Requested and paid for a takeaway stuffed crust pizza but given me normal pizza. Not happy

Me and a friend both ordered the spicy wings on the first bite from both of us the wings were still ice cold inside apologises were made and they made us a large pizza instead with no extra charge

Food was missing from order and the staff were rude and unhelpful. They are happy to take your money but not to provide what you have paid for.

Got the order wrong, ended up being my sons dinner so had to walk all the way back and partners food was cold by the time he got back. Hesitant to order again.

Halal but £9.99 for 6 slice pizza (only) is expensive. Hope it tastes nice, or I'll feel robbed.

I am a key worker working a 12hr shift ordered a pizza, 4hrs before I wanted to eat when I rang to find out why my food was late. I was told they had sent my money back claiming to have phoned which they hadn't. a man then laughed down the phone at me when I asked him if he thought this was acceptable and I would like to speak to who was in charge he claimed he was himself the manager

Over priced and regular stuff coming out of frozen bags but if it's late and your hungry go to KFC equal prices I think

Worst service u can ever get . The delivery driver refused to drop me change at my door and left downstairs . he argued and misbehaved . called resturant , they said cant do anything . They r rude . dont waste your time and money with them

Never had problem with this place. The chicken is only thing halal. The service is fast and good.

Partner was sick the next day, my order was short and when I phone they said they would send out the food I was missing it never arrived! Poor show

The best pizza, the best garlic bread and the spicy chicken wings are to die for! Dominos don't come even close. Will use Samos time and time again!
