Sandeman in Perth & Kinross

Came in last night with about 26 folk from work booked a week or two in advance an got a price of £20pp for a buffet, food was good, great spread of mains only one desert option though, servers were super helpful and attentive, loads of options from chicken to scampi an nachos even veggie options as well it was a good night by all who attended.

Great venue in the centre of Perth. Great staff, very reasonable prices and food was excellent. Thank you to Taiya and the team for looking after us for our christmas party! Looking forward to coming back with the family!

Had the Yuletide toastie & pigs in blanket on the side. Wow! Was amazing! My partner had the chip shop platter, which was also so good, he couldn’t finish. Definitely be back. Thank you to Angie for making us feel very welcome & checking everything was okay for us.

A great pub right in the centre of Perth, the drink options were great and the food was good, piping hot and served in a timely manner. I visited with my friends at the weekend we were watching the football and got a game of pool as well. Staff were friendly so will definitely be back!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and gave great service. The food and drink selection was brilliant, The pub is spacious and clean and have great tvs for live sport so will definitely be in most weekends with friends 😀

Night away in Perth and we usually come here for a couple of drinks when in town. Micheal Jackson tribute on called Kyle, he was brilliant. Was a shame it wasn't busier for him.

Came for drinks after a uni day out. Was served by Bree, Kayleigh and Sam. They all made me feel super safe after a cat calling and knew exactly what to do. Great team!

Had the pleasure of having a lunch here a couple weeks back with family. The food was great and good value for money. The team at Sandeman were particularly helpful and went the extra mile to help. This was especially evident when I left my sunglasses in the bar and didn't notice until was home. Not being local Sandeman were very supportive and went out their way to return them to me at no charge. Thanks very much to the team and next time we are passing through Perth we will pay another visit.

Popped in for a couple of drinks before the theatre, and was so impressed with what we found. A lovely big venue, but still feels cosy in the evening. Excellent service with a smile from Taiya, Bree & Zoe. Definitely due a return visit in the near future.

Very friendly staff, great food and drinks. The girl that served us, I believe her name was kayleigh, gave us excellent service was very friendly and helpful, helped make the visit lovely. Would definetly recommend.

Typical pub grub, can order on app, pelnty seating areas. On correspondence to your reply as it won't allow me to reply, when my wife ordered on the app for my self and our 2 year old son we waited 45 before our drinks appeared then a further 35 mins before our food arrived, when we question about our food when our drinks were brought over they wernt aware of any food being ordered, they went away and checked and came back 5 mins later and said sorry that was missed and they would get it cooked the now. When the food was brought over the waitress was very uptight and frustrated when we asked for sauce and salt, we have been 4 times here and this was the only time it was as slow and I hate to use this word but bad service. If I had gotten the same service as we previously had it would undoubtedly be at least a 4 start rating

We went on a Saturday afternoon It was very busy, but staff were absolutely amazing One member in particular Kaleb Put so much effort into his work and was so kind to us

We had booked a table with a reservation at Sandemans yesterday for my pal’s birthday and asked for disabled access. They confirmed the day before that this is fine. When we got there the elevator to the front entrance was broken and there is nothing in place to help our friend enter through another entrance (like a ramp in a side entrance for example). Even if he had been able to get in the table had not been listed as reserved when we arrived and the table they eventually gave us was up yet another set of stairs. If the place doesn’t have disabled access please just say that at the booking stage. Trying to get a new table for 9 at the last minute with no prior booking on a Saturday is not so easy.

Had a good meal again at the sandeman in Perth. Service was great and the staff ,Chris and Sam were fantastic once again,definitely will be back,The young lad Sam is a credit to your company

Stopped in for a quick bite on Sunday lunchtime and was served by Kirsty. Delightful young lady, who couldn’t do more for us. Coffee wasn’t quite strong enough for my taste so she quickly rectified it for me. Nice, reasonably priced pub. Separate family area for youngsters too.

Nice big pub which is well played out to watch football from most seats. There is a good selection of drinks and the food menu looked good, although I did not try any food. Service was excellent. Where the pub was let down was the atmosphere caused by some of the customers.

Had a bad experience with some food that I ordered.... Ordered a basic cheese and ham toastie, on which mine was deep fried...it was horrible to taste and left a very bad feeling in my stomach...

Gorgeous building steeped in history and full of teles to watch sports. Watch locals enjoy a game and a pint. Food served daily. Large facility. Staff is friendly and quick with service

Had a fantastic meal at the sandeman when we went through to meet up with some old friends to watch the Scotland rugby game the other week . Burgers were fantastic and great value for money with the drink deal. Plenty TVs and sound on was nice. Don’t get that everywhere these days! Ended up staying and enjoying the DJs as it was a Saturday night, had a wee boogie and the place looks brilliant after they’ve done it up a little. Staff were friendly and fast despite it being so busy can’t fault them at all. Will be back next time we’re in Perth. Big thanks to Chris and the team, had a blast!

