Total disappointment start to finish every single time, no more 3rd or 4th chance, service and delivery -1000/10 also vegan pizzas are not vegan, nearly killed my child with milk allergy on the last chance. Pizzas always delivered on all sides of the box, had to throw away as complete excrement and a danger to consume. Total incompetence from head office to the ground, avoid at all costs.

Rude!!!!! Went into the London Rd branch this evening where I was faced by a staff member who seemed clearly annoyed that he was at work! He was the only person in the building, no other staff or customers. He seemed inconvenienced that I even entered the shop. I asked him if they done any meals or anything cheap he replied NO. I asked him how much a small pizza was he replied £6. I said I was buying it for a homeless man who was sitting outside the shop. He then said it was £7 instead of 6. I asked him if there was anything he could do help the man outside - NO!! It is so cold outside. The man was clearly unwell with what appeared to be chest infection. It’s Not the shop worker problem, I know but a bit of compassion wouldn’t go a miss. I am mixed race Indian, like the shop worker. In our culture we are always taught that you should never refuse ANYONE food or water, especially when someone is in need. Disgusting attitude!! I do not recommend!!

I bought a calzone and lasagne which was so small it fit in a small box and cost 11 pounds (lasagne only). The calzone was good but I would not recommend the lasagne to anyone

Me and my mates went here for the Tuesday pizza deal. The service was fast we got the pizzas under 15 minutes. The taste was great and in general very affordable. Also the staff was really friendly and helpful. Definitely the best pizzeria in Southampton by a long shot.

Ordered online and order went through, received all status updates and was told my pizza was ready to collect.... “no, we don’t have an order” “Look, I’ve ordered, paid” “No….” just stares and me Show him my phone with we the order details. No apology just “ok, 5 minutes please” “No you can just give me my money back” So no idea what the pizza is like but certainly wont be ordering from them again.

We have been ordering from Fireaway whenever we are craving for pizza. Today they surprised us with a complimentary pizza which made our evening memorable . Highly recommend, quick and friendly staff on delivery. And very delicious pizza to choose from so many options.

Good place for pizza, regularly ordering from here from when they started in Southampton London road. Like the thin base and the taste is delicious. Go to space all the time.

Horrible pizza. Took forever aswell even though we ordered in and waited. They decided to fully complete 2 20 pizza orders. Before sorting people who ordered 1 in the restaurant

(AKASH) Had one of the best pizza with equally placed toppings all over the pizzas and always had a smile on his face great customer service,highly reccomended.

Ordered on deliveroo , they said 30 minutes delivery ... I waited 45 minutes and spent 10 minutes trying to get through ... the guy made me repeat my address 4 times and then said it would be 15 minutes . I said it was already 15 over the time and he said sorry . If you can't stick to time frames tell me and I'll go elsewhere. Food was awful and cold when it finally arrived .... stick to one of the ones you know like dominos or pizza hut in the future,atleast you know what ya getting. I dunno how this place is above 4 stars, this was my day off midweek and before rush hour and after lunch..... shouldn't really be making excuses for time.

FOUND HAIR IN PIZZA!! So unprofessional. Pizza was not sealed so who knows what the delivery man did. Was warm when I got it. This was such a safety hazard, I never write reviews because this is horrible. It's a shame because this was my first time trying Fireaway but I'm so disappointed

Ordered online. After being badly disappointed by another famous pizza place. Firaway pizza was just how I wanted. And thank goodness they are not on deliveroo. They make fresh pizza with care and deliver it hot.

Didn't deliver chicken strips and then kept saying they couldn't prove that I hadn't received them. Probably though I was drunk as it was late and assumed they'd get away with it. Then they literally refused a refund so we are never ordering here again- shocking

Very unprofessional staff. They never listen to what you say and they do what they like. Told them to not put jalapeño as i am allergic to it and replace it with sweetcorn they didn’t listen. Took them 25-30 minutes to make my 2 pizzas! Although they were not busy at all and they were chatting, talking, joking, laughingbay their own language! They were on their phones most of the time too never pay attention to customers. While i was waiting for my take away order 2 customers came in they wanted to order but then they left as they saw that the staff were on their phones and not paying attention. Will never come back again and i don’t recommend at all as even the pizza it isn’t as it used to be they but very little toppings and you only eat dough.!

First time ordering here. Seen a bunch of people order fireaway this week so thought I'd give it a try and I was not disappointed in my try. The pizza was delicious and cheesy with lovely hot honey on (which I did have to pay extra, but I've always wanted to try it). Nice choice of sides. I chose the halloumi salad, which tasted fresh. But their garlic and herb dip was soo good! Maybe a bit better than dominos. Would certainly order again when I'm in the mood for a takeaway pizza

Pizzas were good. We got given a completely wrong pizza on collection but I called the store told them the issue and they got a fresh (correct) pizza to us with in 20 minutes!

