Wonderful fish& chip lunch today . Fish amazing chips delicious. Service excellent.

Went for lunch, cheery friendly welcome. The waitresses were great taking time to explain the dishes. We settled for bucket of fish - prawns and different types of fish, and haddock and chips. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, very tasty and the samphire on the bucket of fish was a great surprise Excellent meal, and really good service will definitely visit again when we are next in the area.

We are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary so came to our favourite restaurant ever to have some breakfast. We have been eating here for years as we love the place so much. I even worked here a few years ago! We had the new full English breakfast with Belgium waffles and it was insanely good! Freshly local sourced produce all cooked to order and visually stunning to look at (see photos) Wendy & Damian always go above and beyond for their customers and the staff are amazing too! Personal thank you to lovely Yvonne who served us, always happy and welcoming and had a lovely chat with her. Thank you everyone for giving us a lovely morning treat.

Only called for coffee but will definitely be going back to sample from a excellent looking menu, served by such friendly welcoming people.

Friendly staff, clean environment, home cooked food. Good prices. Nice restaurant in Sutton on Sea with super food. Dog friendly area to the rear of restaurant (separate entrance), signage advising they cater for dietary requirements. Beers wines and spirits available with your meal.

What a lovely restaurant. We were greeted with such friendly staff who fitted us in even for lunch even though they were due to close and were so busy too. What a fabulous meal, atmosphere, staff and cleanliness. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you and look forward to seeing you again when we are in Sutton on Sea.

Lovely restaurant, went for a late lunch and the staff were very friendly. Beautiful interior and very clean. The vegetarian lasagne was so tasty and the chips were the best I’ve had. Lemon chicken was delicious. Deserts were great. Definitely a little gem of a place. We will be back!

Really pleased sea breeze is up and running again. The standards are still very high. A varied menu, licensed, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and spacious.

Went for Sunday Lunch. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, very clean. The beef was tender, melt in the mouth and plenty. Pork was lovely, also tender and plenty. Fresh seasonal veg. The dessert menu had plenty of choice and all homemade. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had fish and chips here. Food quality was good. The staff were lovely. A little bit pricey. The reason for giving 4 stars was because they could have put more chips on the plate. No complaints about the fish. It was lovely.

We booked in for lunch. What a great find, recommended by our b n b . We had chicken in a lemon sauce. Wow never tasty chicken with soo much flavour. It was well presented with scrumptious potatoes and green beans. Friendly helpful waitress. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Will definitely return

I absolutely love this place and I’m so happy to see it back up & running & thriving .. The staff are amazing the cleanliness & the food is beautiful need I say more ❤️ We saw it was open one weekend & called in for a drink & booked for the following week as it was my partners birthday, when we arrived the table was set with a Happy Birthday banner, it was such a lovely friendly touch and that’s what makes you want to go back. The team there work so hard to provide good service value for money & good quality home cooked food so if you’re ever in Sutton a visit is a must 🙌🏼🫶🏼❤️

had a fantastic meal on the 23rd of June, service was amazing , food was absolutely delicious , came with friends from Belgium & Hungary & they both loved the Pork Loin & the Steak & Ale pie, looking forward to the next visit .

Extensive menu, delicious food. Chicken in lemon sauce was beautifully cooked, falling apart with delicious flavours and haddock and chips with mushy peas had “the best batter I have ever tasted, light and fluffy!” from my spouse. Very pleasant staff and considering the excellence of the food very fast service. If only we lived nearer we’d be regular customers. Easily deserves 11/10.

We went to this restaurant because 2 of our party needed to eat gluten free food and it looked like they could get something here. The staff were all very helpful and very friendly and my husband and friend (who are both Coeliac) were told the food was all cooked fresh by the staff in the kitchen and they would be able to cook something for them. They actually cooked a fabulous lunch of seabass (fresh in on the trawler from Grimsby that morning), prawns, potatoes and roasted veg which both of them said tasted absolutely fantastic. I had roasted vegetable lasagne, chips and salad- very tasty (and marked as vegetarian and vegan I think) and our other friend had fish, chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce- also rated as fantastic by him. We shared a bottle of wine, which was very well priced- £16! Wish this restaurant was local to us (we are on holiday in the area). Excellent Sunday Dinner , very nice place , clean cutlery would have given 5 stars but asked for a drink before the meal I like to have a beer before I eat and a glass of wine with my meal as it was the drinks and meals came at the same time. Spoilt it

