Atmosphere is 5 stars because morale at Rollestone camp is high right now after scranning that delish dish! Salt and chilli chips were bang on but I will definitely regret them tomorrow morning when the spice hits the rear. Cheese burger hit all the right spots after 7 hours without any food (due to the army) and I almost shed a tear after my first bite hit and the lettuce had that subtle crunch. Will order again and I'm sure the rest of the Kings finest men will too

Where do I start. Spent £15 and got all this never seen anything like it, I think it’s safe to say the blokes are going to bed with smiles on there faces.

Food was amazing good texture and the flavour just exploded in my mouth full juice and didn’t take to long to deliver

The food was mega. Each dish came hot and sexy. The portion size was spot on other than for our pathetic eater Marshall who couldn’t finish his food cuz there was to much they gave us enough chicken balls to feed the 5 thousand and when they taste that good matey boy Watkin can eat them all. Everything hit the spot taste wise Highly recommended and very good value. Can’t wait to be sat in the portaloo tomorrow.

What's with the name? Why not Chop Suey House, Hong Kong Deli or Happy Garden? So. Bit of unpleasant smell to the meal and uh, what's this? Pork was tough and tasteless like it'd been left way too long. Wiltshire food hygiene need to swoop on this place, if they still exist - lol A couple of hours later delli belly syndrome - definitely won't be going back. NEVER! Having said all that ... Jubilee may have a useful purpose in battle hardening soldiers stomachs to operations behind enemy lines!

First time for me, REALLY wished I hadn't, I have been ill all night and day. I am now going to phone them to inform them I have given the food which was Unenviable, to the neighbour who works for public health. Given the wrong person food poisoning!

We’re not locals to this dive and glad of it. The entire street had an incestuous vibe. All it needed was a kid playing banjo on the porch to complete the picture. Ordered a battered sausage and chips. Simple right? Wrong! Sausage was basically a hot dog. Meat paste (probably lips and hooves) in a plastic skin covered in doughnut batter, cooked in oil older than my Nan (who died of old age but not before getting a nice letter from the Queen for her 100th birthday.) The chips are centuple cooked and should be packaged with a business card from the local dentist. Lenny Maclean was less hard than these golden bullets! If your teeth don’t give up, your ears soon will. The crunch is so utterly deafening it’ll make you wish the world had subtitles. If you like maintaining a natural smile and don’t want guts like a bag of wet sand, avoid this at all costs.

Avoid the fish and chips at all costs! I use the word fish loosely as I'm not quite sure if it was fish or not! The grey mush inside was disgusting.The batter was mush and the oil that come out was awful. The chips was solid. Complete waste of money thrown in the bin

Never never never go here it's a kitchen nightmare waiting for food and watching a woman looking over the employees shoulders and bending her neck to watch every move does she not trust them to cook? This us the answer. Was asked if I would like salt and vinegar i sked if I could salt my own that was a hard task! I said Forget it I will do it with my own salt and vinegar. well opening the box both mine and wife's stank of old oil when tasted, yes it was old and chips and fish tasted the same the chips well there is tripled cooked chips these must of been triple tripled. cooked all hard, and when you ask for cod you expect cod not the fish out of the mekong river laced with cyanide this was definitely not cod it had a round bone going down the centre with no flakes of fish just mush. Never never eat from this take away no standards of dishing tasty food when leaving the shop the manager said enjoy well we did not enjoy the expensive £18.80 for 2 portions of larkhill trots similar to Delhi belly. God knows what we would of been like if we finished the meal that's very rare for me to leave food so I can not award a star not 1 the place is a joke enjoy this review. THE WORST FISH AND CHIPS IN ENGLAND

Third and last time to go here, was hoping the 'next' time would be better.. never is. Stodgy chowmein and tasteless. Tastes like its all been microwaved.

So so, sometimes it’s nice food, other times not so much. They do like to over fry the food though.

Food has gone downhill sadly , soggy old chips and sauces always greasy. Prices have also drastically increased.

Very bad experience. I orderd a large rice and curry sauce and came as a small rice and a small curry sauce and I payed extra… my husbands burger was also very burnt. What a joke. Never comming here again. And when I called up to speak to them they ignored the phone and closes the shop…

They have always been the best in the area, ordered a couple of months ago and had to call after an hour to see where my delivery was, just round the corner, it was pay weekend so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Tonight it took almost 2 HOURS to get here! I called after an hour and a half and it was ‘with the driver’ who arrived 20 minutes later with luke warm burnt mini rolls, congealed fatty duck and various other luke warm food. This place has gone downhill dramatically over this past year, sad to say, never again!!

