Call here almost every week for our ice cream treat. Sarah is lovely and friendly. Always has a variety of locally produced ice cream / sorbet to choose from. Picnic tables available onsite with country farmland views

The best ice cream not just in the Northeast of England but in the world! We have been going to Sarah's since she opened a few years ago, and we look forward to it all year long! Such a delicious treat at any time and always a fantastic selection of flavors to choose from. From a local farm so great for the community and Sarah always friendly and greets you with a smile. I only wish I could get her to come to my home town! Xxx. A must on your to do list!

Amazing! Perfect stop off at the junction before newton by the sea. Great to grab an ice cream or tea/coffee after a walk along the beach. 7 flavours of morwick ice cream to choose from😍. Sarah is lovely and makes the experience 10 times better. Loads of picknick benches to sit and enjoy the country side views.

Really disappointed to find the only ice cream available when we called was mint choc chip. Not a flavour we liked so we didn’t stay and the experience put us off visiting again.

A lovely spot to stop with great views over the surrounding fields for an Ice cream after or before a walk on the beach at Newton by the sea. A small but very tasty selection of ice cream. Easy to find just by the turn off to Newton. There is plenty of parking and it is a very friendly place. They even do dog ice cream.

This little cabin sells the tasty morwick ice cream, though only a limited range of it (about six flavours). We grabbed ice cream and coffees and sat at one of the spaced out picnic benches on the site with views over farmers fields.

Tasty ice cream, quick service and affordable prices. I had a blackcurrant and lime sorbet along with peach melba. Traditional flavours were also available. The coffee is nice as well. Worth a stop on your journey to/from the beach.

We came across the ice cream parlour on our drive back to Seahouses. Had the Black Cherry ice cream and the Pear sorbet. Both were lovely and we wish Sarah well with her new business.

Played today, Mon 26th August, Great layout, but sadly the greens are diseased and awful, and the tee boxes are terrible, very expensive bar, and no food being served, even though there was a competition on, and the bar was busy, Sadly one to miss in the future.

We visited Hexham yesterday and found this café in the Market Place, after a lovely River Tyne walk. It was quite busy at 1pm but we didn't have to wait long for our table. The girls made us feel very welcome and worked so hard while we were there clearing tables and getting everyone seated as soon as possible. My husband had a bacon sarnie and I had a ham and mushroom omelette which was so light and fluffy, delicious. Coffees were great too. Plenty of choice on the menu and great prices. Doggy friendly too with a treat for pooch 🐾

What a welcoming, hospitable place. If you ever need cheering up, this is the place to go. We were made welcome immediately, and tony the owner had us in stiches from the start. Everyone there were so friendly, and what had started as an intended short visit, led to us staying to closing. Met some brilliant characters, who all just made our day. Dog friendly too, which was an added bonus to us. Can't recommend enough.
