Great, fresh food, would order again!

You would have thought by having a 1 star hygiene rating, it would have given the establishment a kick up the backside… chicken sandwiches were pasty and one was so chewy that it had to be binned. The slightly lower than average prices are sadly reflected in the quality of its food.

Really disappointing kebabs usually really good but this time was a let down

The attitude of these people is not welcoming. They behave rudely and not in a welcoming way. Food is average, although doner was not fresh and foul smelling, but the way they treat you while you order is a disgusting one!

I had chilli peppers and sauce added on one of my kebabs. It was not delivered with it.. Otherwise the food was great

well when the lady delivered it she was very rude put my food on floor then left without saying anything.

I ordered a lamb kebab what arrived on my door step was disgusting for the money I paid I got nothing. Just about 3 strands of meat which was cold and very undercooked chips which were cold DIscusting!!!

The food was absolutely disgusting tasted off and the meat was very soft and chewy I have never had a problem with this restaurant and whenever I fancy a takeaway this is where I go but from now on I won’t be ordering from here again

the page clearly states BUY ONE GET ONE FREE on pizzas but when you call to ask where the free one is you get shouted at by which ever one answers the phone. tasteless, cold mush in a parcel. save your money and order from somewhere with standards.

On just eat app got told was buy one get one free on pizza. The app wouldn't do the offer. Called the take away directly they said the it wasn't buy one get one free, but was buy one get one half price on pizza. I called back few mins later after getting everyone's orders. Put the order in and said I'll collect and wasn't given a price. So I call back and ask for price and they were trying to charge me full price. I said no the offer on the app is "buy one get one free" and then you told me it was "buy one get one half price" They refused the offer and I requested my order was cancelled. They got extremely unhappy with the this kept tutting at me on the phone and then hung up. I then check the app again and the offer was still up. Also checking food hygiene rating is 1 out of 5. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to be treated badly.

Food was warm and on time. Very nice delivery person but quality of food poor comparing to usual Sarays standards. Fries were old, and my chicken burger contained only chicken and a bread.

Got to have been the worst mixed kebab and chips I've ever had. Doner meat was all bits that were burnt and hard, hardly any chips or salad. Avoid at all costs. Also was stone cold

The app said the order hadn’t been prepped and the food was already delivered

Ordered this evening, never had a issue before with this kebab place. Ordered large chicken doner and received doner. Phoned restaurant, they told me they had to wait until their driver returned to shop and the driver will take the wrong item and replace with correct. Bearing in mind, I have ordered other items which are getting cold having to wait for my replacement kebab. In the end, cancelled the replacement and going through just eat for a full refund as this kebab shop has ruined my weekly takeaway!

Nice food just delivery was late

I pre-ordered (at 2.15pm) from Saray kebab to be delivered for 4pm. However the order was 20 minutes late, and the food arrived cold. This also meant that the extra bits of food for the kids that I'd prepared at home to be ready for 4pm were also cold. Therefore I may as well have not pre-ordered! Upon receiving the order I noticed that, although it is advertised as spend £20 get a free bottle of Pepsi on JustEat, I did not receive the bottle. I spoke to the delivery guy who said to ring the takeaway, so I did. I rang Saray to query this (and ask for a bottle) and was essentially told that this isn't the deal and I have to spend £35, he was the owner and it's never been £20 and he just laughed in my face about it and told me I was lying. I told him I have a screenshot from JustEat to prove it is £20 (which I do) but he wasn't interested, telling me that it says £35. I have been deeply dissatisfied with this service tonight and the way I was treated when I phoned!

Never use any other take a way. The food is fantastic.

Good food, good choice and easy to order from the just eat. Decent price. The order was 30 mins late, but the driver was apologetic and when I spoke with the team at Saray they were also apologetic.

We have had two kebab deliveries chicken and shish, spaced out over 3mths and both times we have really enjoyed the quality of the food and the amount of meat, the quick delivery service, the salad is crisp and fresh. So from now on Saray will be our first choice for kebab delivery.

As kebab meat with chips and salad goes, it was nice and a good size for the smaller portion.

Delivery time was good, but the food was cold when arrived, after I put the Kebab in the microwave it was okay, but the pizza even heated didn’t have much flavour. Probably wouldn’t order again

I was passing this place at 2pm, the door was wide open, the sign said closed but he said they were open. When I said would you like me to flip the sign to open he said to leave it. I ordered 6 wings and chips, the wings were frozen and you could see him just taking it out and throwing it in. The chips were disgusting. I paid £6.50 and the food was disgusting. It went straight into the bin. He asked if I wanted sauce and I said yes, I told him to put it on one side and he said it would cost extra to do this. Otherwise if I had it over the food he wouldn’t charge, which just didn’t make sense. Overall such a bad experience. Would never come here or recommend anyone to come here.

Order never arrive have messaged just eat for a the last couple of weeks had a phone call and they said the refund would be back In my account in the next couple of days I have not recieved a email nor my refund nor nothing from just eat customer service I think this behaviour is disgusting poor customer service and very slow service

Ordered food with sauces, coleslaw and cabbage. Food came with nothing on it, just plain chicken and pitta.

Didn't like the mixed kebab. Other meat was very chewey and I wasted at least 3/4 of it. I ordered the large donor to stop the £5 delivery fee. Deep regrets, will stick with lamb doner and salad if there are any future orders. Salad was in a separate container and Pitta on the top of box and not in with the meat moistures. Na never again!!!

Order was late and the chips were undercooked and cold I had to put them in my air fryer to finish poor service this time round
