Saray Kebab House in Wrexham

We've been ordering from here for years and never had an issue, unfortunately tonight we were victim to sexism. I placed an order for collection as I usually do and when THEY got it wrong my husband was told to order it next time as 'he would get it right'. Absolutely disgusted at having to write this review as never had an issue like this before but please be mindful when ladies order from here as they obviously prefer to take orders from males

I have used this take away many times before and sometimes it great sometimes it’s not but this is a joke

Visited Thursday. Arrogant staff from witnessing how they speak to both me and others. Not a single ounce of customer service between them but especially the older guy with beard. Rude straight from ordering, no greeting, no manners, no smile. After the wait, didn’t get asked if I wanted any salad/toppings before he put it in the bag. Asked if I could have a generous bit of salad which he begrudgingly took out the bag and said “next time, buy an extra portion” with a undermining expression. After all that still an underwhelming amount probably on purpose. Food is no where near worth the bad mood they put you in.

Been here a few times and honestly been amazing every time, only once has it been a long wait but it was a Friday night, but every other time it’s been so fresh the pizzas are brilliant the kebabs are amazing and it’s the go to when we’re ordering food

Late delivery of Soggy chips , drinks missing and when I phoned to complain was told “well they can’t make everyone happy “
