Absolutely beautiful food, delivered hot, well packaged and labelled. Lovely cold keo beer at the perfect drinking temperature. Will definitely be ordering again and coming into the restaurant when we can. Delivered by owner who was very friendly and interesting to talk to.

We arrived to a lovely greeting both husband and wife and made to feel very welcome. We had the Meze for 2 and there was loads of food and it was very tasty and freshly cooked. Both of the owners were super friendly, and we really felt like we were sitting in someone’s dining room and felt at home. Highly recommended.

I ordered a takeaway meal this evening, as my Mum had surgery this week and hasn’t been up to eating. When asked today what most appealed to her, Santorini was her answer. As always, Maria and Fred did not disappoint. The food quality was excellent - mezedes for two with the Lamb Kleftiko main, and we added the Chicken Moussaka and spanakopita. Everything was excellent, but the lamb kleftiko stood out for the sheer quality of the meat, the cooking perfection, and the flavors. The Chicken Moussaka continues to the hidden gem - lighter, flavorful, unique. Their son perfected this recipe some years ago, and they continue to make it better and better. The owners put heart into their business, and you can taste it and feel it. We as a family are so grateful to have this authentic taste of Greece on our doorstep. You won’t find Greek food much better this side of the Aegean.

Santorini is such a hidden gem. We ordered the table for two with the mixed grill main and got to try a little bit of everything. Sausages were the highlight but the tzatziki and humus were reason enough to return. Once we got chatting with husband and wife restaurant owners, it felt like we were dining in our family’s kitchen. A special experience we won’t forget.

We had a brilliant meal at Santorini. We had the mezze deal for two, and the food was unbelievable. The pitta bread and fresh dips to start were perfect, also the souvlaki and veggie moussaka for the mains were very tasty. The couple running the restaurant were so friendly and chatty, even giving us some tips and tricks how to make our own tzatziki at home. We will definitely be going back to this restaurant in the near future.

Whilst the owners of the restaurant are pleasant and friendly to customers, based on a recent takeaway dinner order, the eating experience is very poor. I say this having dined in the restaurant and had food delivered in the past, so have some context from which to compare - generally these experiences were good. However, in this instance I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, in terms of presentation and taste. It did not feel authentic to Greek cuisine and the overall flavours and look were, unfortunately, not at all appetising (Greek salad is not lettuce with two cherry tomatoes, feta and oregano; souvlaki is not grilled chicken pieces with 5 pieces of onion; Greek moussaka is not mainly potato with bechamel sauce). For reference, I ordered the meze for two, and based on this experience, I can’t recommend the restaurant. Unless more recent reviews improve, I’d suggest you avoid Santorini.

First time trying Greek food and really lovely. Portion size was great and getting Meze meant we tried a bit of everything. Restaurant were great as they swapped the whitebait for prawn which made my daughter happy. Will definitely order again.

I have never been to a restaurant and felt so at home and cared for. The couple that run this place are amazing - so friendly, accommodating and couldn't do enough to help us. They really went out of their way. The food is INCREDIBLE and such good value. Please go here and support them - I would visit all the time if I lived near by.

If I had 1 meal to eat it would be here. The best restaurant in the area! Amazing food, really great price and the owners are so personable and friendly - a real hidden gem! The mix grill is my go to and the sausage is out of this world! Hand made Greek pastries for starter or dessert are also worth a try!

Amazing place to visit. Went to my friend Birthday party few weeks ago (around 40 people) and we all agreed that Santorini is the best local restaurant for food and hospitality. Thank you for looking after us and see you in February for another special birthday.

An absolute hidden gem that we are so pleased to have found. A magnificent family restaurant that is run with love for food and customers. Everything was delicious and well presented. We were not rushed whatsoever and were treated like long lost family. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us, we will see you again soon.

This restaurant is almost hidden. Go thru the door, and up the stairs, the cozy, warm, intimate atmosphere welcomes you. The food selection on offer, I found perfect - some restaurants tend to have too many choices, the menu here was just right. Tzatziki, gimme gimme gimme some more. I could’ve eaten this, with pitta bread all night. And Dolmades ( vine leaves stuffed with rice ) was something I wanted to try when I saw the menu, and it didn’t disappoint. If you’ve never been here, go on, give them a go. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Maria and her Husbond who own the restaurant are lovely. I had the kleftico the lamb fell off the bone.the only thing was you had no source on it and didn't have rice which we always have when we go to greece all you got was saute potatoes and the lamb on my plate. The meze was nice and the desserts. They are situated on top of a shop so it's one big room, I liked it as it had the feel you were in a house in Greece. I would go back again and maybe try something different.

