season !!

My fiancé and I recently visited Seasons as we moved to the area a few months ago. We were greeted by a really friendly and welcoming member of staff who showed us to our table. We were given the menu and told about the specials.When the food came we were blown away by our choices. The quality and presentation of the food was outstanding. The food was not cheap but you pay for the quality!I would recommend the prawn starter and steak main!

We had a private function here this week and were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The meal was very good. My main course of lamb was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. All in all a very good evening & we will visit the restaurant again.

This review relates to the bar, which is across the road from the restaurant (old Vault bar). We were a group of 6 and wanted to stop by at the Seasons bar for pre dinner drinks. This was an experience to forget. First of the drinks. I suggest whatever you do if end up here do not order cocktails in the upstairs area. The lady serving there really had no idea what she was doing. It took her over 20 minutes to make a mohito, which was really very poor and was not finished. The it took her 15 minutes to open a bottle of wine. In addition, as the area upstairs is very small and there 6 of us, we asked if we could sit downstairs for about 30 minutes (as we had a table booked in another restaurant). We were told that we could not go to the downstairs area as they were preparing for a private function. As we were leaving the bar, we did not see any guests or any preparations happening in that area. I am guessing they just could not be bothered serving there. On top of that, stuff were constantly carrying bottles of wine, glasses, etc stocking the bar in the upstairs area and preparing it for the night and that was at 7pm with a few clients already in the bar. It was rather uncomfortable. Drinks in this place cost at Central London prices but without the matching quality and surroundings. Needless to say, none of us will be back.

Seasons claims to be fine dining and the standard of the food backs that up, it is really very good. It's also got a London fine dining price tag, which makes it very much top-end among the decent local restaurants. Not one we'd use for a casual lunch, but good for an occasion.Service was friendly, helpful, good with our 3 year-old who we took out to lunch with us to try the place. Pretty quiet at the time (a weekday lunchtime) but livelier at weekends.

We had a private party for 50 guests on Saturday night. The staff all did a brilliant job and worked so hard from start to finish to make sure everything was perfect for us. It's not easy to serve everyone at the same time but they managed. The the food was spot on, great presentation and all delicious. They organised live music at the very last minute for us as we had been let down which was great. All the staff could not have been more accommodating with food and drink flowing all night and any special requests fulfilled. Would definitely recommend. Couldn't fault a thing.

Went for dinner on a Friday night at half 8 and as menus were handed to us we were told there were no burgers and no cod. But we all managed to find something to eat. Starters were fab and we all ordered something different. Calamari, prawns, goats cheese and scallops. Mains were steak, plaice and a pork belly. Portions ok and food cooked nicely. Wine was reasonably priced and one more when handed the dessert menu we were told one was not available. We skipped it anyway and had some liqueurs insteadFor a Friday night there were very few diners in the restaurant. Perhaps it was the extra loud saxophonist that drive people away. We could hardly hear ourselves over the noise. Nothing amazing about this place. Was a nice evening but I wouldn't be in a rush to go back

Went to Seasons on Saturday 7th June and was greeted well and good service but unfortunately after about thirty minuets that changed, the staff seemed to be more interested in just a few tables one with a big group that were very noisy and had small children that were left to wonder around annoying people trying to have a nice evening out and another table that we're getting all the attention. The food was average and not impressed at all, back to Bluebells for us.

Seasons helped in organising and catering for my mum's surprise birthday dinner and it was lovely! The food was delicious and the live entertainment and service was great. :)Many thanks to Billy and the team!

Fancied a burger and boy did I get one, it was a massive affair! Tasted like real hand made quality burger should, dressing was delightful and the chips were top notch! Now for a fews days on lettuce!

The steak was cooked to perfection and was a good size. The restaurant it self is done up really nice and has a good atmosphere. Will defiantly be going back.

Went here the other day for a work colleagues birthday. The waiters were attentive and knew the menu well and provided drinks when required. The food was really good and the calamari was a favourite amongst those who had it. The mains were all very good as well and none of us had any complaints about the food! Also made use of the bar over the road which is run by the same people under the same name again with a good atmosphere!

