4 of us went for Breakfast at the 5th Avenue store Harlow on the 15th August. We were told no beans no tomato sauce , we ordered for 2 children by the way and that is important to them. The fried eggs were like rubber and the toast , had barely seen the toaster. There didn't seem anyone in charge to complaints to. It was appalling . In the past the food was always quite good. Such a shame, its not the right way to attract customers back. Will never visit again.

full english , long wait came out cold backed it.Also had fish and chips had to back it as was cold. Seems like they need a new chef and waiting staff.

Slightly more expensive than other supermarket cafes but this is reflected in the food. Cleanliness of the tables and self-service ancillary items (cutlery, napkins, sugar etc) could be better but overall a nice enough environment.

The service was polite and friendly. The fare was hot and for what is in effect a greasy spoon surprisingly good. The eggs were not overcooked and was most certainly not running in grease. The coffee was at best average but it was at least hot. The tables and floor were clean and tidy and the prices very reasonable.

I often visit Sainsbury's cafe in the mornings before starting work. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable. Never really had an issue. I usually go for the 'big breakfast' and it leaves me completely full.

The food was cold, the rice lumpy and chewy, the chicken was tough, chewy cold and inedible. The mushrooms were cold in the middle implying not totally cooked and the wholt meal had a Horrible smell. the worst takeaway ive had. It went in the bin.

8-terminus streetOrdered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.

He says ‘oh I sorry, I think sticky falling off, call store tell men’ ok… Rings store, stone cold! Could have had warmer ice cream… do store care? Not at all… says to send a letter by post. Order is not actually correct also. Ok mate. Well done team Harlow. Award for POOREST service goes to you.

Despite Costa’s policy of accepting Blue Light Cards, this branch declined mine without explanation. Prices were excessively high, making it poor value for money. I’d recommend avoiding this location and seeking alternatives outside the hospital to avoid overpaying."

The Service Bays, 15 The Stow, Harlow CM20 3AQ, United KingdomBeen waiting for a delivery for over an hour ..food ordered at 5.45 pm on Saturday evening, they claimed it would be 40 mins it's now currently at 1 hour and 10 mins ...their reason for this is that it's a weekend and they are busy ...at 5.45 ??? You've just opened?? Utter garbage service so far and I'm sure the food will be sub par and cold ...don't worry I'll let you all know ...as well as trading standards...jeez 🙄
