Going to try another place next time as somethings changed, the pizzas just aren't the same. The tomato base seems to be extremely sweet now and it overwhelms everything. Sam's has been good for us but its just not the same. Personnel taste maybe

great food as usual, this is the only place my missus will eat a burger from, Sam's special burgers are mint

ordered a cheesy chips with my friend, however the portion ratio between ours was astronomical. friend got maybe 2x what i did as mine didnt even fill the box. food was mid.

Always order from sams, and always nice, but dont order a cheesy chip wrap for an adult, its so small 2 bites and its gone, not worth the money at all, sorry sams but its just not worth it at all, you need to up your game on that one. sorry.

my garlic bread was Amazing as usual,but the kebab meat had the skin on from last time it was used,that's sad for me cos it's gone in the bin,I cant eat it like that,usually love the kebab meat aswell

Myself & my family order from Sam’s quite often, we really rate this takeaway, the cost and quality is amazing, however my cash on delivery tonight I was over charged by the delivery man which I found odd as it was a different coat to my order, Apart from that usually cannot complain about Sam’s.

if I wanted frozen pizza I should have gone to Iceland had to reheat the pizza delivery driver ignorant no manners

Food delivery through deliveroo might as well got a frozen pizza and saved a tenner delivery person with a very poor customer service will definitely not order again from them and also will not use deliveroo again poor customer service with both of them

Lovely food!!! Arrived on time, food was hot, very flavoursome, we ordered the number 9 special and was too much to eat in 1 sitting (for 2). I'm normally a bit picky and there's always something I moan about but not 2nite. Will definitely be our go to take away from now on.

My son had pizza which he enjoyed. I had mushroom omelette, salad and chips. I liked the way they presented food. Salad on right, chips on left, omelette on top. Loved the salad, chip OK, omelette a bit dark in colour. I did eat all except chips, I would have preferred omelette and salad only. Will order from there again.

Order regularly from here, but tonight was disappointing. Food was cold, tasteless rubbery.

My estimated time was 19:00-19:20, at 19:30 app said it had been delivered so rang shop who said it was delayed so my estimated time changed to 19:40, my food finally came at 19:50! Put request in for some money back but Sam's refused this, no explanation etc, poor service

As a regular, I expect this food to be nice. Waited over an hour for this to come cold! I only live 5 minutes from the takeaway and it said out for delivery on just eat for more then 20 minutes. Appalling! Not good at all won't order again anytime soon

The longest delivery i have had to wait for,1h 30mins while the walking time from the takeaway to my house it 5mins,shamefull never ordering again a waste of time im wasnt even humgry anymore by the time it got here,would not recommend to anyone.(family or friends included.)

I didn’t receive my order. It was meant to arrive at 6:25 pm but nobody brought it. It’s an absolute mess.

Someone rang me 20 mins before the delivery time, which was 7pm, but I didn't get the call because my phone had switched off. I went outside my gate but there was no one to be seen, my gate was shut but unlocked. I rang Sam's at 8:20pm to see when my food was coming. He said, it's been delivered, not to my door. He hung the food on my gate, it had fallen off when I found it, it was soaking wet with rain and freezing cold. Not a good experience. I'm not sure whether the driver couldn't find my address at first or not, either way, in my opinion, it's not my job to make sure the driver gets to my door in good time, with my food in good order. They have my address and I had a thumbs up from the restaurant, I shouldn't have to deal with the person delivering the food until he's at my door. Whether my phone is working or not. I ticked over an hour because that's when I was told my food had been hung on my fence or gate. Wet cold food, made the food poor.

Ordered a pizza as part of the offer meal. never came, still waiting for it now 15 hours later 🤷🏻‍♀️ ended up paying 18 pound for 2 cheese burger and cheesy chips.

Such a nice takeaway. We literally always order from here just not always time to review… best Donna kebab ever and pizzas are really nice too as well as the cheesy chips! Would definitely recommend.. this would be your regular after first try! Always free margarita too and if want to change to garlic bread they also allow it

The order was late, incorrect food arrived, what did arrive was cold, the chips were really cold and scrappy, very pale and hardly any taste.

I did put a note to not knock or ring the bell to stop dogs barking and waking the children up but they still knocked causing the dogs to bark.

Wrap and garlic tomato bread was amazing as always. Food was warm when arrived only thing I have to complain about is the chips. They was way under cooked some soggy and pale and others where still hard which was a massive let down last night. If the chips was cooked correctly and crispy and nice the whole takeaway would of been amazing.

Often use Sam s for fried chicken and chips with chip spice on lovely friendly bloke Sam is and food always hot fresh and tasty