Visited here for a friends birthday. Great atmosphere & the food was delicious, cannot recommend highly enough. Several of us had the prawn & chorizo special for starters which was cooked to perfection & there wasn't a bad word to be said from our party!! The staff were very attentive & ensured we were seen to at all times, making for a great dining experience. Will definitely be attending here in the near future.

This is an expensive restaurant with a menu suited to a special night out. We were therefore surprised to find the centre of the restaurant dominated by a large party who had clearly been drinking for hours. They were no doubt paying restaurant prices for more alcohol and so the staff tolerated their behaviour despite the fact that it interfered with other diners' experience. Part of running a high class restaurant is ensuring that customer experience is in line with price and cuisine. This means not catering to badly behaved boors.The food was not as good as the prices. The owners have things to learn about running an establishment in line with their aspirations.

We had been to this restaurant for Sunday Lunch a few years ago so we thought that we would try it again.The Sunday Lunch is priced at £18.50 for 2 courses which we considered a bit expensive but it was Easter Sunday.Big Mistake.Firstly, the Prawn Cocktail on the menu was not available and its replacement consisted of 3 small scallops together with 3 small pieces of chorizo.We then waited for our main course of Roast Lamb with all the trimmings.When it did arrive after a 45 minute wait it consisted of 2 rather tough slices of Roast Lamb together with a miniature saucepan that contained shredded lamb. It was served with a selection of vegetables already assembled on the plate.Not only was it served on a cold plate but all of the lamb and vegetables were cold.We called a waitress who apologised and promptly took the plates away.When the were returned the plate was very hot but the food on it was still cold.A place to avoid unless of course you like cold food.

Have visited Seasons several times,in the evening and for Sunday lunch.Always had great food and service.Nice atmosphere and looking forward to our next visit.

Visited for the first time on Saturday 5th April. Starters of Calamari and Crab Cakes. Both were bland, the batter on the Calamari was soft and soggy not crisp, the crab cakes were tasteless with diced chunks of red chili with the seeds in. Mains of steak and fish. The steak was overcooked, it was requested medium. The fish batter was again soft and soggy and the chips were undercooked, mushy peas which were watery. When we brought it to the attention of our waiter, he was unreceptive. A gastronomic meltdown. Save yourself the pain of visiting Season. The restaurant is a stones throw to Woodford Station, so jump on the tube to Bank and visit Burger & Lobster, which incidentially is cheaper!!

The Seasons bar and lounge is an awesome place to visit on a romantic night out. With it's elegant interior, superb staff at the bar and the wonderful 3 for 15 platter, you can spends quite a few hours relaxing and unwinding. It can get a little crowded but that adds to the ambience.The staff are very attentive and friendly and they make some mean cocktails. The lounge has an underground area with booths and enclaves for a truly private dining experience.The fried calamari is the best I ever had. Not to be missed!

If there is any restaurant you should go and try it is Seasons Woodford Green. Food great , staff very attentive made us feel welcome from time we arrived to when we left.Reasonable priced.

Well, went with 3 friends & had a fab night, entertainment was good, atmosphere relaxing as always, always made to feel welcome. One of our party remarked how welcoming & cosy the atmosphere was, it was her first visit, she will be returning...food was top notch as I expect from this restaurant, just gets better, roll on mothers day !!!!

Just had our wedding party in restaurant followed by drinks in bar. Cannot praise the food, staff and all of the great efforts made. I genuinely believe our guests were extremely impressed and I would happily recommend Seasons for parties/functions - they know what they're doing!

Our fourth visit here. We have introduced several friends to this restaurant and all have been impressed. The food was excellent and the waiters were very attentive. The live music on the night we went just added to the evening.

Took a friend for afternoon tea. Our waiter was really attentive and helpful. Food good, although scones were a bit 'crisp'! Overall real good value.

staff were occupied with things other than their customers. Food was "ok" but we waited for a very long time. Wouldn't recommend it and would certainly not be going back. We went for drinks in their bar of the same name across the road first, the staff were insulting and rude. A horrid experience!

