Coffee was weak , cake was poor quality & sickly sweet No savoury options , Disapointing As a regular customer over a 10 year period I have noticed a huge decline in the standards of this cafe Surely , sandwiches , soup ,paninis could be included after 2pm which is the time they stop serving savoury food , Leekes is a lovely store , But the cafe is currently very poor .

A great small family run cafe that does a very good cooked breakfast. You can ‘build your own brekkie’ from a variety of cooked items. Icing on the cake is it’s good value with excellent service, we sat outside in the fresh air, lovely local cafe.

What an unexpected treat to find such a lovely welcoming cafe next to the station. Great coffee and lemon drizzle cake. Fabulous staff.

Wedding coordinators both amazing. Prompt and professional support and advice. Food was better than some Michelin restaurants I’ve been to. Five star quality; amazing service and would highly recommend. Venue went over and above what was necessary from free coffee to supporting external vendors and accommodation

Six friends, we stayed at the hotel for four days. The restaurant food was superb and the staff knowledgeable and very helpful. All dishes were well presented and very tasty.

What a fantastic place! We came here for a Sunday roast after looking at several different options in the Wye Valley and we are so glad we chose The Mill Race. The service was amazing; it was very welcoming, lighthearted and friendly. The food was excellent and we all left feeling very full. If you are in the area, I highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!