Sunday Lunch Superb food, I had the Roast Pork with all the trimmings, it was delicious, I had beef on my previous visit and that was delicious too. The staff are so friendly. So looking forward to our next visit, would highly recommend this restaurant

Thought it best to pre-book as we'd read such great reviews and didn't want to arrive and not get a table. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were made to feel at home. The staff were fully masked, friendly and attentive. We've found that since reopening from the pandemic, several restaurants have limited menus, not so at Sea Breeze. Ten or a dozen mains to choose from, each enticing and mouth-watering which made making the choices difficult. My wife chose the Sea Bass and I ordered the Lime and Chilli Chicken breast. We didn’t have to wait too long for the wonderful food to arrive. The tastes were supreme; the Chicken was sweet and tender, the vegetables perfectly cooked, there was no skimping with the prawns in the sauce accompanying the Sea Bass which too was cooked to perfection. The desserts were fantastic too and all freshly made. All in all, quality food wonderfully cooked. Sea Breeze is a family-run restaurant, ingredients are sourced locally where practical and the meals as well as being nicely cooked and delicious are sensibly priced. If it weren’t for living over 200 miles away, Sea Breeze would be my go-to restaurant every week. Thank you for such a lovely meal served in a wonderfully friendly atmosphere 😊

Called in today and was welcomed by the owners son, swiftly seated in their lovely din in area and ordered the 'famous haddock' and wow it was huge and absolutely delicious. Lovely clean place and staff were very friiendly indeed, highly recommended. Will certainly be returning next time we are in the area!

Amazing restaurant in Sutton on Sea, Sunday lunch was beautiful, highly recommend the roast beef and the Steak & ale pie, nice selection of seasonal veg served separately in a serving dish and piping hot. Also recommend the sticky toffee pudding and the raspberry cheesecake. The staff are all fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Keep up the good work everyone in these hard times. Looking forward to returning again in a few weeks.

What can I say, for 14 years we have regularly visited Sutton on Sea and each time have never had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, well our time came on Monday 26/07/2021 on a quick trip out as a couple on our own with the children on holiday with Grandparents and how happy were we to see the restaurant open, we quickly popped our head in the door and was welcomed straight away, table for two was available and held it while we moved our car to longer parking. We were not disappointed, service was great, friendly and very attentive, food selection was very good and a nice choice of dishes, we chose the haddock as the reputation of the fish served here was one we wanted to try, we were not let down, fish was perfect, chips home made and a tartar sauce that was so tasty. So thank you all at the Sea Breeze it was a great all round dining experience, we will be back as soon as possible as our younger daughter wants to try your steak and ale pie.

Visited with my Mum, Nan and Son and the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and made on site. The level of service was excellent 10/10. The staff from table service to head cook where lovely and very helpful would definitely recommend.

very clean and decorated nicely,the staff are polite and efficient,the food was piping hot and served promptly,we had 3 different meals and none dissapointed they were large portions and very tasty,we have been here 4 times now and never had a bad meal it is just unfortunate that because the main meals are so filling that we have never got to the dessert stage,maybe next time we will just have a starter and dessert.

Wendy and staff are as always very welcoming. The standards here are very high and you feel safe visiting. The food was wonderful, my turkey roast dinner plentiful. I love the after eight cheesecake it even surpasses the meringues. Can't wait to visit again. It's the best thing about living in Sutton.

Staff were warm and welcoming and the restaurant was clean with nice decor. We had the fish and chips and the scampi and although my wife is not a big fan of fish and chips, she absolutely loved the meal she was served here. 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend!

Great food too; we had the dressed crab salad and the sea bass with garlic prawns, both cooked to perfection and served beautifully. Covid restrictions had just been lifted when we went but masks were politely requested on the signage, staff were suitably attired and we saw the tables and touch points being regularly and thoroughly cleaned. We couldn't fault the place and can quite see why it's top of the list on TripAdvisor.

We felt so lucky to find this restaurant and get a table without booking. Everything was so clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the young lad who mainly served us..The food was very tasty, large portions and excellent value and an imaginative and equally tasty side salad.