My dad and I visited Seasons for afternoon tea on 5 February 2014. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely go again. Toby, our waiter, was very attentive and hospitable. Overall he had an excellent manner and was competent in the serving of the food and drinks. There were generous helpings of sandwiches, cakes and coffee/tea with a glass of bubbly. We stayed there for about 2 hours and we didn't feel rushed to leave. This was a gift that my dad chose for Christmas from myself; one that I wasn't too fussed about myself; but Seasons has completely changed my mind about afternoon tea and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you.

A very enjoyable lunch with my daughter and fiancé. Couldn't fault the food. Simple things done very well- very good wine list. One of the few highlights in the area. Service was first class. Try the pork fillet. Thank you.

My husband and I visited seasons for afternoon tea, which was a xmas gift and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The sandwiches were lovely, and the home made cakes and scones were to die for.You could tell they were home made and not mass produced like having tea in a London Hotel, which we have done on many occasions.The waiter was very polite and made us feel welcome.We would recommend this restaurant and would definitely go there again.

We attended for an Afternoon Tea deal. While the restaurant is lovely, staff nice the food and presentation was disappointing. Sandwiches pre-prepared but not covered so arrive stale bread. As were the cakes which even if they were fresh, were very basic and looked like they'd been made by a child.A real disappointing lunch.

Have eaten here a few times, always good service, good food, good wine, & good atmosphere !!! I never have Calamari when out, but someone in our group once ordered it and it was fantastic, never disappoints, always good standard of food. One of our regular eating places, lunch is great too !!!

I don't know how I overlooked writing a review at the time and it was only because Tripadviser notified me of a helpful vote that caused me to look at Seasons review that made me realise. Then I could not let the opportunity pass. I arranged a Group Dinner for 20 on Monday 16thDec with lots of help from the staff. They provided us with a Festive Menu but with plenty of choice for £30 per head. All my party agreed the meal was excellent as was the service considering how many of us there were. One couple cannot eat garlic and had warned the restaurant beforehand and were delighted with the dishes they were offered and fully confident not a trace of garlic. It is the kind of service and consideration I have come to expect from Seasons. I had several e-mails from friends the next day saying what a great evening it had been. I now have two vouchers for their Afternoon Tea offer so, having read a review on that, I am really looking forward to my next visits.

what a lovely afternoon i had yesterday, it really cheered me up in horrible January. great selection of sandwichs and open brioche with smoked salmon (Yummy) and the most moist and wonderful cakes to die for, all home made with a glass of sparking wine and a coffee. i would highly recommend it, wish i could take my mum (no longer with us) but shared it with some girlfriends.the service was good and a nice atmosphere, will certainly be going back

The service at this restaurant was disorganised and unattentive during my visit. A group of 12 of us went for dinner. It took ages for some one to take our drinks orders - you would expect at this point we would get menus but we didn't get them till much later than after our drinks arrived. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy - this could have been a good opportunity to take our food orders. By the time we were given menus, other tables in the restaurant started filling up. From the time we sat at our table, to the time we received our dinner, we had been sitting for well over 2 hours. It seemed like people who sat down after us were getting faster service than we were - including prompt arrival of drinks and food. The menu looks good, but over priced in comparison to the portion sizes. Being a vegan, I ordered 3 side dishes - the three put together made a reasonably sized meal (at least I had room for dessert), but if I had ordered them as separate sides I would have been disappointed. Only the chips came in a decent portion. A couple of other people at my table ordered a gnocchi dish - the portion was so small it worked out to £1 per pasta and the dish cost £15 to £16 in total. At least, the dessert (sorbet) was yummy.With the portion sizes and the presentation of the food it is understandable what the restaurant is aiming for - it has potential but the customer service really lets it down. The bar of the same name across the road had a much more approachable friendly atmoshphere.

This was our third time in Seasons and I'm pleased to say the standards have been kept as high as ever, we had the Calamari and the Confit duck and it was excellent, the place is kept immaculate and the staff are keen and friendly.Seasons is fast becoming our favourite restaurant!

During the Chritsmas season I always prepare myself for the worst service and food, how wrong I was on this night, amazing food, amazing service and the atmosphere was great... worth every penny and more. If you are thinking about going to this restaurant I would highly recommend it as they do try to make it an amazing night... and they definitely accomplished that on our night out.
