Food was ok.. but you need to sort that toilet 🚻 smell out!

I have always gone to this burger king anytime that i am in chippenham. It is just the best. Fast service even when busy and good food.

Food was good but toilets always seem to be out of order. Had to go over to BP to use theirs several times now

I order a frozen strawberry drink with my meal and wasn’t happy with the amount I received (no one’s fault due to the frozen drink likely taking up space with air - once it settled it was well below the 500ml mark so I went back in and they made me a brand new one and let me keep the old one as well! Best Burger King around

Was great not intending to go there as was traveling to Wales and normal route was blocked so glad you were there.

Good food and staff was very polite and helpful

I love the convienance of the location but last time i ate here I noticed a foul smell coming from the toilets. Once my food was ready i sat by the window and could see a rat running around outside. I used the toilets and there was only one cubicle with toilet roll and the hand dryer didn't work

Best Burger King I’ve ever had! Room for improvements? No, by far the best service I’ve ever received at any fast food place. Staff are amazing and accommodating, food was nice and hot and everything looked so clean! If you’re looking for some good fast food stop here rather than Leigh delamare off the M4, they are atrocious.

So, I ordered a chicken burger but hot a meat burger. I dont mind, but it was wrong. Anyway, got these loaded fries - amazing, so I'll be going back. Service was good. Atmosphere is terrible as everything is automated now and no interaction until food collection. Store shares an open front with a Greggs, so limited seating if you want to sit in

I arrived at burger king, after a long hard day at work. To be greeted by the lovely Shift manager Ellie, my order was cooked fresh and she was incredibly polite! Will definitely be returning.

Placed a order for delivery but unfortunately was missing a few items from my order. I rang the store and spoke to manager who kindly told me my options. I ask for the option could he kind get my missing items delivered to me witch he did himself within 15min but no only did he kindly deliver my missing items but he also kindly gave me two others items in a way of apology fantastic 😉

Outstanding customer service. Friendly and polite staff very willing to help. Food was as always great!

I waited a very long time for the food.

I won't be using again. Ordered last night on just eat and its the THIRD time in a row they have missed off my 5 year olds meal. As this is a payday treat for him, to have him let down each time is not right!

For the most part, a burger is a burger but what you do get here is much better service than you will from McD or KFC down the road. I prefer the burgers here anyway as a rare treat, but chose here for the service.

It's an advridge fast food place.

It's one of the worst fast food restaurants I've been to. Screens weren't working, and I wasn't allowed to order at the counter. Slow service when finally placed the order. When I got home, fries were cold, and the wrong sauce had been put in the bag.

At 5.20 tonight 12 October my husband and I went to Burger King Chippenham. I was served by a young man who was so helpful and kind. We are an elderly couple so need all the help we can get, the young man who never stopped smiling while he helped me order what has turned out to be an enjoyable meal. This young man is an example of wonderful customer service. Thank him for us he was excellent in every way. I asked him his name because I was so impressed by his customer service. His name is Louis and I want to thank him for being so patient with me. I am elderly so worry about keeping people waiting as it takes me a while if I use that machine at the front so I just went to Louis at the counter. He just takes my order without question, he is so jovial, kind but efficient. He could give lessons in customer service and smiles all the time. He really looks like he enjoys his job and meeting people. He will go far in the world. Thank you Louis, we enjoy Burger King for a treat every now and again so hope to see you again. Mrs L A Cherry

This Burger King is very dirty we came here to have a look at the menu and we were mind-blown with the high prices and then we look to each other decided to walk away and go to McDonald's where it is cheaper very very dirty place this is

Excellent Vegetarian options are available well, but Onion Rings tops the list 👌. Free parking is available. Service was amazingly well.

God awful All “3” flavours of milkshakes tasted exactly the same and when I complained they just gave me a new milkshake! Ordered bacon loaded fries and came with no bacon Ordered a bacon double burger without bacon and came with bacon Tables dirty with rubbish Waste of money, time and fuel I expect action to be taken

This burger king is very good food is big and not expensive, this so better then MacDonald.

Everything is cooked to order so ensure you leave a little longer. After being passed someone else order, I finally got mine after 25mins. So not fast food, double check what you're handed before you leave but it's fresh and hot

Was absolutely disgusted today when I went to get me food and was served by a very rude person called Erica, will most definitely not be returning after watching the way she treats her staff (especially in-front of customers)!

