Lovely friendly staff who were welcoming with excellent service. Lunch food portiion size good and reasonable priced. Great coffee - def will return.

Terrible place. Staff members are not only vulgar, but they are very rude and unwelcoming. You would think being from the same culture they would treat you at least with a bit of education and friendliness. However, it was all the opposite. It also looks nothing like the pictures on TripAdvisor. It is unhygienic and the staff prepares food without gloves. Terrible and a waste of time.

I wanted a shisha delivered. The team here was very professional, they delivered my shisha on time and it was amazing !

Nice cozy place to kill time. It’s the ideal place to chill and smoke when the weather is nice, I can’t imagine sitting outside when it’s cold or raining though. They have plenty of flavours to choose from and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I’ve been frequenting Sara Cafe for years now. It’s great shisha with great service - the guys make you feel very welcome and it’s location is very easy to get to. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for someone to deliver a few shisha to the house as we had a little gathering and honestly from the moment i searched them up they didnt disappoint with service,time or delivery. I made the order around 2pm everything was delivered at 5:30 with extra equipment reasonable price and was picked up the next at 7pm even there recommendation for the flavours was great honestly i was impressed and would really recommend the service to anyone.

There wasn't much space to feel comfortable, not because there were too many people, it was because of the setup of the cafe. They should maybe invest in better tables and chairs. Their shisha isn't bad but confusing with their prices. Why not just have one uniform price for two flavour mixes?

We visited this place with my friend as it was the closest shisha for us. We’ve been completely disappointed because staff didn’t care about maintaining our shisha at all. The goal burnt out really fast and after a few minutes of taste we started feeling just bitterness. Each time we needed to call for the staff to ask to change our coal but it didn’t really help and I could say than the shisha was fine only for the first 5 min. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place as the quality of the product doesn’t worth those money at all.

I had a great time at Sara cafe, definitely one of the best shisha spots in the area. Mustafa and his team looked after us very well. Would definitely return and recommend

I was cut off before I even finished talking to the guy on the phone immediately this isn’t what I expect from any shisha company when talking about a hire of a minimum of 5 shisha pots. I was then given brief information and that it would be better for me to pick the shisha up even when they say the delivery (it saves me the hassle). I was then told that he had another call coming through and didn’t want to deal with my request. I would have happily made a booking today if he wasn’t so rude.

I visit this place all the time and always receive a 5* Service the staff and Boss (Ali) is very polite and always looks after us, really recommend this place.

I had a very last minute request from a client and Ali and his team were able to help. Very responsive on email and calls, nothing was too much trouble. Very good price. Clients were really happy with the service, as was I. Very professional service throughout the enquiry stage and on the day of the event. Thank you!

Estoy muy triste compartir esta sensación, pero futuros visitantes deben de saber que el personal de Sara's Cafe cuando mis amigos y yo visitamos vimos imitadores y riendo de mi amigo que tiene garrapatas. Uno de los empleados también obligó al azar dos de nosotros (2 / 6 que debería agregar! ) para mover lejos del resto de nosotros, porque no sólo comprar shisha (café). No esta para hacerse sentir puramente potente, así que lo que sé. Toda la experiencia fue penosa y me gustaría ver un boicot.

It was a visit to smoke shisha which was on the pricy side. Service was ok . The staff were friendly with limited English to my surprise. All and all it's good for shisha and tea !!

Okay shisha, good if you have time to kill, and the pricing is a lot better than its competitors. The atmosphere is unfortunately a compromise though.

So, it's good if you're in the area on a nice day and you have some time to kill. The shisha is OK at best, it's not a place you'd plan a night out to.

The shisha was good but no excellent and you must smoke outside, it's not confortable when it's cold or rains.

Went here after a night out to celebrate a birthday, there was no pricing method and from the start we were made to feel very unwelcoming. As we sat down and ordered our shisha we were told that that wern't allowed to stay for long and if we did we had to order 4 more shisha pipes. As a group of girls we just wanted to have a relaxing evening out, 10 mins later we were approached by two more staff threatening us saying that if we did not order more they would make us leave. After speaking to the manager and agreeing that if more customers arrived we would leave, we were still approached again by staff who told us to move places as their 'friends' wanted to sit there. Customer service was ridiculous, rude and unfriendly. If you are looking for an awkward unwelcoming experience. This is the place to go. Do NOT waste your time or money on this pathetic excuse of an establishment.Also don't be fooled by the pictures. The shisha area is small and people were cramped together. Seating was wet and heating didn't even work properly

They made up the prices and the service was terrible, they made us move twice because the waiters friend wanted to sit at the table we were sat at.... avoid at any cost.

Not surprised about the bad comments at all. Went there last night with a group of friends, staff were so rude!! They don't seem to like new customers and prefer to only serve their usual customers! Made up policies and horrible waiters! Don't waste your time.

