So I ordered singapore noodles now I am aware these have curry in them as I’ve had them before many times however I have never had them from here… when my order arrived they were absolutely inedible like someone had tipped a whole pot of curry in them… I rang up and explained the situation to which they offered to send me a new order…. Lovely right well no the second order was worst then the first… absolutely disgusting will not be using this place again

I found this in my food, I was absolutely disgusted and decided to take it back to the restaurant and reported it to the owner, who denied my claim and said that I was lying about it, the owner, Mr He, also refused to refund my order and told me to leave because I had apparently lied. I’ll never eat here again!!! I discourage others from eating here too!!! Disgusting and Disgraceful!!!!

Food is ok. However, I will not be ordering from here again. This is the fourth or fifth time that this takeaway has taken over 1.5 hours to deliver my food. Absolutely ridiculous! When contacting they’re not very helpful or polite either. Poor customer service and simply not worth it.

Wow! I have never recieved a takeAway as Nice as this, Evrything was Perfect. The garlic/Chilli ribs was beutifull and the chiken Curry was Pipping hot. NO faults evrything cooked perfect!

Decided to try Moon River when Bamboo Garden was closed and was very disappointed. Sweet and sour chicken was really tough and the sauce had a strange taste. Chew Mein was tasteless and the chips looked like yesterdays reheated and soggy

Used to have great Chinese fro here all the time however yesterday's order wasn't good at all! Both chicken dishes were so dry the chicken had become chewy, the prawn toast has a pasty centre and my partner ended up on the toilet all night! Don't know what went wrong but it needs fixing

Food was nice but constantly had in it happened 3 times, delivery time was slow, then find out they are constantly closed for bad hygiene, enough is enough

Nice food, good value and fast. I would give 4 rather than 5 stars because the order was incomplete and when you get home it’s too late. Perhaps this was a one-off. But the food was very nice.

Order arrived in half the allotted time and was hot. Really superb my 1st go to take away from now.

It's my go to chinese. Absolutely love their chicken fried rice, satay sauce, salt and pepper chicken and they shred the duck!! Absolute belter of a place, i domt go amywhere else if i can help it

I ordered food was delivered when he arrived not even a hello chucked food at me I replied thankyou in a firm voice he took money said something back to me and walked away made me feel like it was a problem delivering to my house

5 star. I would recomend this place... pork fried rice and beef mushroom. Couldnt ask for more. About 30 minutes from ordering from east to west hull. Thanks. Chris....Brooklands.

Ordered food over an hour and half ago and still no food delivered. Rang up and said food was on its way and still sat waiting. Never ordering from here again. Staff don’t seem bothered!

Perfect example of greed... Foods good always used them, then they decide to remove boiled rice from the meals and comes at an additional cost of £2.30 taking our usual meal up to £8.00. Did they warn us if this... NO just sent our food without the rice because we didn't order it and on the just East app it states meals comes with rice. Yesterday we ordered from else where, so they lost a £41 order, don't know many companies that can afford to lose their customers. Good luck I think you'll need it

1 star is generous.absolutely disgraceful. Changed there menu so no meals come with rice/chips etc.but didnt update that info online.. . they happily hiked prices up....extortionate price for cold food

Anything salt and chilli is amazing!

Just ordered a meal for my family although it turned up early it was lukewarm and the chips were awful not enough in portion sizes either will never use again

Disgusting all food wrappers where wet and soggy in the food omelette looked like scrambled egg chips not cooked food not hot wouldn’t give one star over hr to deliver avoid

It's a take away. What can I say? Food is very good and value for money, especially the mixed starter and crispy aromatic duck with pancakes. I have lots more to try.

We always order from here and have never had a problem until tonight!! We ordered the food at 17.08 and it got delivered at 18.50 we had been told delivery would be 18.20 so it was 1/2 hr late which is annoying but we would get over it ..... the food on the other hand we ordered the chicken balls as we always have well I don’t know what’s happened tonight but they were appalling absolutely rock hard the chicken inside had disintegrated if we had of eaten them we would of been taking a trip to dentist!!! Put us off going here again that’s for sure

Absolutely awful delivery time, was nearly 2 hours. Also half my chicken balls were bright pink and uncooked. Money wasted. Honestly not buying from this place again - appauled

Food is fairly decent, Chicken Balls are probably some of the best, delivery times have never been an issue. However the chips are always dreadful! Always really soggy, in future just get an extra portion of rice in the future!

The food is ok but what the hell is the point of specifying a delivery time on just eat and putting notes to NOT deliver until 20:00 only for the food to arrive 12 mins early. Reason for time was to ensure wife got home before food arrived.

Takes over 2 hours to come, we rang after 45 minutes the food was ready waiting and no delivery driver. Food just got here and wrong order, rang up a few times for the phone to be put down on us all they got right was cans of coke, won't order from these again

Food is good but delivery is insulting ,being busy is a good thing but insulting excuse ,2hours for delivery ,take on a extra driver 3 times now it's been close to 2 hours shame because a good takeaway

Well cost me 2 pound more than usual I always get the same thing got home to no fortune cookies and mushrooms in the curry which I did not want the girl on the desk didn't seem to bothered about working more bothered about who was outside

After being told that our order would be with us by (20:45), an hour passed and still no food. Checked the order, only to see that it says delivered..were is our food? No where to be seen. Half an hour passes, still no food, try to call them, 46 calls later and I finally get through, yet still, after 10 minutes on the line, I have spoken to nobody. 2 hours after we ordered we gave up, got ready to go get something else when the delivery driver pulled up outside. The driver, in fact was the best part of the service. Safe to say will NOT be ordering from here again. A shame because the food is actually not too bad.

Never been so disappointed both with the response and with the food. Ordered a couple of starters and a couple of main meals including sweet and sour chicken balls. After waiting over 2 and a half hours and numerous phone calls the food finally turned up - cold and no sauce for the chicken balls! Main element if the meal missing. Finally got through to the shop - their solution was a 20% discount off the next meal 😫😫😩. Won’t be using again. Feeling ripped off and angry.

If I could pick 0 stars I would. Food is 2 hours late. When we rung them they picked up the phone and all we could hear was screaming kids in the background and they put the phone to one side whilst taking other order. And we paid on card through the app so they have already taken my money. Do not order from here!!
