Chips were lovely, chunky and cooked perfectly. The Cod however was not nice, too dry and no crisp to the batter whatsoever. I had it delivered, and i’ve also tried more than once and seems to be repetitive so just wouldn’t recommend the fish, i’ve had other food from here and has been quite nice. Never had an issue with service, always been lovely.

we have been doing pantomime in east cowes for years and between each show, we always go over to eat. this year they have missed out on 20+ food orders due to their rudeness and unwillingness to accommodate us. their loss...we will no longer even attempt to try and eat here again. as someone with a hospitality background this is bad a business decision on their behalf. go to bettys door instead...they actually care and make an effort for the community!!

I've had food from this restaurant I use it a lot great garlic bread and pizzas I also love a breakfast here they delivered to me when I had COVID great delivery driver Hayley she's always nice and delivers on time it's run by a family very friendly

Came in Sunday at about 12 for a late breakfast. Had a big and a kids breakfast, absolutely spot on , cooked to perfection, staff were more than happy to make a few adjustments due to allergies and were friendly and helpful. Will be sure to come back again. 5 stars all round.

Sea breeze serves great food and good portions family run business and does delivery so when I got COVID they delivered really good food love their garlic bread and there breakfasts and pizzas

Fantastic fry up. They were very welcoming. We asked not to have a couple of things on the breakfasts and they kindly asked us if we'd like a extra hash or an extra sausage in their place. Fantastic service will definitely visit again when next in the area.

Inside, it’s as you’d expect at a cafe for a breakfast. I didn’t want hash browns and asked for chips swap, but no, so had to pay for a portion, that made brekky expensive, £15! but that’s ok I had moved off the menu so understand. Other cafes have just swapped em for me in the past, but no problem… Breakfast was Ok, ingredients are not the best, but tomatoes were good. Bad bit was those chips, oh my days, they were bad, mushy and soggy with fat, I mean dripping. They were bad. I may be back, we shall see, but will deffo avoid those chips. They’re awful. Sorry, but the worst I’ve ever had. Not sure how you can get em so wrong, but Seabreeze did it.

Lovely spacious place. Nice friendly staff. Who told. Me where nearest cash point was. Kept a customers phone safe and went to look for them. But thankfully they come back for their phone.. Lovely lasagne. Can't wait to go back!!

Really enjoyed this one big breakfast and a mug of tea 11 quid all the usual suspects 2 bacon 2 sausage hash browns 2 eggs nice and runny mushrooms and beans bit of toast and a Really well cooked tomato staff were friendly and the service was brilliant also the food came nice and quick if your here looking for breakfast just go in here thanks guys Really good set me up for the days 20 mile hike will definitely be back

Came in near closing on Sunday afternoon. Staff were so accommodating, kept kitchen open and were able to cater for a very fussy child and still do breakfasts for us. Cannot fault this and will FOR SURE be coming back here again.

It started off well good friendly service. However their breakfast was the worst i have experienced. Most of the breakfast appeared soaked through with fat, making the hash browns and sausages unedible. As a former chef, i can tell when things are deep fried and these were. Needs some serious thought on how to cook the food correctly no deep frying for example.

Coke was £2, a can of coke for £2, wow. That’s really taken me aback, I was not only disappointed, I was sad. I walked out of the shop like I was on a cat walk, I’d rather go to the co op 3 seconds over the road, not a shop that’s gonna make me pay for the cost of 3 cokes.

Hadn't been here for some time, but I was delighted to see they've added pizzas to the menu! The service was great, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was very chill 👌🏻 Great place to stop by if you're in the area.

Didn't get the peas with out traditional fish and chips meal . Better was way too thick and fish was dry . Very disappointed

Such a great breakfast here for 22 of us that came from the mainland to walk from East Cowes to Ryde as part of a charity trek training day! Melissa was brilliant and helped with a pre order so that when we arrived form the ferry everything was ready for us! Great service from the team once we arrived and food was all lovely and hot and well presented! Can't recommend then enough! Just wish we were back in time to grab one of the pizzas they do in the evening! But definitely next time!!

Lovely cafe in the heart of the community. Seabreeze is my local choice as staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The menu offers a wide range of food to eat in or take away. My favourite is hot chocolate with cream on top and the baristas know exactly how I like my latte... 'extra wet'. Definitely worth a visit!

Very nice people and do the best mocha and cream. The takerway chips are 10/10 only cafe in eastcowes that is always open. Nothing is to much to ask. :) Mocha and cheesy chips on the seafront :)

Seabreeze is a lovely, relaxed cafe where you sit and watch the world go by with no pressure to rush. The staff are all both friendly and efficient with quality food and drinks at a good price 👌 definitely worth a visit

Local to me, the Sea breeze is a lovely place and does great ice cream in the summer. It's also a fish and chip restaurant 😁

Ordered from here Halloween night for family and friends. Was expecting a bit of a wait but arrived very very quickly and piping hot. Little ones were thrilled with what they had. Cant fault portion sizes , was even too much for us to eat but had as delicious leftovers the next day. 5 stars and will be ordering again soon.

