Satisfy House in South Kesteven

SERVICE WAS SHOCKING.... BEFORE WE EVEN ORDERED. but we continually ordered...myself and my partner was looking forward to eating a well deserved meal after work that we didn't have to cook. We order set meal for 2 with slightly modified to our taste. Got it home. Chow mein noodles was over cooked. Rice was dry and over cooked. Duck no taste or flavour. all round worst chinese and very unsatisfied myself and partner was ill throughout the whole night. Will NOT be returning.

Possibly the WORST Chinese I’ve ever had, the chow mein was dry and I don’t even think the meat was real meat. Duck had zero flavour in an oily residue and prawn toast over done, total waste of my money. Contacted the restaurant, RUDE owners informed me there was nothing wrong with my food as it’s cooked the same as usual completely laughable, told them I would return the takeaway or they could collect and see them selves. Apparently refund isn’t an option, completely awful service. Rude lady aggressively shouting at some points in another language! Customer loyalty means nothing at this ‘business’ me and my partner have spent a lot of money at this takeaway and due to the poor handling of this complaint they have lost our customer. Maybe a lesson or course in customer service would help these rude individuals (owner and son) run a successful business that values the customers that line their pockets.

Never, in over 40 years of eating Chinese food, have I EVER had a worse offering than this…. We collected on time, got it home and threw it in the bin…could not have felt worse if I had been mugged …. NEVER, EVER….you have been warned…

I have tried many of the Chinese takeaways in Grantham and this is the best in my opinion. Always tasty food, fast, reasonably priced. Just a level above others.

This is seriously the best chinese in Grantham wish I had found it a long time ago. Had numerous takeaways always absolutely amazing. The breaded chicken and breaded prawns are fantastic

Excellent piping hot delicious food l live in corby glen about 20-30 minutes away by car,was as good as if eating in a restaurant really recommended

Always a tasty and well prepared meal from this clean establishment. Friendly and polite service with quality food makes this our preferred takeaway.

We have had several meals from this takeaway since my last review and I can honestly state that they have all come up to standard, well prepared and tasty. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. If you are looking for a good quality menu then look no further.

Our usual takeaway seems to have lowered it's standards of recent weeks so we thought that it was time for a change. What a revelation! Satisfy House has certainly come up trumps. Our meal was absolutely delicious and plentiful. We were served by a very personable member of staff in a pleasant manner. Well done to all and to coin a phrase "we'll be back!"

Myself and my family are regularly used to great food from Satisfy House, we are ones that also tend to vote with our feet, staying with good restaurants and take always and leaving the bad. We had so far stayed with Satisfy for 5 years, they recently changed ownership, but the new chef was even better and have not had a bad dish yet. Keep up the good work!

Here in Grantham on work and staying in a hotel. After a terrible meal in a restaurant the night before, I just decided to get a takeaway instead. I just decided to randomly choose this place as I drove past, and I was really rewarded. The food was absolutely delicious. I love Chinese food and am able to distinguish between different quality of takeaways. I have to say this one was definitely good value, great taste. The Singapore noodles was spot on in terms of flavour and texture. The 10 veg spring rolls for around 3 quid were really tasty. The spicy squid could have been a little more spicy, but then I guess it depends on individual taste. I was very pleased with the order and the young man and lady were also really friendly and polite. Thank you.

Food arrived early which was good but the food was absolutely terrible. Chips were stale, noodles were dry with no flavor. Ribs were coated in a thick and tasteless fried batter and were just fatty inside. Spring rolls were very oily with not much filling inside. Called the company to complain however they didn't care and did not offer any refund. Would never order again or recommend.

Salt n chilli squid starter was amazingly tasty....after that the main was bland and tasteless. (including the prawn crackers) had no taste or were cooked right. Never using them again. Avoid.

Have ordered from here many a time but today the order was wrong, got 2 wrong items delivered and when rang up they just offered me a free dish next time which is fair enough but not when the person who got the wrong dish only had that for dinner. Took alot of arguing but eventually they offered to replace the food and deliver a new dish.

After ordering the food at 18:30 to arrive at 19:40, we had to call the restaurant at 19:55 to enquire where our order was as we ordered for a specified time. We were told that it was out for delivery and would be with us in a few moments. 20 minutes later we had to call again to find out where it was when we were told on the phone that there was nothing they could do as it was out for delivery. They said that they would call the driver and come back to us. 20 minutes later still didn't hear anything. Food finally turned up 50 minutes late, soggy, cold and the drinks were warm. Waste of money as we couldn't eat the majority of it due to the quality. They either need to tell us the truth, or get more delivery drivers! Won't be using again. (not the first time we've had issues but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. never again!)

Our food was well over an hour late given the delivery time, when calling to ask they stated 5 minutes without even asking where it's being delivered to ..another 10 minutes goes by we call again and they REPEATEDLY hang up on us, we can hear them telling them the person on the phone to hang up if it's a complaint ! The food then came and its stone cold.

This is the first time that I have had sub standard food from this place. Delivery was 10 mins late, food was cold and the spicy chips that I ordered tasted like re-heats and the spice seemed to be missing. Very disappointed. Not to your usual high standard at all.

poor quality Chinese!!! Crispy chilli beef was far from crispy or any chilli flavour, the duck wasn't shredded, overall the every dish I ordered was rubbish worse Chinese I have ever had!!!

Absolute disgrace. Food arrived 20 mins after stated time and was freezing cold. Called restaurant who were rather rude but did agree to cook again & send out. Almost an hour later food arrived & checked order while driver was still there & it was all cold again. Driver also rather rude. Refused delivery and got a refund from just eat.

The food wasn't up to its usual standard tonight. The chow mein tasted burnt and the prawn crackers were soft and stale. Shame because the food and service are usually fantastic.

Egg rice barely tasted like it should. Curry sauce was the worst I've ever tasted from a Chinese. Not happy. Portion sizes are tiny and more expensive than other places which are miles better to eat

Normally brilliant service but really disappointed as had to ring to get satay sauce missing then had to stay on phone waiting food getting cold to explain why I wanted hot chicken skewers for sauce as would be cold before sauce arrived.

Very pleased with our first order

Prawn crackers were stale and tasted horrible. We did not receive our chow mein even tho we ordered it. Food was Luke warm. We shall not be ordering from here again
