Well stocked as usual, but stock rearranged so a challenge to find my usual items🙂

Standards sainsburys with large car park

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Mostly do small shops or last minute trips here. Plenty of parking. Starbucks & Argos on site

Plenty of parking, good size store with a number of facilities, including travel money kiosk, cigarette/lottery ticket kiosk, bakery and clothing.

I like the Sainsbury's store in Farnham. It has a good variety of products and is well stocked.

The toilets are disgusting and one of the worst I have ever been in. Please clean them properly there is no excuse for this

Many shelves empty or near empty at end of Bank Holiday Monday. Not very crowded and they had all I wanted. Update April 2023: not so many gaps on shelves, and they were out of a couple of things I wanted (this is not my local or regular store). Disappointing. Update May 2024: still some gaps on shelves and it's yet another Sainsburys store with no loose Granny Smith apples at the moment. What's going on, Sainsburys?

Staff always very helpful and good for a chat at checkout. Overall stocks for our regular shop are available but there can be some gaps. Fresh baked bread stocks can be very variable, so you need to work out the best times. App is really good for logging purchases as you go, a quick checkout, making and managing a shopping list and picking up on relevant offers.

Very big store, well stocked shelves and generally worth a visit. Has a Starbucks which brightens the place up.

Never enough tills open for customers that would like proper service & appreciate talking to a friendly person.. .. only 3 open today... . 14 customers waiting... umpteen empty "do it yourself " spaces/machines.. .. Sainsburys still don't understand customers.

Convenient location. Medium plus sized compared to superstores around in some other places. Nice fresh fruit and veg but it's a pity the fresh meat and fish areas have not re-opened after Covid-19 measures. The pharmacy has now been removed and therefore there is no such facility now. The supermarket includes numerous self check out options. There is plenty of parking. Some of the aisles have been rearranged, and I must admit that the product placing is not totally logical - confirmed by some of the staff!

Always a good shop and quite reasonable

Farnham is one of the better stores, lots of stock even late in the day when we went for the weekly shop

It's just an average supermarket, complete with trolleys, stock, and checkouts. It also benefits from begging crack addicts sitting around outside hustling your hard earned for their next hit.

I don't shop here all the time, but the staff are nice and helpful, its clean and shelves are always stocked up, it basically has everything you need

Avoid busy times, otherwise this is a decent size store that seems to be well managed, so well done.

Fairly narrow aisles and a busy store: shop at opening or just-before-closing if one likes more relaxed shopping.

I'm not sure what the cleaning contractors are paid for but the stench in the male toilets at Water Lane Sainsbury's is disgusting. How can such a well established establishment like this that serves and sells food get away with this poor standard of hygiene. It's not a one off either and seems to be a pattern noticed in Godalming Sainsbury's as well. Maybe you should get different cleaners Sainsbury's.

This is not a sainsbury that I would normally shop at I live in sussex, but each time I have done shopping here, I found shop assistants very helpful, shelfs are well stocked after shopping I normally stop and enjoy a coffee and sandwich or cake the staff are always nice but the last visits when paying it has been difficult to pay the first time it would take several attempts to make one card machine work out of the 2 and I think it has been about 3 weeks or more since I went and again the poor staff were having trouble taking the card payment's I felt sorry for staff as you can imagine the queue was growing I fill someone needs to look at this for them.

Big Sainsbury's near Aldershot.

Water Lane Farnham is a good Sainsbury's store, with a nice and well laid out Starbucks.

Everything needed was available.

Always find everything. Friendly staff and love the quick scan and go smooth ride.

I dont usually shop here, I went whilst my son was at football training as we were desperate for shop and it was only about 6.30pm. I done my large food shop and made my way to the check and was told that all the check outs were closed and had to do self scan!! All my stuff didn't fit on the bagging area and the poor bloke had to keep coming over to me. I was so tempted to leave £110.14 food shop there as I was getting so frustrated. Next time I will be driving 10 mins further to lidl where they have check out staff!!

Great Sainsburys, good product range and friendly staff

Sainsburys in Alton is one of my regular supermarkets. It's a supermarket of medium size and reasonable stock. Sometimes the layout seems a bit confused but I'm pleased that the old freezers have now been replaced. I like Sainsburys.

It's a bog store well laid out, and we'll stocked.

Now, this is a story all about how My basket got flipped-turned upside down And I'd like to take a minute Just sit right there I'll tell you how I shopped for a week in Sains-air In West Essex born and raised In Tesco was where I spent most of my days Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin', all cool And buying my lunches outside of the school When a couple of prices, who were up to no good Started making trouble in my balance book I had one little spree and my mom got scared She said, "We’re gettin' your lunches and snacks from Sains-Air" I begged and pleaded with her day after day But she packed my bag-for-life and sent me on my way She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my nectar I put my Walkman on and said, "Argos click and collect it! " I whistled for a cab and when it came near The license plate said, "Fresh" and it had a scanner in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare But I thought "Nah, forget it, yo, holmes to Sains-Air" I pulled up to the store about seven or eight And I yelled to the cabbie, "Yo holmes, smell the baker!" I looked at my kingdom I was finally there To stock up my shelves as the prince of Sains-Air

Great place to fill your frige, your tank and to enjoy your daily coffe

Good store with plentiful parking. The petrol here is also generally one of the best around price wise. They could do with more staff to assist with the self serve area to avoid delays.