Prices have gone up but still good value

AWFUL RAW CHICKEN. Got this chicken in my Thai Green Chicken Curry, which is obviously raw, phoned up for a refund, was told to come back with my meal and the chicken. The owner then pulls apart the chicken with his bare hands saying it's just potato starch between two bits of chicken. Where this just one piece of chicken. He then proceeds to shout at me whilst showing all the other pre cooked chicken in a dirty tub again touching all of them with his bare hands. Then grabs a tub of raw chicken to show me the difference. I asked for a full refund to which I was told I could have half as I could still eat the rest of my order. Which i replied No i dont want to eat anything from here again now, give me my refund. No refund given absolute joke the kitchen looked filthy and so did the chefs hands.

Massive disappointment had food from there maybe 3 times prior to last night and it was always lovely however last nights was slop on a plate I even asked my bf if he definitely went to the same place ! The worst Chinese we've ever had it's always been that good before that we've always drove from andover to eat from there than any other place we'll not again .. chicken chow main overcooked soggy noodles with over cooked chicken ... chicken balls spent far to long in the fryer ... wasn't after them that crispy ! ...chilli beef wat the hell happened to it ! Was brown and soggy looked like something my bf leaves in the toilet 🚻 spring rolls so soggy also nothing crispy about them or tasty. Won't be using again

I have been a customer of Jubilee for 20 + years, there has been generally a good service with just small points in the past, however tonight has frankly been awful, a delivery time of 1 hr was given which was expected, the food arrived at nearly 2 hours, the food was cold and not edible, eg soggy fatty spring rolls, I called to complain, no apology, apart from they are a delivery driver down and the driver they had got lost, unacceptable dreadful service, sorry guys you have really let yoursel down and I am really disappointed.

Chicken balls are the best in the area Chips are awful , they’re always re-heated by being dipped in the fryer again , you can always tell this as they become wrinkly. Rest of the food is good.

Fantastic Chinese, regularly go back here. Even easier now they have online ordering. The duck fried rice is a firm favourite

Revolting. Can't believe I missed the proper chippy a few doors down. Chips as old as the Ming Dynasty. I'd be ashamed to call that food.

I have been using the Jubilee for a number of years but recently have been very disappointed. I ordered a couple of months ago and was not impressed as it didn’t taste as it usually does but decided to give it another try on Friday which was just as bad also I had chicken balls and the first two had long hairs in the batter which consequently put me off eating anymore. I don’t know if they have a new chef but feel they need to sort it out. I won’t be eating there again

A very grumpy and rude person took my order. When my order was delivered my curry sauce was congealed like jelly my chips were squashed into very special fried rice, it looked disgusting.

I was very disappointed. The food used to be really good, but has gone downhill. My curry was horrible. The sauce was congealed, & the meat was dry. I won’t be ordering from there again.

All I can say is they are the BEST EVER fish and chips. Online ordering is great especially in the world of lockdowns.

This take away is quite nice in terms of the taste of food, however I only gave 4 star rating. The person took away a star due to his rude voice over the phone when taking order. It's not one time, it's over and over again. He needs to stay away from the phone- my suggestion.

I have been using this for a while now and the food has gone down hill the last couple of times. The chicken was boiled and not good at all. The duck was really greasy so I think it’s a change for us.

I discovered this place 7 years ago 3 moves later but still prefer here to locations closer to home.

Terrible food and Rude staff. We ordered, Starters - Spring Rolls and Ribs salt and chilli. The Spring Rolls were so greasy the oil was dripping out of them and very doughy almost inside, they had some strange square pieces of processed meat in them with no flavour. The Ribs, these were so dry and over cooked with next to no meat on them. They definitely salty (too much) but had no chilli at all, the onion garlic was very over cooked and salt in liquid at the bottom of the tray. Mains - we ordered Singapore Rice and Chicken Chow Mein. The Singapore Rice was dry and just covered in curry powder, this dish had no vegetable / colour visible in at all. The Chicken chow mien was just terrible, the only taste in this was OIL! The noodles were floury, it was plain with nothing other than noodle and some dry chicken, I managed to find some onion and beansprout but to say this was sparse is an understatment. To add insult to this, we called them up to advise them of this (i've never called before) — hoping in the least for a simple apology - we naturally expected them to say they may have been busy during the lockdown phase and hoped they may then thank us for letting them know. Instead we were told their food was "NORMAL", they then promptly put the phone down on us. We tried to call back they ignored us, we called once more on a different number tried to explain our dis-satisfaction and they put the phone down again. Shortly after my partner began feeling very unwell.

Worst chinese ever! Soggy battered left over king prawns that tasted of nothing in the chow mein and not even free prawn crackers over £10!

Worst Chinese takeaway food I ever had. There wasn't salt on the chicken chowmein. The spare ribs were salt less as well as burnt and the curry sauce was frozen(not smooth as it should).

The absolute best oriental/Chinese meal I have ever eaten. Been four times and has always been excellent. Fast and efficenct and very quick home delivery. Superb😀😀😀😀

First Chinese takeaway we have ordered. Love all the food we had and it was piping hot and delivered within the hour on a Saturday night! Definitely recommend.
