Poor poor poor! 4 people walked past me at the bar before I was finally served! Food menus all dirty and sticky! Food menu choices are extremely limited and poor! Chose not to eat there in the end! Ice machine didn't work! Bad lighting! Only advantage was the unlimited refills!

Posting for my husband, who has stayed at the nearby Premier Inn twice for business. On both occasions, the food at this Brewers Fayre has been cold and bad quality. Over an hour wait to get the food too.

Told when arriving to book a table, had table for 19.30hrs. Told there was a half an hour wait for food. After one hour asked where food was. A mix up in the kitchen. Attitude of staff was rather offhand although one from the front of house was very good and did find out where my food had gone. I have stayed here twice and gave the brewers fayre the benefit of the doubt when food late the last time but this time unforgivable. Will not be staying and eating here again.

This was genuinely one of the worst meals we have ever eaten. Started off with being overcharged when ordering and blamed it on having a bad day. The calamari starter arrived and was about 6 pieces of burnt deep fried rock hard tasteless lumps. Absolutely dripping in fat and served on greaseproof paper. Inedible and had to be sent back. Replacement chicken wings were as hard as wrecking balls and looked like they had been refried about 3 times. The loaded nachos were a disgrace. Looked like a small handful of the cheapest bag, thrown on a plate with a bit of sour cream dip and salsa. The pizza looked like an undercooked Asda smart price one they sell for about £1.49. The burgers were poor quality, the chips clearly out a frozen packet and I've had nicer wine from Lidl's cheapest they sell. I genuinely can't believe the food that was served. I obviously set my expectations low from the start, but never this. It was the cheapest ingredients available coupled with shocking preparation. This place clearly only exists thanks to being next to the premier inn and it's unsuspecting guests. I would avoid at all costs.

Went into this Brewers Fayre a couple of week's ago on a Monday to get lunch. Unfortunately the only member of staff we could see was busy sorting out business with people trying to prebook (I guess), we waited for approx 10 mins before being told she wouldn't be long? At that point we left and found somewhere else to get lunch.

Service from the waitress x 2 florin, lilly was v good. We were a party of 9,had a lovely long table near the bar. We opted for Christmas menu. It was very reasonable, plus came out hot, which is a must for me,and was well presented,i m sure quite a bit of frozen tinned is used, but for what you pay the value is excellent. So we were all really pleased, and the manager was super friendly to the children, what a bonus. Well done to all of you ,kitchen, staff etc. We really enjoyed it. Thank you

Hit and miss. On Sat 16 Nov staff were very helpful, offering assistance and checking we had everything we needed (we were both wearing our sunflower lanyards and I was pushing my partner's wheelchair, which makes getting breakfast a little tricky). Staff made us feel welcomed, and we appreciated that assistance was available to the extent we wanted/needed it. On Sun 17 Nov, our experience was quite different. We arrived at the same time (before last seating time), but were bruskly advised we would need to be quick to get what we wanted for breakfast. No acknowledgement that we may need a little assistance (e.g. moving chairs, carrying things) due to disability. What was particularly disappointing was that the hidden disabilities sunflower was displayed prominently at the door. Your Saturday morning team got it right - please offer and follow up with the simple help we need, and share this learning with your Sunday morning team 😊🌻

3 weeks ago we went for breakfast to meet up with my parents who had stayed at the Premier Inn overnight following a celebration for her 80th Birthday. When we arrived we were told there was no hot water for tea. On having a conversation with the manager she appeared totally disinterested that we, and indeed many others were unhappy. There are other ways to serve hot water and yet they just didn't care. What is breakfast without a cuppa? For many people it's a big deal. Us included as we're not coffee drinkers. I emailed Whitbread on my return to express my unhappiness. He said he was going to pass it onto another team. I messaged him 2 weeks later to say I had heard nothing back from them, and got no response back from him either. Approach this place with caution!

Due to work we stayed in the Premier Inn & we visited Cepen Park Brewer’s Fayre expecting a pleasant evening meal. Instead, we were met with a shocking level of poor service and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The staff seemed more interested in closing up shop than serving their patrons. Once we finished our meal at 9pm, they began clearing tables around us and ushering patrons to the “bar area, which still had others plates etc on the tables, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and rushed atmosphere. To add insult to injury, the quality of the food was mediocre at best, cardboard sausages & overcooked everything. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to reconsider, go to the fast food establishment next door. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here.

Thought we'd give this place s try after not being there for several years due to poor service. Unfortunately can't say there's been an improvement initially all was good until the food arrived. The young lady that brought the food just placed it on the table didn't advise us of where the cutlery was or ask if we wanted any sauces & was gone before we could ask . After finding some cutlery started the meal for me a baked potato withe chilli which was disappointing due to about a desert spoon of chilli on the potato my wife had the club sandwich the only issue with that meal was the chips were luke warm. Overall very disappointed with the experience was hoping the service would have improved over the years Unfortunately not & we will not be trying this place for a third time. we have eaten at a few brewers fayres around the country & never had issues like this must be the worst one in the country.

Not one made of staff has spoken to us today. The food is mediocre and lukewarm. You can't even choose how to have your toast cooked, a metal plate has been bolted over the control that determines how quick or slow the toast goes through. The double cheese burger was definitely nothing like the photo on the menu. Quite unappetizing with 2 dry patties in a bun. It was served with a teaspoon size portion of coleslaw and a scattering of chips. Meal presentation was poor and absolutely not worth the cost. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant enough with an outside seating area.

I haven't been here for a few years. Looking rather tired and in need of sprucing up. Booked a table online only to be told on arrival that they don't accept reservations unless it's a large group. Told to find a table... easier said than done as lots of dirty plates waiting to be cleared and only one member of staff running about delivering the food. It was heaving just after 6 pm, and there was a line of diners queuing to order food. It can't be done on the app, which is odd these days. I ordered the chicken and ham pie with chips and peas which was a tiny portion. It was as exciting as oven chips and a microwaved pie at home... only I can't overcook the peas as well as they can. My companions had the Thai curry and chicken tikka, which they both said was good. For pudding, it was jam roll poly and custard, which, despite being simply warmed up, was nice. Like the curate's egg, the meal was good in parts. It was inexpensive, but I can't see myself in any hurry to return there.

No service whatsoever, as new in this area you have to ask people around for how things are being done in this place, as nobody from staff members is offering any help.

Usual fare. We ate later on Sunday. Most of the veg on the Carvery was gone. When we asked if there was more the Chef informed us that's all there is ! Whilst understanding there has to be a time limit perhaps this could be explained when only 5mins before they were happy to charge full price. The " veggie chicken" was revolting. Don't know why they would think that is what a vegetarian would want. ( dried up piece of soya about 3 inches by 2 inches) which wasn't ordered just arrived on a separate plate once we were seated. On a positive note the staff were pleasant.

Took my mum and sister for lunch. Not enough staff to give good service.Lady at the till clearly not interested. I do not like leaving a negative review. but this was so awful. The 3 cream cakes we could not eat, past their best, we did say something nothing was done. The lunch was really bad, the jacket potato reheated watery prawns. Curry just a plate of sauce covered up with a poppadom, Quiche was the best choice made. This was a really bad lunch. Travelling up from Abbotsbury to have a special lunch, a total waste of money. Couldn't care less attitude.

Cold food, rude staff who refuse to warm up cold food and then accuse you of not having paid in front of a shop full of people. Will NEVER return here.