Large Supermarket just outside Farnham

This is the biggest hypermarkets in the neighborhood, they also have a separate section for TU clothing and also have a big parking space.

It's nice and big, with a large variety of things, but it's quite expensive.

Went there on a Thursday afternoon and many shelves were empty, additionally a lot of the veg had started going bad especially the red onions had flies all around.

Parking good you can find what you need not bad prices.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this Sainsburys and I’d forgotten just how nice it is. My favourite bits are the huge selection of different foods they have, and how many checkouts they have making it quick even when it was super busy like today

A good store with lots to browse as well as a good selection o groceries.

Range getting poor have had 3 issues with fresh meat being discoloured gray on the bits you can't see also same problem with big grissaly fat on the underside of meat definitely sainsburys quality has gone downhill as well as there loose fruit and veg that have had sell by dates removed to try to cut down waste unfortunately no one seems to be doing quality checks as I have seen green and shrivelled pots as well as sweade

Got what I needed easily enough but not enough medications on the shelf considering it's autumnal cold covid and flu season I thought they would be better stocked in this Area

A standard sainsburys...Good size and stocks most things. The one thing that I find irritating is that you have to look up every aisle to read the signs showing what is in each aisle. Personally I feel Tesco beats sainsbury's everything-lighter, brighter, and signs are at the end of each aisle, so you can go straight to the one you want. I understand the very basic psychology - sainsburys makes you walk around to find produce, which might provoke more impulse purchasing, but I'd be interested to know whether irritating customers because they have to work harder to find stuff doesn't then put them off embracing the experience, enjoying it, and thereby buying more. Maybe it's just me!

It's well stocked, nicely staffed, big parking space. It a great shopping experience also because Starbucks provides shoppers with a chance to enjoy a break with coffee and something lovely to eat.

Got a bit better recently - the shop has had a bit of love, and it a bit tidier than it was and the Starbucks has had a refurb. Still just a big Sainsbury's though.

Busy, I got what I needed easily...

Not a great fan of the layout of this store, it seemed to take ages to find everything I needed. Fairly well stocked. Unfortunately I forgot to use my nectar card so visited customer services. Apparently it's not an easy fix to redeem nectar prices and I spent at least 20mins trying to get back the £14 of savings I'd missed out on.

Brand new toilets but, were broken within 1 week Working OK again now but, sink is loose

Good supermarket, but nothing in particular that is outstanding or noteworthy. Japanese food is good but expensive, and men's clothes are very limited. The refubshed Starbucks is a great improvement. If you're a local, go to Sainsburys at Godalming instead. it's nicer.

It stocks what I need and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Wasn't impressed in the disabled bay(s), they have bollards every so often, and I found it stopped my car pulling in fully, so the nose of my car was sticking out a bit, fine for smaller cars but not for normal sized cars, let alone big cars, and the fact they are painted black makes them impossible to see, they need to be visible for drivers to be more aware when reversing in. The rest of the store was as you would expect so they should have most if not all what you need, the trolley guy was good though, he saw me heading for a trolley and rather than push his one into the rack he offered it to me, and as I finished and was returning the trolley to the rest he came and took it from me, not often you find that happening, more so with such miserable weather there with such a thankless job in bad weather, so credit for that guy.

Huge store, so there is plenty of choice, large carpark and also has a petrol station. On-site is a Starbucks. There are lots of positives. However, my criticism is the prices, I can usually buy quite a number of my shopping items cheaper elsewhere, they do claim to be more competitive but where the store may offer items at decent prices they certainly make up for it elsewhere. They also sell clothes and homeware, but I have been often taken aback by the cost.

Sainsbury in Bagshot Lea is popular at anytime of day Wide range of goods and foods . Vegetables and fruit are of a high standard.

It's a Sainsbury's. They're all the same surely?

This relates to the petrol station. It gets a four not five star rating for two reasons. The first reason is that there is seldom any paper towels or disposable gloves, and the desiel pumps are prone to getting covered in desiel. The second reason is that frequently, there are locked off pumps. However, the staff are great and helpful and the shop is usually well stocked.

I love the shopping app on my mobile. One big advantage this place has over many other locations is decent mobile coverage for it to actually work.

Good, well-stocked supermarket in centre of Salisbury. Keeps its sexual preferences & bedroom habits to itself.

Starbucks is being refurbished so if you want a coffee you can use the Costa machine in the garage.

Orange is my favourite colour, so I may be biased when I say my favourite super market is Sainsbury's. A bit more money, but less busy usually and far cleaner than the others. Update: The place is still good. Still easy to find everything I need and one of the few places I've found still selling ginger beer!

Great place lovely store clean and tidy caters for all ..well stocked annoying that the security alarms go off the whole time and it's a bit daunting ...great choice of meats and clothes baby sections ...household items ...nice staff clean store