Went in for lunch, very quiet only one other order while we were there but waited a little while. Not the end of the world but when food was ready some of the order was wrong. I mentioned it to the guy at the till and he was polite and quickly went to sort it. He politely pointed it out to the girl who had made it but i heard her clearly shouting, swearing, and denying her mistake. Definitely an attitude issue that needs to be addressed. I can understand its not always an easy job but an aggressive attitude is not a great look.

Really nice and friendly branch of this well known chain that sits alongside a Greg's. Really enjoyed the well prepared food.

Waited 25 minutes for the food. During this time staff were really slow to do anything and mucking around. Four customer orders were wrong during this time. Our order eventually arrived and was wrong. My wife got the wrong chicken burger but was told it was the right one. It wasn't we checked, different type of roll. I got a cheese burger not a bacon double cheeseburger. When this was pointed out I was told it was the same thing but they forgot to put the bacon in. After prodding my burger with his finger the member of staff put some barely cooked bacon in it and handed it back. When we asked for a different burger as he had handled it and it still didn't resemble the bacon double cheeseburger I know and love he told us that he touches all the food he cooks anyway in very rude manner. Chips were also barely cooked. The rest of the customers were also annoyed at the long waits and wrong orders so I wouldn't be surprised if you have other complaints. I much prefer your burgers to your competitors but have never had an experience this bad or slow in any of their restaurants or anywhere. Also, we had a long journey and waiting 25 minutes for barely cooked and frankly disgusting food delivered by lazy and rude staff is the very last thing we needed.

Delicious burgers, worth travelling

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the food , it was very greasy and didn't taste very nice, the waiting area was dirty which straight away makes you think should I have come here. Very doubtful we will return.

Sadly, this is a very poor Burger King. We’ve had food from here three times and been ill twice!! Very bad indeed

If you want food then it's great 👍 Staff there seem to handle peak times with in-store orders alongside those that order through just eat etc. Place looks run down though, but miserable. But it's a fast food joint so does anyone really care about that? I don't. Worth noting though in case you do. Overall, great prices, easily accessible and service is usually very quick unless you hit a peak period.

Gave two of our party food poisoning! Staff didn’t want to be there. Generally a very depressing experience.

To say it’s fast food service is slow was food on tables not that busy. Seemed like staff were more interested in talking having a laugh and joke with each other, than tending to front of house areas. Also national thing burgers are over priced in fact all over priced images are deceiving to what you actually get size of burgers all look same size on images but they come out size of McDonald’s saver menu size burgers

Eating in here is a truly unpleasant experience! They don't seem to want customers to eat in as they closed off all but 2 tables and put the chairs on top of the tables, then sweeping floor, moping as we were eating. Just to make it a bit more uncomfortable was the noise.Several alarms all going off at once to alert the few staff food was cooked but they sounded for ages making high pitched sounds. Not great when trying to enjoy a bite to eat. Was really obvious they didn't want eating customers, felt unwelcome and heard other customers coming in, ordering and deciding to eat in cars having see all the chairs stacked on the tables as a clear sign they don't want eating in customers.

Visited Saturday early evening-around 6- the place was really messy and needed a good clean. Food and rubbish on the floor, tables needed tidying and cleaning, the condiment tray needed re-stocking. Only 3 people working and they were going flat out serving a never-ending queue - they were doing a grand job! Well done to them! A few more people needed on shift to make this much loved fast food establishment a hit and not somewhere to avoid. Come on management!

Terrible! Tried to order via the screen and it said we can't process your order go to the desk. There I was told they only had cash tills and to try again. Twice more across two screens and the same thing. No-one cared less.

Hard to see in pic. But the touch screens are completely covered in grubby fingerprints, as in, look like they haven't been wiped in a few months. Still in the middle of a pandemic, people are gunna touch that then eat with their fingers. Charging £6 for a sandwich alone, nearly £10 for a meal deal, but can't afford to manage hygiene 👑

I am NOT a burger fan, so I was very pleasantly surprised at the MASSIVE difference between Burger King and McDonald's. PROPER FRESH SALAD - the lettuce was very crisp and juicy - although my chicken burger was a little overcooked and dry, but the chips were also delicious.