Really friendly staff and a nice and long-lasting shisha. Drinks are relatively cheap, the shisha was 15 Pounds.

At first instance the cafe looked very friendly and a nice cosy spot for shisha however pricing and service was a real shock there is no menu no pricing more strategy based when it came to prices they just charged me and my friends as they wished when asked there was no clear answer what we were paying for..rediculous charges no price list no menu just pay what they say!

Went to this shisha/ restaurat with a few friends.turned out to be really bad, not the service you pay for.Some of the staff were really rude.when paying for the bill,they decided to make up prices without showing us what they were on the menu and then became rude when asked.

The cafe is situated near baker street in central London. Seriously great find! We have been a few times and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.The Turkish coffee in particular was amazing, rich and dark and absolutely luxurious. Will be returning again soon.

Went in for a Shisha after work with a colleague. Staff friendly, a great choice of flavours. Friendly and helpful staff, ordered us a can as well.

Been there once, thought it was average. However I went there last night with a group of 3, they sat us down and let us order - but then later told us to leave to accommodate two people who were ordering two shishas instead of the one we already ordered. Staff was very rude and even raised his voice at us and then later was happy for us to sit at the table but refused to serve us until we left. Definitely not going there ever again, due to the manner of how the staff dealt with the problem and the numerous contradicting excuses that they came up with, which just made no sense at all!

Staff very rude and unfriendly. Never go to this place even if you see a table free!We were three of us ordered a sheesha and wanted a few drinks on the Mmenu (which suprisingly they didnt have!) So the waiter HUFF'S and says you have to order something so we ordered water! Is it my fault you dont have the items on the menu! i dont want you crappy tea which we had last time! Then a few mins after all this we have already ordered the sheesha and his served us our drinks he says "my boss can see you from the web cam and you cant have only one sheesha! A whole load of bull! If he wanted to give his friends a table he should have said so because a couple even told him "we are leaving" and he replied in another language saying dont worry! So they have no value for customers!Crap Waiters! Dont go there!

Was really laid back cozy and relaxing experience id recommend to anyone else. With all the every day smokey tiring hustle bustle of the surrounding area it was like a little haven and i didnt feel hurried. Great hospitality and really good srvice.

This place is amazing, had doubts at the beginning but I was happy with everything... Their food was way better than most middle eastern restaurants in the area. The owners are really good and honest.

While on vacation in London, I decided, of all things, that I wanted to smoke shisha. A quick Google search yielded several results, but Sara stuck out. I decided to take the tube to Baker street and find it. It was worth the trip, as the tea (I recommend the Iraqi tea) was delicious and plentiful, and the quality of smoke was amazing. They have most flavours (Rose with mint and an ice pack was SUPERB), and you can stay there hours smoking. Most people go to Edgeware and miss out on this gem of a cafe.

I have been to this cafe a few times. I have always found the staff to be polite and friendly. It is a small cafe tucked away from the busy roads. The only drawback is that it can get busy at certain times but I guess this is a problem with many shisha cafe's.

I think this could be one of the best Shisha places in London. It is certainly the only place I have been that sells Starbuzz mixes. Friendly atmosphere and great tasting shisha! Im going back!

I regularly go to Sara. They have a good selection of al Fakher and starbuzz tobacco. The staff are attentive with the coals and drinks. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a pipe.

Fancy some blue mist ? Or maybe get your own concoction put on the menu ( if you think you're good enough ;) or just fancy a quick shisha on the way home from work, then this is the place to go :)

I came to the cafe last year with some friends on a really hot day so it was nice to have some tasty mint shisha. I've been to a lot of hookah places before that do a lot of things wrong like using quick light coals which add a bad flavour to the smoke and don't pack the bowl very well but the shisha at Sara Cafe was very enjoyable. The coals used were natural, the smoke was thick and the shisha tasted great. We had a pot of tea between the 3 of us and it was really nice and I'd say the price was pretty decent for an actually enjoyable hookah smoke away from our own shisha at home. Keep meaning to go back and will do soon.

This is a great little shisha shop located within 5 mins from baker streetStaff were helpful and shisha and tea was greatBetter still is the fact that there is PS3 consoles and arabic TV have been hooked up inside the cafe- A great place to chill out with friends

Staff not nice. Shisha variable and prices made up on the spot. They are now asking for £15 just for a pipe.

I went way out of my way to visit this cafe. I wanted to recreate the experience I'd had of shisha cafe's I'd enjoyed while travelling in Egypt.I found the staff surly and unfriendly and felt like my friend and I were inconveniencing them. Furthermore I was charged £15 for a pipe and two black teas. I actually don't know what the regular price is in London but there was no price list on display and I thought this was way overpriced.
