Ordered the marshmallow waffle. Wasn’t too bad there was no sprinkles like it said on the menu

Dessert was cold and not edible

Order did not turn up! They didn’t answer the phone awful

My food hasn’t came absolutely fuming

I ordered from here waited over 2 hours for my food when I rang there was no answer took my money but never recived my food kept delaying my order time such appalling service which is disappointing as I'm a regular customer will not be ordering from here again!

We made an order and it aint turned up at all. No answer at shop either. Been waiting over 2 hours.

Was given an edt, didnt turn up. Asked for order update and they delayed the delivery by another half an hour. Food still never showed up. Waited nearly 2 hours after ordering, as i understand it can get busy, before trying to ring the restaurant and there was no answer.

Cookie dough was burnt. Shop tried to hide this by smothering it with chocolate. Couldn't eat it. Two very upset under 6yr old kids! Ice cream supplied with it was also poor compared to ones we've had from other places. Also ordered a 'premium' milkshake which was thin and runny with little taste. Won't be ordering again. Ordered 'premium' milkshaje

Delivery driver was so rude no manners never said a word to me even though I spoke to him on the phone before hand manners cost nothing!!

Food was absolutely freezing! generous portion size and that but it was cold

Food was soggy , fries stuck together as clump was that wet and soggy was not impressed

Arrived nearly two hours after ordering, and arrived cold. Will definitely not be ordering again. So disappointed

Custard wasn’t separate as noted, also the desserts was abit hard.. not the best

Cold , and very dry . Next time when you send it a little bit further, make it thicker to not dry this way

Awful service, two items missing phoned up got cut off 3 times and then got a arsey comment of “it will take 25 mins as its not our fault” off the manager… 10/10 wont be using again

Apple crumple was a stodgy sloppy mess with no apple and the crumble was barely crumble. Waste of money, threw it straight in the bin.

Normally from here it's very good but today the food was very disappointing. The churros were very chewy and soggy, and the flapjack and brownie with custard were stone cold. After this, I won't order from here again.

I'm not going to leave a bad review as I love scoops ..however on my recent order. It had a very poor journey to me. My bag literally fell apart as I was handed it by the driver. It was although everything had been shook or some extremely bad driving. So from this moment I will not be using the delivery service and be collecting from the store myself.

Tried for the first time. Delicious food and desserts. Good service and very well trained team.

I tried the food it was really good and all the items are really nice. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was really polite and humble.

Food came very late over an hour and a half late. Ice cream was completely melted, and the brownies were cold. Couldn't warm the brownies up because of the strawberries. Other than that it tasted good. But the lady that delivered it didn't apologise or anything.

I really enjoy Scoops Diner. The service was on point. The food was really tasty (nice variety as well). The Hot Shot parmesan chicken is my favourite. Would recommend Scoops overall. They do really nice deserts as well (but we were stuffed) 😄

Ordered a marshmallow waffle with vanilla ice cream, spread the ice cream over the waffle like usual, took one bite and it taste of banana, I hate banana. If there was no vanilla in stock it would of been nice to of been informed, instead I spent £9 on a waffle I had to throw away because I can’t stand the taste of banana

Only ever get deserts from here had the bubble trouble sundae absolutely amazing sooo nice partner had bakewell tart which also was very nice ..and arrived hot.

The pancakes were cold and sickly as was the milkshake. And the cheesecake was bland.

One hour and half to deliver 2 brownies and 2 crepes, a 10 minute drive away. Order arrived wrong. Food left on doorstep and noone to be seen to discuss. Cold upon arrival.

Really shouldn't take well over an hour to deliver 3 desserts this is the second time now I've ordered from scoops and its taken for ever to get here

Ordered a mix for the family. The almond pudding was great with a custard that was still warm and had no lumps. doughnuts always go down well and the taste and value were top notch. The cakes were moist and tasty and Geleto they gave is much tastier than normal icecream. will use again for that must needed sweet treat.

Absolutely terrible service my food was missing then asked me if I would wait until next time as it closing then give me a burger that so spicy but can’t change it as chef gone home will not be back

It was just fine as the last time I had it. My driver, Mr Singh, was brilliant.

From ordering to delivery it took over a hour and a half. Didn’t really fancy it after. Very expensive for small portion too sadly

Don’t expect an ice cream Sundae! The cookie dough is nice, but it arrived later than estimated delivery time & my Sundae was completely melted & just pure liquid. It overflowed & poured all over the floor the second I opened the lid. I would like refunding for my Sundae please as I had no choice but to put it straight in the bin.

2 beautiful knickerbocker glories and we got a free slice of raspberry and almond cake in hot custard. SCRUMPTIOUS.

Order was early which was great. Delivery driver (Mr Singh I think he said his name was!) was lovely and friendly and ice cream was delicious and not at all melted so got here nice and safely. Will be back again, much better than the Chaddesden branch. Thank you 😊

My order was delivered on time & the food was good.

Firstly they didn’t have one of the orders although, I appreciate the call letting me know! I then got a message 20:34 almost an hour later I still hadn’t received my order. Rang the restaurant to be told it was 3-4 minutes away it definitely wasn’t. When the order arrives - wrong food. Delivery is 0 stars.

The desserts were cold and the cream on the milkshake has sank into the milkshake. The desserts are normally spot on therefore would order again!

Didn't listen to note on the order receipt. Came with custard when I asked for none on 1 of them spent £31 not very happy

Rapid delivery always dessert delivered on time this time it was 20 mins early all desserts I have order from scoops have been spot on

Amazing cookie dough. I live in Nottingham with my partner and we decided whilst we were back in derby visiting family we should order Scoops because it’s better than any cookie dough we’ve had in notts (we’ve tried a lot of places). It’s also reasonably priced! We’ll definitely be ordering again next time we’re in derby. Only gave 5 out of 6 stars for delivery because despite it being on time for when they estimated, it was a long wait for delivery (45-55 minutes) considering we were only 5/10 minutes away.

Came here due to reviews to eat. The food was tasty and the customer service was great and sweet. Was worth every penny.

I usually love this place it’s my regular. But I’m absolutely appalled. So I ordered my usual Creamy Mushroom Parmesan, asked for extra mushroom sauce which they added in pots, but the chicken was drenched in fat, you take one bite out of it and your mouth fills with fat, it made me physically sick, I’m so disappointed, my only favourite takeaway in derby which has gone downhill and I won’t be going here again.

We are regular customers of Scoops, we usually order through JustEat or UberEats and don’t usually have problems, however, because we wanted to pay cash, we called the store and ordered through them directly. I had called the store twice, neither of those times did they apologise for the service. We waited 1 hour 30 minutes for our food, for 4 desserts! We’ve never waited that long for anything before. It was also quite late into the night on a Sunday, which we’ve done before and never been that busy before. Please be mindful of how you order. A lot better ordering through JustEat or UberEats as the service is a lot faster.
