The worst jacket potato I've ever had the dryest chewiest potato served in a bowl not a plate??

Wow, is all I can say. In this day and age, with prices going up everywhere, when I saw £5.40 for all day breakfast, trust me I had really low expectations. However food came out quick, fresh, and looks almost exactly like the picture on the menu. To top that off, staff is super friendly. We will be coming back many more times!

Impromptu stop for lunch but only had coffee as the wait for food was 30 minutes.

Ordered ham egg and chips a simple dish to get right chips where undercooked cold after just being brought out eggs that have clearly been microwaved it was like eating rubber and still manged to overcook them and for the ham was the most disappointing thing expecting to get 2 slices off gammon they put on my plate 2 slices off wafer thin ham what a ridiculous meal do not come here if you wanna eat food I would rather feed it to my dog

Relly. Good breakfast! Everything was cooked to the perfect amount. Capuchino 10/10. Was surprised 😮 Thank you on the 1st of January.

Quiet cafe but the service is slow

Visited cafe 0930 Mon 8th May. Met Melinda serving - wonderful greeting, smiling and friendly - credit to the Store. Excellent employee for front of house.

My buddy and I was in the area so decided to pop in for breakfast, what can I say. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. Food was tasty,hot and served very quickly. Maybe the staff can go to the Colchester branch and show them how it's done 😀

Went in for an all day breakfast and a hot chocolate for my lunch brake. Was sat there for 30 min waiting for my order and then had to go back to work. As I was getting up to go one of the staff sed food would take 20 min. If that was the case I would of got my food and had ten minutes to eat it instead of waiting 30 min and going back to work with nothing. Waist of my money and time.

Really nice and clean. Staff, friendly. The bright high ceiling is uplifting and there is a nice wide view of Shady Hangers. Surprisingly quiet!

Visited today. Half of the food on the menu not available. Been told there is no fish and chips, no jacket potatoes, no steak and some other items. Half of the cake counter empty. You would think they will be able to get fish or potatoes from Sainsbury, but obviously the food is not cooked from fresh, or they are not allowed to use fresh products to make their meals.

For the price good value, friendly service

They had just done a big order and left our drinks at the counter to go cold. Too busy sucking up to a marketing manager.

Good value but service questionable

Scones kept in the fridge, therefore very hard!

Staff a little sad in the mouth, no atmosphere, But food was ok.

Excellent food great service good prices

Met my daughter for lunch, I ordered a 'Freshly made' cheese salad baguette and a latte with soya milk. First coffee made was not with soya. When my baguette arrived, you could see the cheese was all sweaty straight away and on touching it, it was also warm. Took it back and requested another one (shown in photo) That was much better on arrival but for the same price I could have got a much better sandwich in a meal deal from the main store :(

Still one of best supermarket cafes around.. Affectionately to me it's Godalming airport lounge, bright, metallic, usually without any cancellations, tannoy announcements and quick, tasty pre-flight food!

Ham, egg & chips were served cold but replacement was provided hot and relatively promptly

Friendly and efficient. Nice and light and airy. Had a lovely cup of tea and fruit bread. Plenty of tables to choose from and very clean. Made to feel very welcome. I'll go back and I don't live in Godalming!

Not a social outing venue, but if you are shopping and fancy a drink and a bite whilst resting your legs, then the place will do, but don't over expect anything. Enjoy.

Very dirty and messy - obviously short staffed today, tables not cleared, food all ober tables and chairs, normally it is good, never seen it so messy and dirty

A long wait and very poor service due to lack of staff and no coffee apart from regular due to machines not operating we most likely won't use it again due to the poor service if they want us to use this facility they need more staff

We enjoyed a Cappuccino and a 🍰 before Shopping for groceries, lovely jubbly. 😊

She café has gone downhill drematicly.

We often eat here then do our shopping.
