Hot, fresh and tasty. what more can you ask foe? 10/10

Perfect pizza, the best we have had in a long time. Forget about those American franchises like Domino's, Papa John's or Pizza Hut. This is the pizza to eat if you are around Plymouth or Plympton.

Ordered food, order was accepted but never got an update on the order and had the enjoy your food notification come up even tho I had no food.

First time using 'just eat' from this takeaway. 1 hour late, pizza was cold. Will not be wasting £17 again!

Can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal from here, the staff are always so friendly. Would highly recommend if you want a good takeaway

Didn’t receive half of my order.

Usually i have no complaints at all, but i paid for tomato on my pizza and there wasn’t any. Plus the food was only just warm when usually its piping hot.

I went there today, after there opening times which are online and on the door which I did point out incase he forgot what time they opened. where I was told they're not open, despite all the signs saying they were, the chap seemed quite arrogant. If your opening times aren't correct then that's on you to adjust them, not be blunt with an attitude to customers trying to use your services as the only takeout open at the 3/4pm timeframe. Very disappointed in the way I was spoken to, and refused service.

Half the food to normal orders never normally have issues the chicken in the wrap is cold and the wrap is rock hard chips are lukewarm warm at most

The person doing the delivery stank of cigarette smoke, and so did the pizza boxes

Food was warm not hot, hardly any chilli sauce and less than a spoonful of coleslaw which I paid an extra £2 for ….

Great quality and price kebabs are amazing and their spicy spuds are great. Would recommend every time.

spuds weren't cooked as well as usual. not as fluffy and had to chuck them in the air fryer to crisp them up a bit

We made a takeaway order and they got our order completely wrong. We ordered a ham and cheese pizza with garlic and herb stuffed crust and it came and we got a plain cheese pizza with no sauce on the pizza and it was cheese stuffed crust! Cost us £10 extra to add the ham and sauce to the pizza so we got ripped off £10! Then we ordered a side of mayo and we did not get it ( which was another £1.90 we was ripped off from)We also ordered 2 cans of Pepsi and got 2 cans of Rio! Absolute rip off the food was not even that nice. Disgusted

Our order was incorrect again. Ordered mixed lamb donner and lamb shish kebab with jalapenos, instead got mixed lamb shish and chicken shish with no jalapenos. We seem to get incorrect orders about 70% of the time. Might try somewhere different next time

Horrific place!! Ordered pizza recently given wrong size argued with me that it’s not what I asked for when it was!!! Then wouldn’t let me order a large spuds on a separate occasion because they had one already on the side in. Medium! Never will come back here they are so rude

I can’t believe I had ordered £20 worth of food just for it to never show up and the order to go through , will be visiting this place tommorow to confront them about this issue, tried ringing them but they haven’t answered their phone multiple times . No place ever has taken my money and just not given me the food 0/10 if possible

I called restaurant when the order was half an hour late. I was told that they hadn’t received order and that I should get hold of just eat. I was trying to find a way to get hold of just eat but there was no options. Then when the order would have been 2 hours late it turned up

Food was delicious & plenty of it. Was still relatively hot considering the distance to deliver it. Yes, it was late but understandable being rush hour and a 20 mins drive to get here.

My order came with no anchovies but was plastered with olives and there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. I have an eating disorder and this caused a lot of distress, especially as they substituted the topping without notifying me or asking what my preferred option would be if they had run out. It triggered a bit of an episode with my eating disorder. Thankfully I have no allergies, I dread to think what would have happened if it did.

Gave me a chicken wrap (which is a bit cheaper) instead of chicken kebab. This is the third time ordering here, but the second time something has been wrong. Please read the order correctly. Mistakes have happened 2/3 times now, so not very happy

We always order from Pizza Loca because the food is great, but that wasn't the case tonight. The delivery was 30 minutes late; the drink was missing (although the driver did come back with it later); and surprisingly, the food wasn't hot, but tepid at best. Hopefully this is a one-off because until now I've always recommended Pizza Loca to friends, but tonight's experience was extremely disappointing.

