great food, fantastic service 10/10

Ordered large chicken and donner kebabs. Not much meat in either of them, was cold and soggy. Very disappointed this time. Did you have a bad night? Not impressed.

medioca at best. had a small chicken kebab and never have I ever known anyone skimp on lettuce! chicken yes! but salad!? £6ish and not enough to feed a borrowers baby!

My boyfriend PJ came in last night to get our evening meal as we were staying at The Lion Hotel just up the road. We had Meal deal 6 and it was really lovely food. My chicken kebab was really good and the salad was beautiful. Really good portion sizes and very good value for money. Friendly staff and will most certainly eat there again when visiting x

Ordered 2 large donna kebabs but unfortunately not much kebab meat

This is by far the worst takeaway I have ever had in my life. The chips were so stale they were like shards of glass. Then the burger didn't really taste of anything, it was watery and undercooked. The fudge cake was good tbf haha. I'm a repeat customer of years but after this, I doubt I will be ordering ever again.

Delivery driver was a PILOT! Food was so unreal with amazing prices. Honestly 10/10. - love you Matt x

Contrary to some recent reviews, this is a great local takeaway. Ordered chicken burger, chips and onion rings for collection as staying at a nearby hotel today. I was able to collect in 20 mins, and was wrapped and ready, still piping hot when opened. The chicken burger was lovely, with crispy fresh salad and a nice soft bun. Chips and onion rings were great, crispy and not too greasy. Very generous portions, including the sauce pots! We have previously had pizzas from here too and always enjoy them! Would definitely recommend 🙂

I order from these guys a lot as both me and my son love their chips and pizza and we’ve always had great food. However tonight our chips were hard ( as in not fully ) which has left us really disappointed

whilst toppings were great the base was awful did they forget

I've ordered a lot from here & have never been disappointed, but this time, I'm afraid to say i was. I ordered a large chicken kebab, which arrived with a minimal amount of chicken, which i had a scrape through to find, & hardly any salad in a large pitta ... it looked measly, definitely not worth the money. Sorry sandwich cellar :-/

The worst food I have ever had delivered. Don't get me wrong the delivery time was great but we received dry over cooked chicken bites. Overcooked kebab and the chips were awful. Do not order from here! I'm pretty sure I'm guaranteed food poisoning after this shambolic order!

This has quickly become our "usual" as its good quality, always on time or early and such great value. Chips are some of the best in town and the mixed kebab is the best I've tasted.

Not certain at the validity of some of these reviews? Average and VERY greasy pizza with generic frozen chicken wings and soggy onion rings. Good if you like that kind of thing I suppose 🤷‍♂️ I personally don’t and definitely won’t be returning in a hurry. The only redeeming factor was the low price and friendly delivery driver.

The food itself was lovely. The only thing is, I've paid twice now to have cheesy chips and when they've come they have been plain. I haven't called the shop as by the time they sent the cheesy chips everything else would have been eaten. I do not normally complain but this has happened twice now. But as I say, the food is always nice and fresh! We have never been disappointed with the food itself

I'm sorry to say but I am so bitterly disappointed at the quality of this food. Worst takeaway I've ever had. Food was so bland and tastless. The onion rings were overcooked and dry - No sauce provided. The chicken burger was ok - had much better. And the chicken kebab hardly had anything inside. Again had so much better and expected better for what I paid for.

By far the worst food I've eaten in Shrewsbury. The large chicken kebab was terrible, the chicken is like the precooked chicken from the supermarket and there was quite literally 9 slices of chicken, the Nan bread is not nan bread it is a toasted tortilla wrap, the doner meat was dry and shrivelled and hard like it had been cooked days ago and then microwaved. The portion sizes were shockingly small but to be honest the food was that bad i didn't want to eat anymore. The nicest thing about the meal was the cans of coke. Complete waste of money!!!

Food was absolutely fantastic, it was all fresh, and nicely made, filled up didn't end up eating the chips as I was too full just from the burger, had a few slices of garlic bread left, but I'll have some for dinner tomorrow maybe.

Very happy with my experience ordering from sandwich cellar for the first time, we had two kebabs, onion rings and chips, it tasted fresh and didn't leave me regretting my choices once I was done with it (unlike many kebabs)!

It was was ok overall but if your hungry then get 2 portions because 1 just isn't enough

We love the food from pizza cellar. On this occasion, I ordered a small chicken kebab and was not happy when it arrived. Literally 4 tiny, thin pieces of chicken in a pitta bread (I didnt want salad, but expected more chicken)! Other than that, the food is great always hot too.