The food was absolutely incredible

I visited Santorini with my Mum and Daughter last week. Wow what a lovely place, feels like you could actually be in Santorini (except for the cold weather). The decor is exactly like a little Greek restaurant. The couple that run it are very friendly, the chef came out to talk to everyone once he had finished cooking. The food was excellent, I had the Kleftiko, Mum had the moussaka and my daughter had the mixed grill - they were all delicious. I will definitely be back :-)

My son took me to the restaurant for a Mother's Day treat. It was perfect, food delicious (we had a Meze), Greek music quietly playing in the background, which meant that we could have a good catch-up. Owners and other diners friendly, a very pleasant ambience. We really enjoyed the experience.

Very disappointing, haven't been here in probably 10 years as last time we had a meal here we said we wouldn't come back......and we wish we hadn't bothered, limited menu, no atmosphere, same potatoes served with all the dishes and the driest Kleftiko i've ever tasted.

The food was lovely. Proper home cooked comfort food. The chicken moussaka was a stand out dish. The guy who runs it and does the front of house is great, it is genuinely like going to dinner in someone's living room. Will definitely be back.

Spent a great evening here with family, we had mezze which was terrific value. The only criticism I could make is that the portions were so generous we couldn't eat it all! Even that was catered for by the lovely owners who readily packed up our leftovers in takeaway containers. A little bit of Greece in Hazlemere!

Really quite exceptionally good food. Piping hot , with ice cold beer. absolutely delicious and of really first class quality. One of the best take away meals we’ve had. 10/10

Good food but very over priced - the beef stew was nice but not with £20 of anyone’s money. I’d expect to pay £17 sitting in their restaurant - not a takeaway!! Sorry chaps decent food but you can’t expect people to pay that amount of money. Despite Just Eat taking its 20%!!

Really disappointed. For the price paid I thought it would be better quality. Not that tasty. Mixed grill was poor. Chips soggy. Moussaka was nice however.

I found this restaurant on Google after typing in Greek restaurants near me. I decided to book a table for me and my sister as we both love Greek food. The place is very hard to find, we drove past it two times and we couldn't find a parking space to begin with. We had a 5 month old baby with us and we had to carry his pushchair up the steps to the restaurant then carry the baby up. The layout looks like somebody's house with a small bar and a dozen tables in the main restaurant area. The female host was delightful, very chatty and very welcoming. We went for the meze which came out pretty quick. To start we had pitta and various dips, then a plate of halloumi, loutza, battered whitebait and spicy Cypriot sausage. We then had our main which was the chicken moussaka (which was soooooo nice), a Feta salad and soulaki chicken. I really enjoyed the food and it wasn't too much either, just the right about. The deserts were traditional Greek deserts which tasted pretty good. Overall, a good experience. 👍

Delicious food! The lamb on the kleftico was so tender, I've never eaten lamb like it. This restaurant is a rare gem, the family atmosphere is so welcoming. Its a pleasure to be able to support a local business too. We will definitely be eating there again

I ordered by phone and collected the food. I'm very happy about the "Special Meze for 2" meal that I ordered, only a little bit expensive for the quantity of food received. The starters were really good, the mixed grill was nice but there were only 4 little pieces of meat and the moussaka was amazing and a good quantity! The dessert was delicious too :) Probably I will go back to the restaurant when it is open to eat in.

Really good takeaway last night. A friendly welcome on collection and I cannot fault the food. Maze and lamb were spot on. I’m looking forward to get back to the dining experience as soon as possible.

The set meze meal was nice especially the lamb kleftiko. If you can order direct with the restaurant it saves them 20% as that is how much “ just eat” charge. You can find menu on thereFB page as they don’t have a website.

We ordered a takeaway from Santorini via Just-Eat. Word of advice - call the restaurant directly to place your order. Just Eat are awful and the restaurant didn’t receive our order until over an hour after we placed it. When the restaurant did finally receive our order a gentleman called immediately to apologise and explain the issue. He got our food to us as fast as possible and with a complimentary bottle of wine - despite the mistake not being Santorini’s. and when the food arrived it was genuinely delicious - great variety and full of flavour. As others have said, the lamb was amazing. Will definitely order from Santorini again, but not via Just Eat!

The best takeaway I’ve ordered for a very long time. Absolutely delicious. Well worth the slight delay (I was called to inform me but missed the call). The food was fresh and the portions were generous for starters in particular. When you can’t go to a restaurant this is a real treat to have beautiful food clearly made with care delivered to the door. The lamb literally melted in the mouth and the chicken was delicious and well seasoned. All the food really tasted of something. The baklava and the Greek vanilla cake were dangerously delicious. It was delivered by a friendly driver and was hot. Will definitely be back again for my next takeaway treat. Really beautiful food and excellent service, thank you