Waited over an hour and a half for my order still hasn’t arrived I’m starving and I can’t get hold of any of the staff ridiculous fuming

The whopper meal was flavourless, it just didn’t have that normal flame grilled taste. Felt horrible after eating.

Has gone down hill recently. Orders are persistently wrong or missing items like drinks or dips. In addition food is often received cold or greasy.

Advertise new Vegan nuggets on the menu. Attempted to order them to be told "No burger king does them" false advertising?

Been so many times but this is the worst burger king ever, this is certainly my last time. Even more disappointing as I've worked in a decent burger king with good management in the past and can see how big a disaster this place is One girl there in the back is OK, has a smile atleast there but in general: Staff poorly trained, no urgency whatsoever out front which leads to everything wrong with this place. Everything takes so long due to the lack of a process. Everything done last minute out front which leads to a load of delays and the kitchen table is the slowest I've ever seen. Drinks and fries only prepared at the very end of each order, only dealing with one order at a time, never multiple order preparation out front. No one has a clue how to actually serve up fries quickly with the bagging tool, down to poor training. The fact that the kitchen table is so slow then means all the fries get stone cold also while out front they stand around wondering what to do. They should go watch KFC swindon next to the shell station close to the m4 roundabout to see how its meant to be done, how fries servings are all dealt with at once and done quickly and confidently. Most of the staff here have no interest in providing a service to the customer. Terrible attitude throughout the place. No apology when things constantly go wrong, mostly for me, stone cold fries or seeing them find out after already 10 mins there is no chicken nuggets left for my kid so we have to wait even longer while they get cooked up. Total disaster. Would love a chat with the restaurant manager. How can he/she not the total disaster this place is. No communication between out front and the kitchen table is a disaster here.

Toilets extremely dirty. Had a picnic in the car park. Not glorious whatsoever. There is also a Greggs inside however due to the lack of cleanliness we decided to get a coffee and something to eat in the M&S just over the road. Not worth a visit.

A disgusting place....the customer side of the counter and seating area are never cleaned. There is food on the floor, tables, chairs and walls. They do not have a cleaning routine at all which is alarming. The toilets are disgusting...they just don't care at all at here.

Food is normal burger king standard however if there is only 5 or even 20 people they struggle to get orders out at a decent time, feels like they could do with at least 2 more staff members. However have always been polite which counts.

Incredibly busy for a Sunday however expected in the hot weather. Bit of a wait however even after driving 20 minutes home with it food was still warm and tasty.

After a long drive we stopped at burger king. We placed our order on the touch screen and didn't have to wait long for our food. When it arrived it was hot but got all the order wrong. The staff didn't smile or apologise just threw it in the bin and replaced. The toilet was dirty and smelly and what looked like urine on the foor also no soap and hand dryer didn't work.

45 minute wait for a small order. Cold coffee and food. Only 2 staff on a Sunday gap time. Ridiculous. No sauce. No straws. Put me off for life.

Chippenham is filthy, dingy no signs pointing to it. I prefer Burger king any time Mcdonald but Chippenham is an absolute disgrace

Perhaps they should invest in some pestcontroll in the carpark bit off putting eating with loads of rats scurrying around less that 20ft from restaurant

I just picked up a burger for my husband. He enjoyed it. The computerised ordering system worked well. The space in which you stand to wait for your order feels run down and a bit seedy. Could do with a facelift.

It's Burger King! Quick, tasty. What more do you need to know. I tend to avoid at peak periods as it can be really busy.

The food is really good here and great service. I arrived after a long drive tired and hungry 2 mins before closing they had cashed up and cleaned everything down but still cooked 2 meals for my friend and i how many places do that these days. Thanks burger king team 👍

What can be said about a burger king? It's some sort of meat matter in bread with flavoured moisture to be eaten under a hood of shame. I'll eat it again, have no idea why, and give it another 5 stars.

I love burger king, most of the time! However, this particular branch can be very hit & miss....Without meaning to state the obvious, always check your order before you drive off....I've lost count how many times the simplest things are totally messed up & you open your bag to find something totally different...AND, with respect, drive there....Don't rely on just eat, etc. My last two orders was stone cold as they are now using push bikes to deliver....To be fair, given distance & the elements, its becoming more & more hit & miss!!