They are always late I don't want to eat my food just as I'm going to bed. I order from these at least twice a week and I pick a time but there never on time sometimes over an hour I'm going to stop using them

Food turned up within allocated time slot it was just unfortunate that we had missing items. Phoned up to make some enquiries and was met with hostilities and rudeness, "it was in there when we packed it".. was the only response they could seem to come up with, no apologies but plenty of accusations. Order total was 54 pounds. For that money we expected better as we are regular, sorry 'was' regular customers. Disappointed with customer service, rude staff, food was edible. 2-5

I order fro here regularly, and it's nice food but I really don't want to eat just before bed time. There never on time always late.

Both chicken burger were burnt and dry including buns, pizza was nice though and spuds weren't the same as other times ordering. To be fair food is usually great, either there rushed off there feet or delivery driver was late picking it up, would explain the burnt burger buns and dryness, probably left in some type of heater to maintain hot food.

Chocolate pizza which is always delicious was not as fresh as it could have been and slightly overcooked also paid extra for marshmallows but unusually there were very few sprinkled on top. Rest of meal was great

Rang after 20 mins past allotted time. It then turned up 15 mins later. Food was nice. Just a shame it was so late!

Not only was it late one of my orders was missing and when I phoned the bloke he was completely rude and then started denying it was missing blaming the driver and said it would be dropped off and we’ll that never turned up then ignored my calls , whole place needs a time check and attitude change

My chilli pizza had no sace base, my cheesy potatoes had no cheese and my stuffed crust had as much stuffing as a nun on Christ's birthday.

An hour late delivering , called shop after being 20 mins late , said the order had left shop and driver is on way . Didn’t get food until a further 20 mins . Don’t believe the guy in the shop saying it’s on its way , more like they started order after I called . This is not good enough , if the shop can’t cope with just eat orders then they should stop using them . This isn’t the first time I have had late deliveries from this shop .

Pizza arrived in a very bad state, all topping was on one side and not even cut properly. No green chilli as asked for. Not happy.

The driver beeped his horn on arrival and wouldn’t bring it to the door. My chicken Shish was very burnt, tried to cover up with way to much chilli sauce and paid for two cans of Rio which wasn’t delivered either!!!

Food was really good, the delivery was late but not by a lot and it is a Saturday night. Will be ordering from them again.

Shish chicken was not fully cooked

For the most part, they're probably the better fast food delivery. However, I really resent a 2 pound delivery fee when i live half a mile away. There's no excuse for it. JustEat already overcharges for their cut. Forgot a sauce today, but no drama. I might start ordering directly again. The only thing is, I don't think I'm prioritised compared to justeat customer.

I was sent the wrong pizza or something. I don’t like olives and that’s exactly what I got. I’ve never had this before and not sure if I’ll order again for awhile. I long while.

Family kebab luke warm, onions, tomato and mushroom went straight in the bin. Should of had green pepper's but none in there. Looked like dried pizza topping in the box.Shame used to be so good but terrible now, won't be ordering again. Only one star because can't post otherwise.

Got the order wrong again, said that staff don’t read the notes, so why bother having them!! Use these guys once if not twice a week but will probably go elsewhere as our loyalty seems to be for nothing

FINALLY. I get to leave some good feedback. The mini pizza was perfect. I'm very happy, thank you. The wrap was delicious, although it wasn't wrapped well. Thank you. It probably sounds like a moaning myrtle (Harry Potter charafter and reference). Much prefer leaving good feedback. And the delivery driver was nice too.

Pizza was delivered late, not very hot and looked like the guy who delivered it chucked it in the back of his van with his tools

Portions have been halved. Hardly any food in comparison to last time we ordered. Chips over cooked.

We ordered here instead of domino’s as we wanted to support a small business but the food was not nice at all
