Great ice cream, very good location great after you've been to woolacombe beach

£7.50 for a microwaved sugar waffle should be illegal to be honest

Been done up inside and does look better than it did, but this is the only positive. Staff are loud and unprofessional.

Lovely portion sizes and great variety. Clean, lots of staff and not one trained in allergies! No allergies menu available … as per food standard agency!

We ordered churros and were utterly dismayed at only getting 3, we’ve had churros at many establishments locally and when travelling and never has 3 been classed as a serving. This will be the last time we purchase these and will always get them on our way back home through Ilfracombe at slice of Devon. Didn’t get time to take a photo as my child devoured them rapidly.

Other than the beach this is the favourite place to visit whilst on holiday at woolacombe. 🍧🍨🍦

Churros, Crepe, Doughnuts and chocolate ice cream all really good, I just wish I had more churros, but that was me trying to exercise some self control! They came with a biscoff dipping sauce which was amazing. I'm only rating three as I waited quite a while to be served, the staff were a bit off, felt like they would rather be somewhere else and they had run out of vanilla ice cream. The toilets are also incredibly awkward to get in and out of.

Had a malteaser crepe which was quite nice - 3 stars because they had ran out of vanilla ice cream and staff generally gave impression they didn’t want to be there.

Great coffee and deluxe hot chocolate and amazing fresh hot donuts

I give this place 5. It was a lovely atmosphere and the service was excellent. They were really busy and staff looked happy and relaxed (obviously managed really well). The selection of ice cream, crepes and milkshakes were fantastic!

My husband wanted ice cream (which he said was lovely), but I fancied something different so I ordered Churros with chocolate dipping sauce, and what a treat! The Churros were freshly cooked, piping hot and well dusted with sugar, and the chocolate sauce was just like eating melted good quality chocolate - a perfect way to mark the end of a great week in Woolacombe.

Queued as you of course would expect, got to my turn and all the staff left the counter to talk in the corner with a member of staff who arrived with a splint on her lower leg . I stood staring at the ice cream counter for a couple of minutes totally ignored. Finally asked did I want an ice cream by one of them…..my goodness she was switched on !!!! Took the decision to say actually I’m going next door at which point I was told “bye then”. Note to management I would check your stock as I suggest this particular employee is consuming a considerable amount of it, but in fairness clearly has a caring nature to be probably apologising to her fellow work mate for standing on her foot and putting her in a splint…….dreadful service for just an ice cream next door was excellent and far more deserving of your money

Staff not over friendly but that's fine, was not there to find a best friend. When interacting they were ok and were patient. Enjoyed the waffles and ice cream. Good portion sizes. Only thing that stops it being 4* is the music was loud and one of the staff insisted on singing along to every song. Fine for a few minutes but then starts to get nerve jangling. Couldn't really relax. I would go back but would check who was serving.

We popped in here for warm drinks and waffles on a hideous rainy day, with our dog. The staff were really kind about us all being wet, the waffles and crepes were delicious.

A lovely place to grab a sweet treat. The chocolate brownie waffles with ice cream was awesome.👌 The coffee was great too. 👍

Extremely unpleasant experience I found the staff to be very rude music playing so staff singing badly once ordering and going to pay I asking to insert my card into the card reading and the lady at the till scoffed and said nobody does that anymore another member of staff said just give it to her no please and thankyou made all very unprofessional. Although the tea was nice we as a family felt very uncomfortable and wished we had the teas to take away. Would not recommend this place to anybody unless you like rude and scruffy staff then go ahead and enjoy.

We called in for some ice cream and waffles, which were an unusual colour but tasted pretty good. The service was fast and prices were as you'd expect.

We went here for afternoon tea however many of the items were not available so we settled for The waffles they were okay however the vibe of the place needs work as it didn't feel very welcome and the staff seem to not want to be there and we felt a little uncomfortable

Popped in here for lunch. 3 young ladies behind counter who kept chatting as we arrived. No greeting or smile. Found a table and chose from menu only to find no waffles or donuts. Ordered crepes which arrived luke warm and stodgy. One of t he staff then sat at a table and ate a microwave meal whilst still chatting to other staff. 3 copies walked in and straight out. There seemed to be no leadership. Such a shame as fab looking place.

We visited while on holiday on a busy day. Ladies that work there are really friendly and our order was quick and really nice. Highly recommend the snickers waffle. Portion size great. Thanks.

I've loved Sea Breeze ever since I was a little kid. I live by the beach so it's not uncommon for me to have one of these every time I visit. They are such a perfect summer treat and can't imagine a better alternative. Whenever I need an ice cream fix, this is where I go! The best freak shake in Woolacombe, hands down!

