Visited for lunch as a couple, it was busy, we didn't have a booking but we were offered a table. Ordered Fish Tacos, which were beautiful, my shrimp and crayfish cocktail was also excellent. Service was attentive and professional throughout our visit. Definitely would recommend a visit, we will be back.

Visited from outside Scotland to spend time with my family for a special family occasion. Fabulous service. Good wine list. Food did not disappoint..would recommend the Catalan fish stew. Very good choice of dishes. Our family ranged in ages from early eighties to five years of age. Great relaxed atmosphere. Would certainly visit again

An excellent visit. Good location and buiding / ambience. Great staff and a super lunch menu at a very good price. The menu was good and varied even adventurous! All easily booked and everything served in good time - not rushed. Excellent venue

I recently had dinner at Scott's in South Queensferry and it was fantastic! From the start, the staff made us feel right at home. They were friendly and funny. The service was top-notch, and it really added to the good vibe of the place. The food, though, was the real highlight. Head Chef Jason and his team absolutely nailed it with every dish. You could tell a lot of care went into each plate, and the flavors were spot on. Everything just tasted amazing! This is somewhere we will be back again and again - would recommend.

Top notch all round.Food,service,ambiance! The only complaint was that the portions were huge and we couldn’t finish it! Will definitely be back soon,very soon!

Food was good with good Glenn free options for my wife. Service was lacking which is unusual for Scott’s having been a couple of times before. Didn’t do anything wrong, but felt like doing the minimum.

We visited on a Tuesday night and the welcome was warm and very polite. We had booked a window table online and were given an amazing one with great views. The member of staff who served us was incredible, enthusiastic and friendly. The liver parfait starter is very tasty, the chutney that comes with it is just the right acidity to pair with and the brioche thick and crisp. The woodland mushrooms on toast were a delight! Cooked perfectly and so creamy. I had the fish and chips after recommendations from friends and it was cooked perfectly. The batter was light and crisp, not oily and the fish was flaky and moist. My wife’s mac and cheese however stole the show! I will have that next time. The waiter asked if we were celebrating a special occasion ( our 30th wedding anniversary) and our dessert came with a lively plate message from the kitchen. The tablet sundae itself was amazing, the message was a lovely touch. It was our second visit and I would certainly recommend Scott’s to anyone. Make sure you book as they are busy which is a reflection of the quality of the meals and also the service. Thank you all again.

Front start to finish a great experience once again here at Scotts. Excellent meal with attentive staff who go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. Booked a table for nine of us and requested a window one if possible. Result was excellent and our American relations were very impressed. Great selection’s on their menu from start to finish. So give Scotts a try if your in the area.

We were staying in Queensferry and decided to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. All the food was delicious and the 2 cocktails I had were really good too. The portion sizes are decent and the view from the restaurant of the Firth of Forth bridges is amazing. Great vibe and nicely decorated and staff were attentive.

A beautiful location but disappointed with poor service. Food was good but we had to shout across restaurant to get attention of waiter. We were given a wine menu but no one came to take drinks order. No one seemed to be manning our table.. The ladies bathroom was also dirty and no toilet rolls.

We booked via their online booking system not long before arrival. They were obviously not prepared for us and it felt like we were an inconvenience. Very lacklustre service throughout. Food was okay but not great although my husband enjoyed the fish stew. The chips were cold and the chicken from the child’s menu was so overcooked it was inedible. I ordered a glass of wine which arrived over 20 minutes later when my meal was nearly finished. When I went back to validate the parking, I was wordlessly pointed to the machine. Location is really lovely as is the restaurant. I expected better.

I was here with different friends twice in a week. The restaurant has a marvellous situation with views of all three bridges. There is also an outside sitting area which was used by many people on the first of my two visits until…..yes, the heavens opened! The menu is a sensible length with an attractively priced two course choice. The servings are adequate without being ridiculous in size as is often the case. Presentation and flavours are all good. Service at entry and at the table was pleasant and efficient. I’ll go back.

Ate here for lunch on 19 July. We were very hungry but the food was excellent. We both had the 2 courses for £18.50. The Gambas pil pil and mushrooms on toast were both delicious & the poke bowl and fish goujons were also very good. Highly recommended with great views over the forth bridge

My husband and I visit Scotts regularly and really enjoy however they never seem to have any teapots and serve the tea in large tea cups (tea bag) which then get cold quickly. Surely they could have more teapots? Such a lovely place and this always amazes us!

First class from when we arrived until we left. Service was excellent as was the food and the wine. The table we were given was excellent and provided an excellent view out to the bridges. Will be back soon
