Really good pizza along with great service, and the location around it makes it a great meal out, definitely recommending it!

Family and friends had highly recommended this takeaway to me. They were not wrong. Among the pizzas I sampled, one stood out - the "Goat and Nut". Slightly sweet, soft mozzarella with input from the chef's homemade caramelised red onions as well as the more astringent olives. Definitely worth insisting on the optional walnuts. None of this was overwhelmed by a stodgy, greasy base as so many are - here the sourdough is rested for a minimum 24 hours as the Italian chef taught the willing and helpful young staff. The result is a lighter taste and mouthfeel, without feeling you have done six rounds with a claggy, pasty crust... Vegan and non-vegan fresh coleslaw sides, chipotle dip - what's not to like?

You must get pizza here if you’re visiting Salcombe, it’s absolutely delicious and well worth a visit. Great variety of pizza on offer and always made fresh to order by the friendly team.

Ordered by phone and it was ready to collect 10 mins later. We had a 12” and a 15” between the three of us, which was plenty. Toppings plentiful and very tasty. Thankyou 😊

Was really impressed with the quality of the pizza (base, sauce and toppings)! But what really made this experience stand out was how helpful they were with catering for my son's allergies; his pizza was fine for him to eat but they went the extra distance by making his pizza in a separate area to ensure no cross contamination. When struggling for meals that be eaten with an allery sufferer it was a breath of fresh air to find a take away so on it with details and consideration so thank you!

Incredible takeaway pizza! We split a 12" fajita chicken and a pulled duck! So tastey and filling! Would go back every night if we could!

Amazing Pizzas! We had several Pizzas from this Pizzeria during our time in Salcombe. Understandably very busy given the current circumstances but they were cooked to perfection. A must visit for any pizza lover!

Ok so it's not cheap - but the pizza's are really good. the duck and hoisin sauce and the chicken fajita pizzas are firm favourites !!! and they coped well given the demand is even higher than normal right now

fantastic pizza and extensive menu, gluten free bases available and vegan cheese! Perfect for my partner who has coeliacs and a dairy allergy.

Great take away gluten free pizza! Really liked the care to point out potential cross contamination and confirm if I was Coeliac or just preference.

What a pizza! During our week down at the beginning of the summer holidays we went twice Picked a large 15” of the menu and another time small smoked salmon special which was just amazing!!The Mediterranean salad was gorgeous and could add meat etc too it & kids loved the garlic bread.Was slightly disappointed to see nachos not on the menu anymore and a few other starter and puds would be appreciated, only mentioning as when on holiday it’s easy to get it all in one place!Such a find! See you in a few weeks xx

We went into the shop and ordered 5 pizzas to takeaway. We ordered 2 x 9” and 3 x 12” the bill came to £58 which we did think was quite expensive. We didn’t order anything fancy and only one extra topping of pineapple on a Margarita. We will go back because the pizzas were really tasty unless there’s other places that are less expensive.

We had tried the fish and chips takeaway which was fine so decided to try the pizzeria as we had a lovely view on a warm night from our apartment of the boats. Ordered a half and half large 15” pizza of spicy blue and goats cheese and nuts, was therefore very disappointed when we got back and opened the pizza box to find not one nut but a dozen olives. Unfortunately olives are not such a great accompaniment to goats cheese and red onion. Maybe a genuine mistake? But they were certainly not busy on a Sunday evening. Garlic bread ok but a bit pricey. No service with a smile.

Had another great lunch here today. Pizza yesterday was amazing so tried the nachos with chilli today, fantastic! So delicious and very reasonable price. Can't wait to have them again , or maybe try freshly made sandwiches, decisions, decisions.

We had wrongly assumed would be an overpriced average pizza as its in Salcombe. Seriously, just brilliant, we holiday most years in Tuscany and its easily on a par. We’ll be back tomorrow for our last meal of the holidays. Great stuff

Wow what amazing pizza perfect after an afternoon at the gin distillery yummy scrummy pizzas cooked fresh to order :-) would certainly highly recommend for a meal at home. Many different variations and a superb specials board - I had the smoked salmon = lush :-) definitely give it a go if your stuck for meal ideas. Thank you lovely ladies

Great Pizza nice dough base with nice fresh ingredients and a choice of chilli or garlic oil. We went for split 15 inch business and it was ready in ten minutes piping hot out of the oven

Staff are so helpful and friendly. My pizza was absolutely stunning, cannot recommend this place enough! Even popped next door to grab a cheeky bag of chips to go with: yum! If you find yourself in Salcombe , treat yourself, you won't be disappointed 😁

Bank Holiday weekend in Devon fancied something other than a sandwich or pastie and came across this little gem.

Decided to eat in and have pizza. There was a good range of pizzas on offer. We ordered a half and half plus a salad. Pizza was really good especially the margarita and the salad was unusual and top notch.

Take away only, no delivery. Decent pizzas, loads of choice, again always a reasonably long queue, but when you are faced with a choice of cooking or getting a take away it seems like the perfect choice!

The rudest woman I have ever met, do not visit this place under any circumstance. Appalling attitude to members of the public and should not be running a business.

We were passing this pizza place and were drawn in by the aroma!! A few moments later we were devouring this delicious hot and fresh pizza. Well done guys you make an awesome pizza.

A fabulous addition to eating in Salcombe. As good a pizza as we have had in the UK and across the globe. Fresh ingredients, freshly made and cooked and lots of choices of bases and toppings. Excellent service too. Great to see a wide range of gluten free options available too.