Went in yesterday for our favourite treat. As always ice cream was superb, the best we have had anywhere (including Italy). Coffee is fantastic, great froth - but not too much and tastes fab. A wonderful team, who work so hard and well together. They all make a great team and we are always made to feel welcome. Consistently superb quality. Seems our secret treat is out!

Went here a couple of years ago an enjoyed some of the items on the menu. Went here a few days ago and the place has had a full referb and looks stunning. Owners have done a good job here. Staff are happy and attentive,...

Good selection of flavours and friendly service. Bit disappointed with the Maltpleaza flavour as it hardly tasted of malted milk at all. But I’m sure some of the other scoops on offer are better.

Visited her twice during our stay in the area, fab cream tea, and Covid compliant, with compostable disposable crockery/cutlery. Lovely atmosphere too, and fantastic selection of ice cream

Genuinely shocked at the nerve of the owner of this place. Came in in September 2020 for an ice cream and coffee with my family. Coffees were lukewarm to which I informed a member of staff about the issue and was shocked at how rude...

Dreadful cafe. Very poor choice, disinterested staff. Hygiene poor and not Covid secure. People were being sat much too close to each other. I would stick to a takeaway; much cheaper and tastier.

The atmosphere in this little coffee was was awful, we really felt the staff didn't want anyone there,huddled in a group chatting, no friendly welcome or smile . Scone was delicious , however I'd wouldn't return! Up your game girls or you will no longer...

We come to Woolacombe every year and we always stop here for a coffee, came today 29/08/20 and it was a very poor visit. I understand they have changed everything due to COVID but still poor. We waited by the sign that said “please wait...

We love Sea Breeze. After our lunch in Red Barn this is usually our stop for 'afters'. Today I even squeezed in a cream tea - apologies for knocking tea on floor!!

Popped in for a light lunch and really impressed with the staff and Covid safe layout. A strict one way system and restricted entry was very reassuring. The staff were really cheerful and happily made our fussy four year old an off menu sandwich. Coffee...

We always visit here when we are on holiday. The kids love the ice creams here although I only ever have a cup of tea. I have the donuts usually too but they are only on sale from easter onwards, also no whippy on sale...

Waffles, ice cream, cake and coffee. Styles ice cream - delicious! Coffee lovely. Cake - looked homemade 🤷‍♀️ fab. Waffles... probably not freshly made, tasty but the only slight let down.... saying that, the topping was tasty... but would've been fabulous if warm and fresh....

Only went there for ice cream as Styles have our favourite flavour of all time so we visit frequently. Cannot comment on anything esle

We had visited before and were looking forward to our return visit but won’t be going again. The toilet facilities were also out of use for paying customers however it appeared theStaff had access! Such a shame as the ice creams our grandchildren enjoyed and the cakes were lovely.

The staff in there are horrendously rude, taking bad about the other customers, which I believe is very unprofessional would not recommend this place!

Good choice of ice-creams and sundae flavours. Lucky if you can get a seat inside but worth it, really tasty.

First off, dogs are allowed inside.We had ice creams in cones and in tubs. There are lots of different flavours and they are good portions. We chose to sit inside and eat them.The cafe does snacks, such as panini’s, jacket potatoes, along with milkshakes and ice cream sundaes. It is very popular and gets busy, it’s that popular.Staff are friendly.Can recommend.

We visited on bank holiday Saturday in the afternoon and ate inside to escape the sun for a little while. Clean inside. Water available free of charge and I witnessed them filling a water bottle up for someone - great work!

Worth a visit for the ice creams, we went nearly every day during our visit! Some staff are welcoming and actually smile, there are some that never crack their face, act like you’re a major inconvenience for even walking into the shop and rude when serving!

Absolutely appalled at the service we received today. We visited for a simple ice cream with our 2 children and were greeted by music where every other word was an F word...... when my husband stood up to tell the staff, all he got was a 'oh ok'!!! No attempt was made to turn it off!! Pure ignorance..... I wouldn't ever visit this place again.... the ice cream was nice but lets face it, they buy it in so it's not like you wont find it anywhere else!!!!! Some serious customer service training is required here.....

Good selection of ice creams but staff should use a glove when serving the cones. The chocolate icecream was a bit icy but everyone else liked their flavours. They do freshly cooked doughnuts but don't leave it to late as they ran out after we bought ours! Dog friendly cafe.