My partner and I wanted somewhere special to eat on a Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed. Everything about it spells quality from the decor, the friendly greeting, the service and the delightful food which is hot and beautifully served. Friendly staff. Yes, perhaps a bit more pricey than your usual fish and chips but I thoroughly enjoyed my sea bass with garlic prawns and the Baileys cheesecake was gorgeous. Definitely worth the treat.

A lovely restaurant, attentive and friendly staff with delicious food. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiter who we later learned was the chefs son, definitely a family affair as dad was helping out in the kitchen too due to staff shortages. It’s a shame that there are no evening services as it has a really nice atmosphere. Visited with husband & daughter for lunch, will definitely be returning with friends and family.

It was our first time my hubby and I dined at Sea Breeze today , Its a lovely clean looking restaurant . The lovely young man ( owner son) was friendly as well as the other staff. We throughly enjoyed our lunch apparently cooked by his mum . Social distancing guidelines in place so we're felt comfortable . Thank you and will be back .

Always a struggle to find anywhere in this area that isn’t just fish n chips or a coffee bar. Booked here for Sunday lunch - and pleased to see good covid protocol and to receive a warm welcome. Ordered two roasts. Tasty and well presented but what’s with the frozen Yorkshire puddings? And not particularly nice ones at that. If only they’d make their own, and it’s not that difficult, they’d score 5 stars. Staff pleasant and attentive too.

I visited The Sea Breeze Restaurant today with my 2 children for Father's Day as a surprise treat from my wife. I have dined here many a time before so as always I was very much looking forward to my meal. My son & I had the cod, chips & mushy peas & my daughter had the steak pie. For dessert we had the homemade Bailey's cheesecake & homemade chocolate brownie. Everything was absolutely delicious! I can honestly say hand on heart the food here is outstanding & an excellent portion size all round! The service we received was super polite & professional. I would like to thank Wendy & Damian who work tirelessly (behind the scenes) for always delivering such beautiful meals. Also a huge thank you to Declan, Clarice & Alyssa for looking after us today with amazing A1 table service & last but never least! Thank you to my wife Lianne who also works at the Sea Breeze who had treated me to this lovely surprise meal. Watching you all today I could see you all work so hard & it is appreciated fully. I've had the best Father's Day thanks to you all!

Fantastic service. Extremely friendly staff.There's a great choice on the menu, something for everyone. All served beautifully.Se Breeze has a great atmosphere, really comfortable, whether you're locals or visitors. Lovely decorated with comfortable chairs.So pleased they are open again as we have really missed going there.

We last visited 5 years ago and were impressed then so returned on this holiday. Exceptional Covid procedures were in place but were not invasive. On arrival the member of staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, showing us to a table in the well spaced dining room. We were served promptly and all staff were friendly but professional. There was a good choice of food, including vegetarian. Our food was hot and delicious. We will return this week and will recommend it to our daughter when her family visit in August.

Just had a wonderful meal at Sea Breeze. We made a beeline for it as my partner saw the sign for fresh local crab. Good move on her part as it was great and she really enjoyed it My choice was the chicken and mushroom pie which came with loads of veg and a gravy boat. The staff were friendly, polite and professional, and the premises are spotlessly clean. This was our best decision for a meal during our holiday in the area.

Visited here as a family with my little one and the grandparents. Had a great walk along the sea front, parking next door and then some incredible food at sea breeze. 3 x haddock n home made chips, mushy peas and home made tartare sauce. Dad had pie n chips. All incredible, then treacle sponge n custard, and a brownie for pudding. Would really recommend, great service, super clean, really friendly team. Will definitely come again, thanks for having us

Absolutely love this restaurant. Wendy and her team/family so friendly and welcoming. Good homecooked food and quick service - always with a smile. Steak and Ale pie is the best we have ever tasted. The restaurant is spotless and COVID safe. Since moving to the area we have visited this little "gem" on 3 separate occasions and each time the food and service have been excellent. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommend the Sea Breeze - but remember to book in advance if you want Sunday lunch - it gets busy lol.

Vary clean. Organised with social distancing measures which meant that there was plenty of room between customers. Our haddock and chips was delicious and large. Pity as the pudding menu was tempting! Will be returning.

Fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked, imaginative, well-priced menu and excellent service. What’s not to like? So good, we went back again the next day.