The salcombe pizzeria is a great pizzeria. The pizza is non sugary, excellent cheese and the unappealing sounding walnut pizza is a must try. The pizza is hand made and cooked as you can see at the parlour, the only downfall is that you have to collect it

Quality Pizza like this is so unusual to find in a sleepy place like Salcombe. The dough is fabulous, tasty and non bloating. The pizza creators allow the dough to cure for 36hours and you can tell that the owners love what they do and do it with pride! Fantastic selection and we had a 15inch half and half. It was beautiful with our ice cold beer.

We were not sure what to eat after wondering around Salcombe, and found this place, perfect. So ordered 1 large pizza some garlic bread pizza and sat on the harbour front with some wine. They are very good pizzas very tasty, (watch out for seagulls they like them also) it was a busy place no seating just take away.

We spent a fabulous week in Salcombe this June 2018 not only was the weather perfect we stumbled on this fabulous pizzeria. Very friendly owners and great tasting homemade pizza produced right in front of you.Between 6 adults we had a mix of flavours my daughter and bf chose a pulled pork bbq one my wife and i opted for an Americana and my son and his girlfriend opted for a vegetarian garden pizza. We all swapped slices and I can say they are the best handmade pizza's we have tasted. So much so my wife and i had a second takeaway visit on our final night. Fantastic

Recently visits salcombe on a family holiday, visited the pizzeria for a take away and received the best pizza and service ever had! The staff were warm and friendly and happy to have a chat while you wait for your pizza, and the pizza was the best I’ve ever had! Amazing quality and taste!! With fresh ingredients, Caterd to your every need! Would highly highly recommend!! 5 stars!

Opted for a takeaway for dinner tonight after a busy day around Salcombe. We shared a 15” pizza between 3, topped with loads of fresh veggies of our choice, garlic or chilli oil, and homemade coleslaw which was delicious! We ordered to pick up and it was ready in 10 minutes to collect! There are options to suit everyone- veggies, vegans and those who are gluten free. The staff and very welcoming and helpful.

After having poor service and food at a local ‘inn’ with a view, I was left hungry and disappointed.This little gem of a pizzaria was just the tonic. I was greeted by the owner with a friendly smile and great service who obviously took pride in what she was serving, which was delicious! I had a big slice of margarita pizza at a very reasonable price.

Spent the week in Salcombe with my wife and daughter, on our arrival, wanted something quick to eat that evening.

We came here for a take away pizza to take away to the beach for a evening picnic and were blown away by the service and the amazing pizzas we ordered. The girls were really friendly giving us advice and organising us a half and half pizza plus our little one his own... and a lolly pop! The extra sprinkles of chilli oil and oregano are such a Lovely touch. The dough was incredible... we’ve eaten a lot of pizza and this was the best dough. Perfectly cooked, crispy and bubbly at the edges but with a little spring to it still. All the ingredients were top quality. We loved it so much that reappeared the same order two days later and a beautifully presented salad box, with lovely extras such as olives, sundries tomatoes, slices of Parmesan etc etc. Fantastic all around!

Visited today, 23/04/2018 after reading other reviews. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who recommended things to do as it was our first time in Salcombe. We chatted for a few minutes while trying to decide what pizza to have from the amazing menu. We finally decided - a 12 inch Chicken Delight and 15 inch half and half with Hoi Sin Duck and Goats cheese and Walnut. We watched the pizzas being made and prepared and traditionally cooked in a large pizza oven. The Goats Cheese and Walnut half was the best pizza I have ever eaten, the other 2 were very close but the combination of the flavours was incredible.

We had a wonderful visit to Salcombe Pizzeria, and being half Italian we can truly say that these are amazing Pizzas. Our toddler absolutely loved them.

This is our second time ordering pizza here. The food is outstanding and the girls who work here just lovely.

One of the best pizzas I’ve had, made by lovely people..... you can taste the care, attention to detail and the love in every bite.

I’m addicted to pizza and this was possibly the best pizza I’ve ever eaten! I still dream about it now! Highly recommended!

We decided to go to the salcombe pizzeria after noticing the recent positive reviews on TripAdvisor. We weren't disappointed. Not sure but I think I read its a new owner with a new oven and they are on a winner. Really good pizzas and good price. My 3 yo also loved her pizza. Nice variety of toppings. We had a pulled pork with BBQ sauce. Delicious. And a pepperoni for our daughter. When we were there it was really quiet, don't let that put you off, it is really worthwhile getting pizza from here. Much better food than we had at a number of other places in salcombe and lovely people running it too.

This good eatery has just had a good refurb and it makes it a lot more inviting The pizzer's are lovely and so are the fish and chips next door.

We ordered a takeaway on firework night as part of the Salcombe Regatta - fresh and tasty but they forgot the coleslaw that we had paid for

First time visit to Salcombe and wanted something quick to take back to our rental. Lovely, welcoming staff and the pizzas were made fresh and in front of us...the kitchen is just behind the till. We ordered 4 pizzas and they were all delicious...highly recommended!

Popped in for some takeaway pizzas. Staff were lovely and great with the kids. Both tropical and pepperoni pizzas were very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic pizza - really impressed at the lengths they've gone to to get it right: trained by an award winning pizza maker from Italy, only use italian or local products and as fresh as possible. Super friendly staff - would highly recommend. As my 8 year old son said 'best pizza I've ever eaten'.

The pizza here is soooo goooood, quite expensive but really tasty and friendly staff! Would definitely return.

Take away pizza cost more than a pizza to eat in central London! Too much for too little. Great idea but - sort the prices out!

Delicious and authentic, freshly handmade pizza. Friendly service delivering an exceptional quality pizza. Best we have eaten in a long time and would thoroughly recommend. We will definitely be going back and hopefully trying the seafood pizza.