Went here whilst on holiday they wasn't especially busy but waited a while to get served. once I got to the front of the queue 3 staff just looked at me and carried on doing what they were doing, there was no courtesy or we will be with you in a minuet, nothing. So after waiting to place my order for my family over 25 pounds worth of ice cream waffles and sundaes the person serving me treated the whole thing like I was wasting her time and couldn't be bothered. Wouldn't go there again or recommend it. Gave it 2 stars because the ice creams and stuff we ordered was nice! Just a shame the staff were not.

I used to visit here every year and loved it however when I returned this summer I was very disappointed. I always used to have the most amazing waffles covered in ice cream, cream, nuts and sauce. This time round there was more choice available but what came was half the size with no nuts sprinkled on top. It was no where near as nice, nor was the milkshake which came in a paper cup not a glass like they used to. My other half went for a wrap which was very overpriced for a tuna and mayonnaise wrap which was thinly spread onto it with nothing else in it. The place must have changed hands as the outside seating decked area had gone and the staff didn't look very happy in there. Really disappointing as I loved going in there but won't recommend now or go back either.

Really nice creamy ice cream generous portion and prices reasonable for what you get. I had the honeycomb hubby had the chocolate both really nice. Would recommend without hesitation

Best coffee we have had this holiday, hot and not too strong. Great selection of ice creams we tried Malteaser thick shake and it was delicious. Polite staff, nice sausage rolls and quick service with a toasted teacake.

A great stop off in Woolacombe for the family to have a decent ice cream, but served through the front hatch on separate occasions by separate people, all of who just seemed like they did not want to be there...How can you be unhappy serving families on holiday to a real treat, when business is good and people are queuing to spend money with you? As a food business owner myself, I just don't understand it...Smile a little, chat to the children a little, families will come back and spend even more money with you then...wont they?

It was a sweltering hot day & my wife regularly likes an ice cream whereas a demur. However this day I was grateful they were open, as some units still seemed closed, & took my cone with glee.

Decent products but the staff are colder than the ice creams. The staff give the impression that they hate working there. This business has such great potential (With the right manager and staff).

We mainly ended up here as the place next door was less than receptive toawards children. But how glad we were. A lovely pot of tea and a great lunch, and they are also dog friendly.

After a warm & longer than anticipated dog walk on the beach, all three of us fancied a cold ice cream and a rest. The dog & I shared a mint choc chip tub ( don’t judge me....) and the Sundae that my partner chose was simply immense. In short:- mocha was great, mint choc chip was divine, bannoffee breeze sundae was a showstopper. We will be back before the week is over

On a day visit to Woolacomb we had our morning coffee at the Sea Breeze, staff were cheerful and friendly, sat outside and enjoyed a very good cappuccino done at the right temperature. Would highly recommend

Came to Sea Breeze for a quick stop off, the Air conditioning was a lovely change from the scorching heat outside. We ordered some milk shakes and donuts, the donuts were warm and squishy, the milk shakes were hit and miss. The chocolate syrup used around the edge of the cup completely over powers the flavour of the drink.

This is a must place for all our family, we visit Woolacombe as a family every Easter with all the family grandparents children and grandchildren in fact all 21 of us, the Sea Breeze is the first place the grandchild have to go to on their way to and from the beach, the adults like to go in for a coffee and may be a bite to eat, they have a with a wide variety of ice cream flavours, with friendly and helpful staff,

Lovely ice cream and milkshakes. The rasberry and cream was the best I have ever tasted. Also tried a crunchie milkshake which was scrumptious. Although I was disappointed they could not make a milkshake out of the selection of ice cream in the shop only a few chocolate bars. When I asked if they could they said no as they did not have the syrups for the ice cream flavours. I have been to many ice cream parlours who can so don’t quite understand why they don’t just supply at least a few options.

What brilliant staff. So helpful with regard to allergies. They provided a full allergens list and gave particular attention not to cross contaminate when serving icecream. Well done. Only wish there were more establishments like you.

Lovely ice cream and great menu. A bit pricey but happy to pay a bit more for better quality food. We stopped for ice cream and it was great. However the girl serving was miserable as sin! She seemed like she didn't want to be there and that the customers were an inconvenience. She didn't smile once! A table next to us commented on it as well. It made us feel quite uncomfortable and we were happy to leave. Won't be returning for this reason which is a shame as the ice cream was delicious.

staff dont smile + have no manners towards customers ----no plz or thank you. my 5 yr old lad asked twice for what he wanted , only to just looked at by the girl "serving". i stated , can you hear him , he asked again , then without saying anything proceded with the order , then just shoved it at him. FORGET IT i grabbed him + went 2 doors down for a more professional welcoming service "with smiling staff "

Great little shop, loads to offer, we had cream tea, mmmhhhh what can I say but yummy scrummy. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Shame the music was little loud but other than that looking forward to returning.
