Great place for families with children. Children can do soft play while parents are enjoying some "lunching" time:-) Nice atmosphere, great service.

** SHOCKING ** Christmas menu - loaded nachos. Well, asking for the vegetarian option (1st to order apparently so they didn’t know what was on there) arrived with turkey on top (minus the bacon 😳) not vegetarian!! Main - salmon 🤢 check out the vile potatoes!! Rotting and no idea why the cook couldn’t see this on plating up!! Manager gave a free pudding but after reading more reviews, never again! If you email HR, you just get a “sorry” and thank you! Reviews are for everyone to see what the standards are expected here…,

Came here for a family meal, chose this as it has a play area ( 5 children)So sitting for 3 hours is not always ideal. To be honest wasnt really sure what it would be like !! Service from the waitress x 2 florin, lilly was v good. We were a party of 9,had a lovely long table near the bar. We opted for Christmas menu. It was very reasonable, plus came out hot, which is a must for me,and was well presented,i m sure quite a bit of frozen tinned is used, but for what you pay the value is excellent. So we were all really pleased, and the manager was super friendly to the children, what a bonus. Well done to all of you ,kitchen, staff etc. We really enjoyed it. Thank you

Hit and miss. On Sat 16 Nov staff were very helpful, offering assistance and checking we had everything we needed (we were both wearing our sunflower lanyards and I was pushing my partner's wheelchair, which makes getting breakfast a little tricky). Staff made us feel welcomed, and we appreciated that assistance was available to the extent we wanted/needed it. On Sun 17 Nov, our experience was quite different. We arrived at the same time (before last seating time), but were bruskly advised we would need to be quick to get what we wanted for breakfast. No acknowledgement that we may need a little assistance (e.g. moving chairs, carrying things) due to disability. What was particularly disappointing was that the hidden disabilities sunflower was displayed prominently at the door. Your Saturday morning team got it right - please offer and follow up with the simple help we need, and share this learning with your Sunday morning team 😊🌻

3 weeks ago we went for breakfast to meet up with my parents who had stayed at the Premier Inn overnight following a celebration for her 80th Birthday. When we arrived we were told there was no hot water for tea. On having a conversation with the manager she appeared totally disinterested that we, and indeed many others were unhappy. There are other ways to serve hot water and yet they just didn't care. What is breakfast without a cuppa? For many people it's a big deal. Us included as we're not coffee drinkers. I emailed Whitbread on my return to express my unhappiness. He said he was going to pass it onto another team. I messaged him 2 weeks later to say I had heard nothing back from them, and got no response back from him either. Approach this place with caution!

Due to work we stayed in the Premier Inn & we visited Cepen Park Brewer’s Fayre expecting a pleasant evening meal. Instead, we were met with a shocking level of poor service and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The staff seemed more interested in closing up shop than serving their patrons. Once we finished our meal at 9pm, they began clearing tables around us and ushering patrons to the “bar area, which still had others plates etc on the tables, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and rushed atmosphere. To add insult to injury, the quality of the food was mediocre at best, cardboard sausages & overcooked everything. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to reconsider, go to the fast food establishment next door. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here.

Thought we'd give this place s try after not being there for several years due to poor service. Unfortunately can't say there's been an improvement initially all was good until the food arrived. The young lady that brought the food just placed it on the table didn't advise us of where the cutlery was or ask if we wanted any sauces & was gone before we could ask . After finding some cutlery started the meal for me a baked potato withe chilli which was disappointing due to about a desert spoon of chilli on the potato my wife had the club sandwich the only issue with that meal was the chips were luke warm. Overall very disappointed with the experience was hoping the service would have improved over the years Unfortunately not & we will not be trying this place for a third time. we have eaten at a few brewers fayres around the country & never had issues like this must be the worst one in the country.

I stay regularly at the Premier Inn so choose the breakfast option by Brewers Fayre. Service non existent, nobody approaches you despite the sign on the entrance saying wait to be seated. Not one made of staff has spoken to us today. The food is mediocre and lukewarm. You can't even choose how to have your toast cooked, a metal plate has been bolted over the control that determines how quick or slow the toast goes through. Loud music playing, not exactly a relaxing experience for breakfast. Think I'll just go over to Morrison's for breakfast in future. £10.99 is NOT good value in anyone's book.

£4.50 for each child to use the soft play despite spending nearly £30 for lunch seems extortion. There is a CCTV showing in the restaurant so once the children saw this they wanted to go in. The soft play area isn't staffed and children were running in and out and pushing the smaller children out of the way. I had to take my grand children out after only five minutes. Very expensive for a mediocre lunch and two upset youngsters.

