Sainsbury's in Reigate and Banstead

This place get worse every day. Yesterday Sainsbury's delivered me vodka with tag. I gave it back. Today I go to Sainsbury's to buy vodka instead not delivered and couple more things. In shelv were food run out of use by 06/02/24 date -yesterday. Food ere in reduced price shelve but price wasn't reduced. I added photo

I was there to food shop but you don't seem to have this as an option. Bought patisserie scone and jam. Nothing like a scone worst I have ever had. Hard, heavy and jam was non existant. As always working on travellator and one lift out of action since forever.

I was impressed to find that there is a gym nearby. Definitely a bonus. Staff were very helpful even helping to choose a bunch of flowers for my ex.

30 minute wait and food cold. Never again. Staff are like zombies! I recommend anywhere but this poor cafe. Cheap but bad.

Well done Sainsbury's Redhill. Christmas lunch with family and guests. Sainbury's iceburg lettuce purchased yesterday has both mud and live green catopilla. We are big spenders at Christmss on food and drink at Sainbury's but it's not just about money is it. With these standards RIP Sainbury's and happy Christmas all the company directors who serve this up for their customers as they sit down to their Christmas lunch.

Mum was shopping in your store today when some1 stole her handbag ..It had engagement ring which my late dad gave her ..her mobile phone ..glasses ..house keys ..money & cards ..The security guy that sits at door says he looked at cctv but couldn't check it all ? Why ? Plus told that it doesn't cover every aisle. Some1 must have seen something ..? Trudi Torrance

Nice location in the middle of Redhill. Was waiting for a train so popped around for a sandwich. Sandwich was very tasty and wife enjoyed. Lovely clean store. Well worth a visit.

I have eaten at Sainsbury's Redhill restaurant on just two occasions and on both occasions, enjoyed a well-cooked, reasonably priced meal.

Selection is good. Good clothes range too. But the front desk is often unstaffed. When there is someone there, they only seem to be able to remember one thing at a time - they genuinely seem incapable of remembering. That and they have no customer service skills. Any of the fresh breakfast stuff you might want like croissants - don't bother if you do a 9 to 5 job; it's never ready before 9. The checkout staff seem to like shouting to their mates across shoppers too. That kind of bad staff means bad management in my experience.
