Good food, good value for money

Ordered via Deliveroo. Food was lukewarm but expected when using Deliveroo app. I like that the ramen broth was served separately in it's own container so to not spill everywhere during delivery, and also so to not overcook the noodles in hot broth. Ramen broth was miso-based and vegetarian friendly. Good, big chunks of fried tofu which were delicious. Noodles were tasty. Plenty of seaweed. My Mum had a seafood mix, and there was plenty of fish in there - she was satisfied. I do wish they had a few more options for the broth as, while the miso-base was nice, I think I would've preferred a bit of variety, and something a bit spicier. The vegetable gyozas were deffo the frozen Itsu ones that you can get in a supermarket. But, they're tasty and they were nice and crispy. The fish ones were unique looking, and my Mum enjoyed them. Came with a dip of just plain soy sauce, which was OK. Overall, I'd deffo love to come back as the food was tasty and hit the spot.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Anyone that says this is 5 star has no idea about Japanese food or quality for that matter. The gyozas were burnt, salad leafs gone off and the ramen was a cheap quality sloppy mess. Waste of money!

Ordered ramen, sadly this can't be called ramen, all processed, old nudels not even ramen nudels, normal boiled egg for ramen ... Borth from the box too not cooked in-house

I ordered a large delivery last weekend and Sakura did not disappoint! Big shoutout to Steven who helped coordinate and deliver the food to us. We had ~30 individually packed dishes which were all hot and were very tasty. Everyone enjoyed the food, would go here again!

ordered on UberEats as a treat, turned out to be one of the most depressing meals I've ever seen. ordered takoyaki, salt and pepper chicken, and mixed sashimi salad. takoyaki was not properly cooked and smelled very fishy. tasted of nothing. the salt and pepper chicken was overcooked and hard, also tasted like nothing and was very dry. the mixed sashimi salad was the best of what i ordered as it was actually edible but the fish had a strange chemical/plastic taste, and definitely wasn't worth almost £10. i will not be buying from here ever again, and I'm terrified that I'm going to get sick from the food.

I just ordered and requested utensils to eat the food with since I've just moved house and have none. No chopsticks or spoons were provided. Cannot eat the food. £25 down the drain. There's no contact number for the place either. What a joke!

It was problems with the Uber application, and manager with the team were so helpful. Thank you to sort this out. I was crazy hungry as i am pregnant😀and it was tooo late to order somewhere else. Would highly recommend

I've always ordered from here , the food was always delicious, some problem with delivery coming later then usually but in rest all good . I've always called to check my order when it was coming late and they were always answering and letting me know . Best food 😋

Same experience as other people here. Ordered the food and after 1 hour no sign of delivery and the telephone number was going straight to voicemail. It never arrived. Asked for a refund through Uber Eats.

Absolutely disgusting, I have been a chef for 5 years, and I have never seen food so badly cooked, every piece of seafood delivered to me was massively overdone, the noodles were under cooked, and anyone who knows anything about rice could tell that it was at least 3 days old, I am Absolutely appaled, this service is absolutely unacceptable, I payed over £25 for a meal that was not even worth £5, I'm honestly shocked

Food never arrived. We ordered from here multiple times and the food is nice but the customer service is terrible. They once delivered to the wrong address and we had to argue with them over the phone to convince them to send us a new delivery or a refund. We tried to give them another chance lately but they never delivered our order and the phone number available on uber eats was sending us straight to voicemail so we had no way to contact them. They marked the order delivered after about 3h but we still didn't receive anything so we had to ask uber eats for a refund.

I ordered a sushi roll and a beef fried rice through deliveroo and it was incredible amazing. Quick, tasteful and very good price.

5/5. Exactly what I want from a ramen. A ramen should be made fresh. Have lots of healthy and fresh ingredients. Taste is great. For £8 in this day and age for this food, you really can’t go wrong here. (P.S) they give you the broth separately.

SO good. We ordered deliveroo and it was made fresh and arrived really quickly. The ramen here is great and really reasonably priced. Would definitely eat here again, my wife loved the dragon roll sushi

We've only been living in Nottingham for a few months but Sakura has been our go-to for takeouts ever since we discovered it. The food is always well prepared, full of flavours and delivered quickly. I honestly could not find a single order that disappointed. I just love their roast duck and aubergines so much!

Ordered delivery and the hot options were still hot, the cold options cold and both utterly delicious! Plus we got free gyōza for spending £30.

My girl ask for takoyaki for late lunch, checked on Deliveroo, Sakura listed as one that serve it and was open for order. Checked on google, it's open. Went there and found dark and messy place, asked a waiter whether they open for order or not, said yes. Ended up being escorted out by the owner/head cook, while he kept repeating that they open at 5pm. Maybe it's better to order online.

Really nice food, good value for money and about as authentic as you can get for Nottingham!

Who ever gave this place a one star is obviously in competition and trying to bring them down. Everything was perfectly made and authentic, best sushi I have had in Nottingham this year. They need to sort out the Uber delivery thing though, maybe it was the app but it was stuck on preparing order even after they delivered. I was in the shower !

I ordered sushi, chicken ramen, gyoza and edamame from this place and honestly was one of the worse food that I ever tried. Gyoza was deep fried, the ramen had no taste, very bland, the sushi was disgusting, lots of rice, the rice was not even mixed with vinegar and sugar or salt, very very tasteless and the topping were also nothing special, very thin and no flavour in general. For first time in my life I had edamame that were not fully cooked, how is that possible when it takes literally 2 minutes to boil them?! Overall just a bad experience, stay away! Delivero and Just eat, you should take some realistic reviews.....