I haven't been here for a few years. Looking rather tired and in need of sprucing up. Booked a table online only to be told on arrival that they don't accept reservations unless it's a large group. Told to find a table... easier said than done as lots of dirty plates waiting to be cleared and only one member of staff running about delivering the food. It was heaving just after 6 pm, and there was a line of diners queuing to order food. It can't be done on the app, which is odd these days. I ordered the chicken and ham pie with chips and peas which was a tiny portion. It was as exciting as oven chips and a microwaved pie at home... only I can't overcook the peas as well as they can. My companions had the Thai curry and chicken tikka, which they both said was good. For pudding, it was jam roll poly and custard, which, despite being simply warmed up, was nice. Like the curate's egg, the meal was good in parts. It was inexpensive, but I can't see myself in any hurry to return there.

Where to begin... The one and only highlight of this establishment was the soft play area where my daughter had a partially enjoyable time, but as soon as we were seated, we found oursekves surrounded by screaming children and loud, drunk and obnoxious people. We ordered at the bar, but had to wait in ain't queue. This was expected as it was a Saturday, but we ended up waiting over an hour for two lasagnes and a kid's burger meal. Once our food had fi ally arrived, we were disgusted at the quality. The lasagnes has clearly been frozen and microwaved. The burger given to my daughter was the driest, most flavourless and underwhelming burger I have ever seen. We had to actually request knives and forks as they weren't provided to us. We also weren't offered any sauce and even the garlic bread was soggy, undercooked and flavourless. This is the one and only time we will be eating here and I regret the fact we even spent any money in this place. Disgusting to say the least.

The food wasn't great. I ordered my burger with just lettuce and it came with cheese and some orange gloop on the bottom. The guy at the till was great and ensured that it was all correct on the ticket so it wasn't his fault. The kitchen clearly didn't read it properly and my requirements were not met. My friend ordered the lasagne and she didn't enjoy that much. The food wasn't overly warm when it arrived so it seemed like it had been rushed as it arrived pretty quickly after we ordered. Disappointed. Food tasteless, service rubbish, we haven't got our desserts because the order didn't got thru. Waiting about 20 minutes for someone to clear the table, and not even busy at that time.

I am always aware of this chain being the cheapest but I had no option thus evening having to overnight, so went for something as simple as a ‘hot dog’ which came out cold… unfortunately due to the way one has to order (at the bar) I had to walk back to the bar with said dish which they literally brought the same (same plate etc etc) out again presumably having been microwaved!! I’ve now been waiting 30 minutes for a fresh dish to arrive with no apologies or interaction from anyone- shameful!!

Very nice food but since last time smothered chicken had coleslaw and salad with it this time it has been stopped in the deal bought between 12 and 6p.m, so was a bit bland

Refused entry to my son and partner at 09:30am today and told my partner that they don’t take walk ins during the school holidays and that they don’t want him to miss out on food was their excuse despite it being an all you can eat so they do not cook to order and breakfast isn’t over until half 10. My partner was able to see many tables available and my partner also checked the website after leaving the pub and would of been able to book a table for 09:45am and every 15mins after that until breakfast time was finished so there was clearly another reason they didn’t want to let him and my four year old son eat there.

Great food. Very impressed. Place needs a bit of TLC though. Looking a bit worn n weary. Missing front door Tatty n dish a shame. Great staff. Fast n efficient and food was superb for the price. Wasn’t expecting it too be that good. Company needs to give the venue some TLC as staff n chefs doing a great job

We arrived at 1 pm on a Sunday for a Sunday roast. There was no more beef, they weren't going to add more and they only served a portion of turkey, saying that the meat they had should last until 4 pm. Bad experience. Already was better. Left a lot to be desired.

13:30 no more beef, paper thin gammon only, when questioned, server said he had to make that joint last until 16:00 🤦🏻

I rarely write reviews but food was so terrible I wouldnt want anyone else to waste their money. There was no harissa flavour on the harissa sweet potato salad. The sweet potatoes were so undercooked they were crunchy. The salmon was overcooked and chewy. The wrap my OH had wasn't warm and was yucky and he had about 5 chips on his plate. We fed back at the time as well. Will never go back. Can't believe how busy it was in there, I would never be a repeat customer, overpriced and appalling food.

Absolutely fantastic, would very highly recommend. Had an evening meal here one evening and a Sunday roast and both times the food and service were exceptional. The friendly staff are extremely helpful, and (again) the food is brilliant

Wedding coordinators both amazing. Prompt and professional support and advice. Food was better than some Michelin restaurants I’ve been to. Five star quality; amazing service and would highly recommend. Venue went over and above what was necessary from free coffee to supporting external vendors and accommodation