The pizza was awful and smelt off. Cheese had no flavour to it, and the price was outrageous. Go to Dominos.

This is the first time visiting Southampton. The service is really good and people working here are polite and helpful. Clean and quiet ambience. Surely visiting next time.

Regrettably, I encountered an issue with my recent pizza order from Fireaway on London Road. Despite requesting barbecue chicken, onion, and pineapple on two large pizzas, an oversight occurred during preparation. One of the staff members, upon realizing that he forgot to add onions, he added raw onions on top of the already cooked pizza, which I found to be unprofessional and disappointing. I believe better communication regarding the mistake would have been preferable instead of resorting to such an unsatisfactory remedy. I also observed the other workers also laughing about it like it was some sort of joke. If they are capable of doing something like that in front of the customer imagine what they can do behind our back. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Forgot about ordering I am even ashamed to look at the place ever again.

We ordered a number of pizzas for our large family and we were all very impressed with the quality and taste of the pizzas . Next time we are in Southampton , we will be ordering pizzas from here . A real taste of Italy for very reasonable prices .

Had a fab pizza from here last night. Possibly the best around for my taste. Better value than most, they left me with a wee freebie, and what I really appreciated was how gently and quietly the delivery was left in my porch as per instructions. I had been feeling unwell, needed quiet and comfort food and these guys definitely delivered. Thank you

Placed an order on Uber eats, accepted order and taken money. Food hasn’t arrived, tried phoning the restaurant 7 times with no answer. I can’t cancel my order as it’s still “on going”. Terrible customer service

UPDATE: About an hour after leaving this review, the manager gave me a call and apologised for the inconvenience and said that the worker I spoke to handled this wrong and assured me I would get a refund and begged me to give them a chance in the future with a free order on them. I was hesitant about that offer but wanted the refund for a pizza I couldn't eat and was promised it would happen. Before he hung up, he asked me to remove the review which gave me the impression it was a bribe. I said I wouldn't remove it but I would update it on how it is handled further. Two weeks later, no refund therefore an update 👍 I also contacted their head office and nothing. **************** Always love their pizzas but I ordered a vegan pizza tonight and there was a stray bit of ham which I unlucky bit into without seeing. Called the restaurant and got told they could make me another pizza, however, I hardly want a pizza from a company that have poor cross contamination. I asked for a refund for a pizza that I cannot eat, and baring in mind I chewed ham unwillingly for the first time in 8 years. Was told no, they cannot authorise a refund for my pizza and they can only give me a free one? Dreadful response.

I really don't get the bad reviews that I've seen others post as I've ordered from them twice now and both times have been excellent! Reading this some of you may think I'm a mutant however I highly recommend the pesto pizza with added anchovies! It's really great. Will be ordering again, this is me and the wife's favourite pizza place.

Best value pizza delivery service in Southampton! You can find them on Deliveroo, but they have amazing deals on their own website. Everything is halal too, which is so helpful. One thing could be done better, however. When I order on your website, I get three separate emails confirming payment, delivery time, and dispatch time. This seems excessive, and could be reduced to one email per order.

Provided 34 piping hot pizzas for an end of term celebration for our 96 Y6 children who were leaving school. Everyone commented on how tasty they were, as most hadn't used Fireaway before. Definitely getting more orders from us.

In all honesty, you get what you pay for. These guys promote themselves as cheap, and that's how the pizzas seem when you eat them. Similar quality to kebab shops pizzas, but with some national branding slapped on it. You can get some fantastic wood fired pizzas in Southampton from places such as Popsis, What a Pizza and Smokeys, far more worth the money.

Ordered 2 pizza's and both were such a disappointment. We had just 5 pieces of pepperoni on one pizza and few bits of other toppings. We had ordered for Meat head which was Ok but the other one was make your own with 5 different topping but none of the topping were enough.

Gluten free. If you are gluten free but craving pizza, try here. This is the best gluten free pizza I've had to date! Delicious. Thankyou Fireaway for making me pizza happy! The non gluten free in the household enjoyed theirs too, we also got a free gift that I couldn't eat, but was a nice gesture for the others.

Not anything special, the pizza was stale and very stingy on toppings hardly any sauce or cheese, I have a jaw aich from eating it and I finnished it half hour ago and it's still aiching.

Order through Deliveroo. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Hardly any sauce on the base. Bland tasting and no flavours whatsoever. Can’t believe they let it out also burnt as per pictures. Wedges were stale and not crispy. The wings shockingly had soggy skin and again not crispy. Tasted as if they had been reheated Had to bin most of it unfortunately won’t be returning.
