Domino's Pizza - Bradford-on-Avon in Wiltshire

Just find the staff arrogant unwilling to serve,, so i walked out and bought some pizza from the big supermarket next to domino's.

Food was bearly cooked basically just doe ordered a medium definitely looks alot smaller than a medium toppings clearly placed with little care.

Terrible. Once ordered a pizza at 7pm didn't turn up until midnight, when we had already gone to bed and eaten something else. Was told we'd get a refund, but instead got given a discount voucher, but voucher had a minimum spend of £20. Not really sure spending money is a refund. Just don't use them anymore.

They give you a time but don't turn up. I won't be going back. As I paid I am still waiting for refund. I'm disabled and on oxygen. I just out of hospital and thought I'd treat myself. But instead I ended up going Hungary overnight. Not happy. Still no refund. They nicked my money. I still not got my refund. Thiefs.

Wrong toppings on pizza. Missing items and rude customer service. Waiting for pizza to turn up. Driver hands me pizza. When I look. It has sweetcorn instead of Pineapple. I’m allergic to sweetcorn. So pizza could not be eaten. Promised a refund but highly doubt I will get one. Not even an apology.

I was served by a very rude member of staff when I went in the shop to order a pizza. He looked at me in a very angry way even though I tried to be polite in return. I was very upset by the experience. I will never use this restraurant again. 28/09/2024 12:20 am: Date order was placed: 28/09/2024

Every single time I order from here my card details get stolen. Never again!

delivery should’ve taken 20 minutes but was almost an hour. driver was so loud he woke up my baby. not happy

The fact it is a domino's pizza what do you expect but it is better then the other domino's

Honestly a great dominos to go too. Went there due to traveling and it was quite late, staff was helpful and knew the deals.

Literally, the last few times me and my son have ordered... It's been wrong. And missing... And not hot!! Seriously??? Done with using them!

You can't give dominoes 5 star because it's pizza but as far they go this one is a good one, very quick, although dominoes lacking on lunch time deals

Overpriced and the staff need to smile.

I visit this dominos quite often driving from Trowbridge as I find it quicker than visiting the trowbridge branch. Parking is right outside in the Salisburys car park and service is normally quick and easy. Food is always hot and served quickly. Price varies but I always seek the deals. Sometimes I feel the toppings can be stingy but generally ok.

I really don’t wish to have to put this low of a review for anyplace, however I was sadly left with little choice. I cannot eat tomato unless I become quite unwell so I always make sure that I add barbecue sauce base instead, and I always make sure that I add a separate note just to guarantee this. We ordered for a quiet night in, and I made sure that I had ordered a pizza with barbecue sauce and the certain toppings that caught my attention that evening alongside some other bits. I then received my order around an hour later, and I noticed that it had been made with tomato sauce by mistake plus it was missing a topping that I paid a little extra for. Mistakes happen, and I understood that it was a Thursday evening which I would imagine would be quite busy. So I called up the store to ask if I drove back to the store and brought the pizza with me, if they could make me the right pizza with the right toppings etc. I then had the person that answered the phone claim that they couldn’t do anything, and that I would have to just have what was delivered, or just buy another one which was quite frustrating. I then questioned the fact that the order was wrong, and he continued to say that he wasn’t going to rectify such a “minor mistake.” This was obviously quite frustrating. I tried to contact dominos about this, but I never received a response about it which was a little annoying. Especially as I couldn’t eat what was sent…

Ordered a takeaway had a soggy based pizza, was not impressed. Figured it was because it was a medium sized one and whole order was not a large one. Perhaps they are better with big orders but won't be using them again.

Excellent pepperoni pizza and round garlic bread and really fantastic delivery service Edit as of 17th August 2021, 2 late deliveries and cold food over the last few weeks and this Tuesday (17th) nobody answers the phone tried on and off for a hour and a quarter. Very poor fall from grace

Orded online and collected within 15 mins. Pizza was just as we wanted.

I've never been into Dominoes pizza 🍕 until recently but I've found it very convenient as I'm self employed and can't always be bothered to cook. I've found the app to be particularly good and the food to always be correct, tasty and hot. 🔥 I usually order a deal on the app and by the time I walk the 10 minutes to collect my order it is ready.👊

Good Dominoes outlet. Always had good pizzas with no problems. Would recommend. Expensive as always so their two for tuesdays was good. Not sure if they do it anymore. Check before ordering for deals

Been ordering from here occasional for the last year with no problems. If you like Domino's Pizza then recommended.

Rarely get your orders right staff don't seem to care about there jobs have had bits missing and and wrong pizzas so many times and they're always beyond hesitant to rectify their mistakes. They should honestly just shut up shop and go work for the local kfc they're just as bad and saves on wasted land

It is an efficient instance of the franchise. I like the pizzas regular, my wife prefers thin crust.