Only had drinks. The latte was like hot skimmed milk. The cafe looks tired and is badly laid out. Toilets were very grotty.

We went to grab a couple of drinks before queuing for the ferry but we had to wait a while as there seemed to be a shortage of staff. The lady who served us was very apologetic and the coffee was good if not a little too hot. Food looked nice too.

Good service and a perfectly cooked delicious breakfast and I am very fussy!! The only downside is it’s cash only.

Excellent cafe/restaurant for breakfast and lunches. Stavros, the owner is a happy guy and truly honest. I visited on the morning of 2nd September having just gotten off of the ferry from Southampton. We had a very nice full English and coffees. Reasonably priced with table service. On leaving I somehow managed to drop my wallet on the floor containing over £200 in cash and several debit and credit cards. We hasd left and we’re on our way to Shanklin before Stavros noticed the wallet on the floor below our table and there was no way for him to contact me in the wallet. I returned about 6 hours later and as soon as he noticed me coming back he knew that I was hoping he had found the wallet. He smiled and handed back my wallet fully intact and was so happy that he could help. I would truly recommend that if you are hungry to visit and try his food and know that he is such a good honest guy. Thanks, Stavros, I thought my holiday was over before it had really started. I will see you next time I come to the IOW.

Great place to stop off for quick meal before boarding the ferry back to Southampton

I got take out and the estimate time was short so I had to wait extra. Large selection of items. I only ordered a pizza and a large chips. The pizza was incorrect but I will say the dough tasted alright. Price was ok and it's a good meal to take to the Esplanade and eat by the sea.

Odd experience! We were told a minimum of a 20 minute wait for food. Ordered two toast while waiting, charged £2 (a loaf is around £1.80) Then to be told it would be arriving with my breakfast which defeats the object of asking for toast while I wait. Breakfast & toast arrived within 5 minutes… strange customer service! Staff friendly, food average. Would probably go back if it was a matter of convenience.

You get what you pay for. Cheap takeaway or dine in food. Personally haven't been in for a while.

Food is overpriced for the size. £2 for a Richmond sausage nothing like a fish and chip sausage. Medium cod is not worth £4 it’s small and not crispy. The chips are not typical fish and chip style chips they’re oven chips and burnt. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Only 2 girls on shift poor them the guy in the kitchen sounded awful ! Taking orders handling cash then handling food with no hand washing The breakfast was ok but when the girl brought the breakfast the plate was super hot and she did not tell my hubby that !! I just had toast and jam - 50p for a little tub of jam ! The coffee was like dish water Dont bother with this place

TL;DR Would not recommend. Had a medium fish and chips, prices advertised in the window show a cheaper price than the menu inside since you have to pay extra to eat INSIDE! The batter wasn’t crispy at all, the fish seemed a little undercooked. The chips are HORRIBLE, they taste like frozen chips that were quickly thrown into a fryer before being served up…So dry inside! The server was quite unfriendly on top of all of this, not the most welcoming experience. I would personally recommend that you save your money and go elsewhere, especially for £8 (£9 if you eat inside).

Went for Fish and Chips here. Staff were unfriendly and impatient The chops were chunky and just not crispy and they seemed like they were frozen. The fish was miserable soggy and just low quality. Even though it was a small portion couldn't finish it and gave it to the seagulls, even the gulls were hesitant at first as they've seen better in their time.

This is the second year of us spending our family holiday on the IOW. Last year as we were about to get the ferry back we thought we’d pop into seabreeze for some breakfast and were scoffed at when I asked if they had any vegan options. Seeing as they had some veggie options I didn’t think it was so far fetched but the staff were really rude about it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it might’ve just been a bad day etc. Today as we were about to get the ferry back, we popped in to see if we could grab a coffee - when asking if they had soya/oat milk the woman really abruptly said ‘we don’t do alternatives’ and then just turned away. Really disappointed with this service and that people with allergies/intolerances can’t even get a cup of coffee in 2022 😴

Hi to all the staff at the Seabreeze just like to thank you all and Strafos for making food for a very fussy eater, when ever I pass I must stop to eat and say hi again. It's been 3 years now. From eating in or taking a fat pizza home. Congrats on the 5 Starts you deserve it. Busy waiting for another mouth watering breakfast sitting in the Sun a great day smells are passing my nose. Bad experience. Nipped in while waiting for our ferry home after a lovely holiday. Our 2 young children wanted an ice cream. The woman behind the till was not very accommodating at all. We asked for 2 scoops of ice cream in a tub for each child. The woman said no only cones, we very nicely asked if it would be possible to put them in a bowl, she said no. There were sundae glasses on the counter so we said may they use one of those, she then said not unless they have FOUR scoops each! They are far too small for that much ice cream but she the told us she couldn't be bothered to wash them after they had been used unless they have 4 scoops. Bizarre. We then agreed on the cones and went to pay to then be told its cash only. Info which would have been handy before going throghh all the above. Upon this we decided to leave and go get a multipack from the coop instead!

Food was lovely staff were so lovely and chatty. The chips were so chunky kids loved them.

Great delivery online ordering a bonus and easy to do delivered piping hot and on time. Will order again food was lovely, not at all greasy, good value for money.
