although late as the restaurant was busy food was piping hot and lovely quality 👌

Fantastic. Went on a gamble as hungry. Pleasant staff who where more than happy to help. Even better when some belter of a halfwit tried pulling a fast one on them she held her own and told them where it was.... This made the atmosphere terrific and provided great entertainment. Will definitely use them again if only to listen to mongs get told where it's at on the phone!

Good quality food and excellent prices and service

Order late, meat in kebabs Luke warm and lamb shish not nice, stingy on sauce. Also combo meal ordered had no drink which it, was meant to have. Food tastes nice but not first time had issues with temp of food and late delivery. Will have to look elsewhere, ivybridge has limited decent options.

Over an hour late, no communication to adjust time. on app they put incorrect delivery time to show it was delivered on time. Chips went straight in bin burnt.

Burger was cold no update given it would be late. Normally really hot and on time or early. 30 minutes late from final time.

The hotdogs stuffed crust is just sausage, not hotdog. The pizza is quite flavourless and stodgy. Overall, not a great experience.

Asked for coleslaw in my kebab as that was an option. Then asked politely if they could be generous with the coleslaw in the comments section. Kebab came with no coleslaw at all. I thought they may have run out but other food in the order had coleslaw in it. First world problem but ruined my meal. Won’t rush back as can’t follow simple instructions.

Orderd a pepperoni pizza and it was just cheese

I have recived my delivery but is was on the ticket as 43, Courtenay Park, instead of 39, Courtenay park, South Brent, TQ10 9BT. I saw the car and went out. The delivery diver was lovely. But this keeps happening.

Took ages for 1 pizza and spuds. Wouldnt recommend

-Delivery late by 20mins/30mins. Food was luke-warm/verging on cold, and inedible. -Asked for thin crust and got deep pan. -Asked for a normal pizza base and got BBQ which I am allergic to. -Called restaurant twice and the man on the phone gave poor customer service. I am so disappointed, never again!

Ordered and paid for a large Chicken Shish Wrap, but the one that was delivered looked more like a small.

The food was amazing so tasty and wow the new spuds with garlic butter and cheese where amazing. My lamb shish kebab was great. We had a vegetarian pizza as well all were delivered nice and hot. Never been disappointed with pizza loca. Price quality and service !!

The lamb kebab was cold and rubbery the spicy spuds were cold and soggy such a shame

Great customer service and delivered very quickly I do have suggestions though, I would change the fillet burger bun and change the pots that the curry sauce come in as they leak

Food was not warm by the time it was delivered. Usually very impressive but not tonight. Delivery time was showing as 35 minutes when placing order but when order was accepted, delivery time had increased massively

Repeatedly missing things off the order. When you call to resolve they just pass you off or lie and say a driver is coming back and the driver never returns. Wouldn’t waste your money on items you’re not gonna get anyway.

an extra delivery charge due to distance but that was ok. arrived timely and was warm. portion was small ordered a medium not sure what a small would have been like salad was almost non existent. chicken was nice and well cooked

Good pizza and great fast service

Perfect pizza, the best we have had in a long time. Forget about those American franchises like Domino's, Papa John's or Pizza Hut. This is the pizza to eat if you are around Plymouth or Plympton.

Ordered food, order was accepted but never got an update on the order and had the enjoy your food notification come up even tho I had no food.

First time using 'just eat' from this takeaway. 1 hour late, pizza was cold. Will not be wasting £17 again!

Can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal from here, the staff are always so friendly. Would highly recommend if you want a good takeaway

Didn’t receive half of my order.

Usually i have no complaints at all, but i paid for tomato on my pizza and there wasn’t any. Plus the food was only just warm when usually its piping hot.

I went there today, after there opening times which are online and on the door which I did point out incase he forgot what time they opened. where I was told they're not open, despite all the signs saying they were, the chap seemed quite arrogant. If your opening times aren't correct then that's on you to adjust them, not be blunt with an attitude to customers trying to use your services as the only takeout open at the 3/4pm timeframe. Very disappointed in the way I was spoken to, and refused service.

Half the food to normal orders never normally have issues the chicken in the wrap is cold and the wrap is rock hard chips are lukewarm warm at most

Food was warm not hot, hardly any chilli sauce and less than a spoonful of coleslaw which I paid an extra £2 for ….

The person doing the delivery stank of cigarette smoke, and so did the pizza boxes

We made a takeaway order and they got our order completely wrong. We ordered a ham and cheese pizza with garlic and herb stuffed crust and it came and we got a plain cheese pizza with no sauce on the pizza and it was cheese stuffed crust! Cost us £10 extra to add the ham and sauce to the pizza so we got ripped off £10! Then we ordered a side of mayo and we did not get it ( which was another £1.90 we was ripped off from)We also ordered 2 cans of Pepsi and got 2 cans of Rio! Absolute rip off the food was not even that nice. Disgusted

Our order was incorrect again. Ordered mixed lamb donner and lamb shish kebab with jalapenos, instead got mixed lamb shish and chicken shish with no jalapenos. We seem to get incorrect orders about 70% of the time. Might try somewhere different next time

Horrific place!! Ordered pizza recently given wrong size argued with me that it’s not what I asked for when it was!!! Then wouldn’t let me order a large spuds on a separate occasion because they had one already on the side in. Medium! Never will come back here they are so rude

The worst ‘chicken strips’ forgot the drink and had no spuds so just sent chips

sauce on the pizza looked horrible and tasted odd, i was sent the wrong side order and they didnt give me my drink

I can’t believe I had ordered £20 worth of food just for it to never show up and the order to go through , will be visiting this place tommorow to confront them about this issue, tried ringing them but they haven’t answered their phone multiple times . No place ever has taken my money and just not given me the food 0/10 if possible

I called restaurant when the order was half an hour late. I was told that they hadn’t received order and that I should get hold of just eat. I was trying to find a way to get hold of just eat but there was no options. Then when the order would have been 2 hours late it turned up

Food was delicious & plenty of it. Was still relatively hot considering the distance to deliver it. Yes, it was late but understandable being rush hour and a 20 mins drive to get here.

My order came with no anchovies but was plastered with olives and there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. I have an eating disorder and this caused a lot of distress, especially as they substituted the topping without notifying me or asking what my preferred option would be if they had run out. It triggered a bit of an episode with my eating disorder. Thankfully I have no allergies, I dread to think what would have happened if it did.

Gave me a chicken wrap (which is a bit cheaper) instead of chicken kebab. This is the third time ordering here, but the second time something has been wrong. Please read the order correctly. Mistakes have happened 2/3 times now, so not very happy

We always order from Pizza Loca because the food is great, but that wasn't the case tonight. The delivery was 30 minutes late; the drink was missing (although the driver did come back with it later); and surprisingly, the food wasn't hot, but tepid at best. Hopefully this is a one-off because until now I've always recommended Pizza Loca to friends, but tonight's experience was extremely disappointing.

They are always late I don't want to eat my food just as I'm going to bed. I order from these at least twice a week and I pick a time but there never on time sometimes over an hour I'm going to stop using them
