Sainsbury’s Cafe in Warrington

Went to this subway today, staff are so rude. Threw my salad into the box and rushed my husband when he was ordering his sub, when we asked if the bottles are in the meal deal we got a massive sigh and a response of “yes it always has been nothing has changed” food was a mess and wrapped like a child did it. Will not be returning appealing service

Busy Costa not not a Costa as I was told by staff it's a while smith franchise didn't give Costa rewards. Ordered a latte and cake ,cake was fine ,they made the latte with skimmed milk not semi or hole seems that's all they had and over herd staff say they were running out ,watched as the barista over steamed milk to the point it over flowed the jug ( to thankfully not for my drink) so to sum it up Slow service Poor quality No rewards

Visited here Monday afternoon with friends. We had a table upstairs for most of the afternoon buying drinks until all our group had arrived. The young lady sering on the upstairs bar was absolutely lovely. Later on we ordered food. 3 of the meals came quickly from 2 separate orders. A fourth meal had to be asked for again before it arrived. My meal was a small fish and chips., I didn't expect it to be big, but when the fish came, we were all shocked how small it was!! It was more a fish bite and not what anyone would expect as a fish!! How any chef would be happy to serve it. We should have taken a picture. We were fobbed off when the portion was questioned. After our food we had more drinks and later went to order desserts. When served by a different young lady asking if we could order desserts to our table, we were told the upstairs is shut, we don't have enough staff to keep it open and we couldn't order any!! We hadn't been told upstairs was going to shut, had we known we would have moved downstairs. We were left very disappointed.

We stopped here overnight to meet an old friend. The room was large, clean and modern, had plenty of sockets to plug in everyone's electronics and beauty products. The beds were comfy we all had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was included in the price and even our dog got a sausage cut up in a bowl for him. We booked a table in the pub and the food was very tasty and well priced as were the drinks. What really makes this place though are the friendly staff who are attentive and cannot do enough to make you and your furry friends feel welcome. When the family and I come back through to visit friends we will certainly be back to this nice cosy establishment. Thanks to the team from all of us and Charlie the dog.

simply disgusting place. The floor hadn't been cleaned for days. Dirty, sticky tables and chairs. The toilet was a real shock! Urine covered the whole floor, the stench was incredible! no toilet paper, no soap, hand dryer didn't work. The staff was standing and talking all the time, laughing happily. One of the girls kept rubbing her nose and then handing people cakes without washing her hands! they should close this place down!