Good deals on drink and lunches

Fantastic service from Jamie. She suggested down loading there app mixr. Got some free drinks with app. Food was hot and tasty, great value for money and kids menu had a great selection. Would definitely recommend.

Cocktails Specials at 50% everydayyyy, yes! Cocktails were smashing and the alcohol to mix ratio was spot on. We ordered sides, although the scampi's were excellent, there was some room for improvement with their haggis bon-bons and cheesy chicken chorizo bites. The mains were a huge let down - My partner had a bacon and cheese burger, the patty was burnt which gave an awful after taste. I had a mix grill and was heavy disappointed in the chicken being dry and the steak being burnt on the outside and still raw in the inside. Well, I will give them another try sometimes. Hopefully second's time's a luck.

Was the worst scampi, all day breakfast and BBQ Mac burger that I have ever seen. Every item was over cooked. They even gave me a used lemon for my scampi. Really have gone down hill since our last visit

My memory of this place for lunch was that it had great pub grub. Today however was absolute shambles. We were told it would be a 20-30min wait but ended up being 45-50. Then the food came out and I had ordered a burger. It was burnt. As in almost charcoal. My stepdad ordered scampi and on his plate had already squeezed lemon. A used lemon!? We asked what the issue was and were told that because they are taking takeaway orders with one chef on shift, that takes priority, which leaves little to no care for the food served in house. Stay away during lunch hours. It's dreadful in my opinion.

Got some food for me and my kids with a few beers, bar staff were really nice, Niamh and Connor were really helpful and they made me feel welcome. There are loads of options for adults and children and it has a great family atmosphere. I also enjoy visiting for live sport. Overall, great visit and I look forward to visiting again.

Me and my group of bingo gals were here for Boxing Day and Hogmanay. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and even though it was busy they helped us as much as they could to give us a memorable experience. For food we all had items from the Christmas menu. The crispy prawns were definitely a hit. Great atmosphere and the gals were very pleased with everything. Definitely will be back. Thanks guys!

We had 2 chicken wraps, which came out luke warm and a "few" chips. The staff were too busy entertaining each other while waiting to be served, and the atmosphere was dreadful. It's such a shame as the last time I was at the Sandeman was a few years ago, it was always a cracking pub, decent food, and drink, but also it was mobbed. I know it was Christmas Eve when we went, but I was still so surprised at how quiet it was.

The space caters for small groups of people to larger groups of friends, whether you want to talk or watch a game. The staff are accommodating.

Lovely staff and a first class chef ! Scampi peas and chips plus a small pot of tartare sauce and a slice of lemon ! All served with a smile ! A couple of medium glassed of very drinkable house white wine and total cost was £24 20 p ! Value for money and in a very warm cosy atmosphere !

Went for a quick lunch expecting the usual pub offerings you get in these places. Food we got was either luke warm, watery, covered in bbq sauce or Carolina reaper sauce or just plain inedible. Small portions too. Staff were friendly enough, beer was fine but the food was just awful. Didn't have too high expectations at this price point but what came out the kitchen was very poor. There was a big bust up at another table with food and drink getting thrown about and arguments about one of that table threatening to kill one of the others. No fault of this place, but offered a bit of entertainment, felt bad for the staff that had to clean up the aftermath. The company need to look at the menu and sort out the kitchen. We won't be back.

Just had lunch here. Pub itself was lovely, great screens for watching sport, great service, friendly staff. I've never ate here before today and opted for the steak pie. Unfortunately the steak pie was awful! The pieces of stew were pieces of fat and gristle :-(

Visiting the area for a short break and found this pub by chance. Lovely staff (Niamh and Mark) and a great choice of drinks. The entrance area looked amazing, sort of Harry potter themed decorations for Halloween. Main bar area looked great as well. Had already eaten which was a shame because the menu sounded nice.

Jamie the hot ain delivered my pint with a professional manner and it’s genuinely changed my day from negative to positive it was the perfect amount of ice cubes and in made me feel like asking her for her Snapchat but I panicked and said thanks

I really enjoyed my time here. This pub is great for live sport and the atmosphere is amazing. Great options for food and drink, suitable for the family and the staff give amazing service. I can’t wait to be back.

Went to Sandeman in July for a family meal for my husband's birthday, which was excellent. Tonight, we had dinner, which was ok. My burger was not bad but it was not very hot. My husband's all-day breakfast wasn't very nice. He said that it was burnt and overcooked. The service was not very good. A grumpy waitress slammed down the sauces and our plates of food and rushed off. We asked a younger waitress if she could wipe our sticky table. We never saw her again. The tables are sticky, and the seats are very stained and smell awful. We sat in booth number 45.

Visited pub late afternoon on Saturday. Pub was nearly empty. Drinks very expensive.

The food was good and service great. Not sandman’s fault to be fair but the people on the next table were swearing constantly and it was not what you want when out for a meal.
