Staff is very good, I buy loaded fries.

Delicious food, recommend every to come and have taste. Staff is very cooperative and helping hand. Ambience is very melodious.

Worst service ever. We have ordered a non-veg burger and one veggie burger and mentioned that don’t add mayo in non-veg burger. But they did wrong put skipped mayo in veggie and put in non-veg. Customer service is very bad. When we called the restaurant, firstly they don’t understand what we are saying. After that they did nothing. Worst experience ever.

Ended up picking up my own delivery for them to try hand me cold food.

Delivery time kept getting put back. When it was finally delivered it was stone cold. The app said buy one get one free on chicken and burgers. There was no free food. Very disappointed.

The app says it’s been delivered, but I still have not received the food and it’s been over 2 hours. I will not be using this restaurant again. This is appalling.

The food was delivered and the chips were cold, there was a wrap missing which we called the store to ask for one to be sent out. They refused and said either we are lying or the driver stole the food from our SEALED bag. They then said they would check cameras and get back to us, which they never did. The phone was passed to a few different people and it seemed they had all ‘packed the bag themselves’ so they were sure it was not an issue their end. They were arguing and disrespectful on the ph

The food was good. The hash brown was overcooked. The wings were too salty. The maxi burger was a bit too dried out.

Arrived 40mins past expected time. What was advertised 4 100% chicken fillet burgers 4 chips and a bucket of spicy chicken wings. what came. 4 mini fillet burgers 4 half bags of chips and a bucket of chicken that was so greasy it had congealed and was basically a big bit of chicken with lots of bones. KFC mini fillet burgers are bigger I ordered a large coleslaw and got 2 little ones a large beans got two little ones a box of 6 fillet chicken. again each fillet was the same size as my little finger nearly 50 pounds worth of order. My dog that eats his own excrement wont even eat it and my 15 year old anorexic daughter is still hungry

Food came cold and did not taste very nice. The wings were soggy, the burger fell apart as soon as it was out the wrapper. There was cheese in the burger as well which was not displayed on the menu. Overall, very poor quality

If an item is not available then delist it so people can't order it. Don't accept orders then leave items out of the delivery.

food cold asking for a refund

I had to get a partial refund from Just Eat, as the chicken wings and chicken in the strip burger was pink and undercooked. The FSA really need to look at their food quality. I binned the whole lot as wasn't going to risk salmonella!

if you like chicken dishes and slightly spicy. A place worth recommending.

I mean as far as chicken and chips go it's fine. Food was surprisingly hot considering it was 30 minutes late.

I'm a regular customer of Sam's chicken. order was placed around 19.15. on the website it's says 15-40min delivery. it did happen before that I was waiting longer, but I wasn't as disappointed as today. on the app the delivery time was consistently changing - again I can understand once, but from 19.55 up till 21.00?! on top of that food arrived cold and the spicy fries, that I love, were barely seasoned. soooooooo disappointed!

Orders a club maxi deal with a chocolate fudge cake on deliveroo. The order took over an hour when it was advertised as up to half an hour. The fries were soggy and old, and the chocolate fudge cake was replaced by a strawberry cheesecake without any communication from Sam’s chicken. Will never order from here again.

THE delivery driver is incompetent he went 18 Beechfield court which is not address. He didn't read the delivery instructions so I spent time talking with him on the phone trying to guide to my address .

I get 1 pic chicken short and good is totally rabies.

The burgers were not cooking enough,we had stomach problems with their food .Tried to call them, but they said to me there's nothing we can do about that which was not a professional way to respond to customer who's complaining that the food gave us stomach problems.

Ordered through Uber eats, the chicken burger arrived , but into it , strange taste, upon examination found that the lettuce 🥬 was not fresh and had sorted to turn brown. Contact them they were not interested and started to argue with me on the phone. Don't use them... Poor hygiene standards. Contact environment health.

Most of the time I keep going to Sam's chicken 🍗I ordered a Ferry Bucket from there yesterday There was a staff there. His name was Sahil. I told him that I want everything fresh.And I got everything fresh, my wait was successful.Their chicken and wings are so good. I can't stop you from praising them and their strip burgers are amazing.I thank to Sahil and the entire staff.

considering 5 mins down the road, foods cold, like really cold, order is wrong, order is missing items (no drink or dip) I simply don't understand how it can go so wrong , it's a joke the only good thing is the can deliver on time but I guess it's an older order . it's a business and justeat give a standard reply for an issue. sort your staff and how your business works before trying to put yourself out there ????

Whenever I go there to order wings, the person who is taking the order always have excuse to not to serve. This is my 3rd times. She says; it takes more than one hour to grill wings and she argues that they cook rice on that grill! I just don’t get it

Personally my favourite chicken shop in the area, having gone to all the shops in portswood this has the best tasting food as well as being the most affordable with good portion sizes with nice staff.
