4 of us went for Breakfast at the 5th Avenue store Harlow on the 15th August. We were told no beans no tomato sauce , we ordered for 2 children by the way and that is important to them. The fried eggs were like rubber and the toast , had barely seen the toaster. There didn't seem anyone in charge to complaints to. It was appalling . In the past the food was always quite good. Such a shame, its not the right way to attract customers back. Will never visit again.

full english , long wait came out cold backed it.Also had fish and chips had to back it as was cold. Seems like they need a new chef and waiting staff.

Slightly more expensive than other supermarket cafes but this is reflected in the food. Cleanliness of the tables and self-service ancillary items (cutlery, napkins, sugar etc) could be better but overall a nice enough environment.

The service was polite and friendly. The fare was hot and for what is in effect a greasy spoon surprisingly good. The eggs were not overcooked and was most certainly not running in grease. The coffee was at best average but it was at least hot. The tables and floor were clean and tidy and the prices very reasonable.

I often visit Sainsbury's cafe in the mornings before starting work. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable. Never really had an issue. I usually go for the 'big breakfast' and it leaves me completely full.

5 Garden Terrace Rd, Old Harlow, Harlow CM17 0AT, United Kingdomfood was very greasy the pancake roll was dripping grease, but the worst part was we were delivered gone off prawn toast, as soon as I opened it I could smell it had gone bad, my daughter took a bite before realising, very concerning as to how long they'd been in storage for them to be off, and to send out to customers is not very professional nor good service, makes me wonder about their hygiene standards ..I got a refund for the prawn toast, but will not be ordering from this restaurant again

Edinburgh WayPizza was great for one of us, having to wait 20 mins for a glass and another 50mins for the dessert after asking when will we have it to be not correct when receiving it.

8-terminus streetOrdered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.

Staple Tye Shopping Centre, Harlow, CM18 7PJ, United KingdomPlaced an order for the money to be taken, when I phoned the store they had no order, offered no support said it wasn’t their problem and put the phone down on me three times! Ordered and paid yet again! For the order to be wrong when it arrived! cold and tasteless went in the bin will not be ordering from there again and would encourage anyone else to do the same. Would have called and complain but all they do is put the phone down on you. Awful customer service awful food!
