I will never order again, I ordered 2 shakes, I got a notification to say one of the shakes was not available, i chose a different one, to be given 1 item. No number to contact and I'm out of pocket

The store’s page says it’s open until 2:45, but I’ve visited a couple of times between 2:15 and 2:30 and was told by staff that they were already closed. It would be helpful if the listed hours were updated to reflect the actual closing time to avoid inconvenience for customers.

Every order comes wrong and there is no contact number to ring and ask for the correct order or replacement happens every order it’s over priced for what you get and you never get what you pay for so there is no point in ordering need a gcse in IT to get through to them and when you do they don’t replace your order either after you’ve spent all that money

The deserts here are amazing! Great location, friendly staff and plenty of room to sit down. Did I say seriously good deserts…. ❤️👌🏻

Amazing Desserts and Great Atmosphere I recently visited Safi’s Desserts, and it was an absolute delight! with a beautifully designed interior that made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sweet treat. The menu had an incredible variety of desserts, from rich and indulgent chocolate treats to light and refreshing gelato. I tried their signature waffle with fresh fruit and Nutella, and it was simply perfection. One dessert you must try is the brownie cookie dough—it’s absolutely delicious! The combination of warm, brownie cookie dough with soft vanilla ice cream. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. Whether you’re a dessert lover or just looking for a great place to enjoy coffee and a sweet treat, I highly recommend

There are plenty of choices for cakes and gelatos. Tried vegan orange chocolate cake, newyork cheese cake and some flavours of gelato. They were excellent. Prices average. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.

Bad service, milkshake arrives without a straw

Crepes had too much egg, coke was okay. Staff are rude and pressure you to order. They make u uncomfortable and stare.

Delicious waffles I ordered many times over here great workers they will help you with any kind of order even if it’s not in the menu. I recommend everyone to come see the shop and show some love.

I always order the Bueno Love Waffle here. It's by far the best waffle I've ever tasted.

I love that they are vegan-friendly. The vegan orange cake was new to me, and it was surprisingly good with a rich flavor. You can really taste the real orange.

Tried them thru uber eats, they are my new favorite treats!

I ordered from Uber Eats, and the majority of the order didn’t come, I tried to contact directly to the dessert place, but there are no ways to contact and resolve problems. No way to call the restaurant, Google messages do not work and no way to contact through Uber eats. The complete lack of customer support is not a pleasant experience. We ordered 2 large milkshakes and a cookie dough, and only the cookie dough came; the cookie dough was an underwhelming dessert. Overall if you have issues with your order, don’t count on them getting sorted.

My favourite was the Strawbana waffle combination, but my friend loved his triple chocolate.

It was the worst cookie dough which I had today. Cookie dough was under cooked and when I asked staff, she didn’t even checked and very rudely replied it is dough so it should be like this. As a baker, I had worked in a Cafe and I know how much it should be cooked. Earlier also I had tried cookie dough from Safi and it was genuinely best but this time it was worst I ever had, also female staff was very rude.

The menu has many delicious options, and the service is always friendly and welcoming.

Will definitely order again! I have to try their signature desserts!

Took my husband for a night dessert. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing and reasonable pricing. We both enjoyed it.

Ordered via Uber eats. Restaurant cancelled the order and said we had called to cancelled when that did NOT happen we had never contacted the restaurant we were gutted that our desserts never came AND we have been charged as they had already started making our food?? When we never even cancelled the order!

I ordered for the first time. It took so long for the delivery to come. The waffle was also a little burnt but they covered with sauce to hide it when I clearly asked for sauce on the side. Very poor service and no consideration given to customer’s requests. The ice cream used for so sugaryy it didnt taste like ice cream at all plus it melted because it reached later. Never ordering again .

Forget my Nutella cookie dough and never answer their phones USELESS AVOID !

Whoever was working tonight at the Mount Pleasant store needs firing. Swore at us as we tried to order and refused to serve us then got our uber eats order wrong as she refused to serve us in store and made us order uber eats, while continuing to serve her friends. Absolute joke of a person and company

One of the few places where the food came fast, warm and enjoyable. They even left us a free treat 🙂would definitely recommend.

The desserts were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the caramel milkshake and the strawberry and Nutella waffle. The only thing is I wish they put a little less Nutella on top other than that everything was amazing

Just what we needed after a long day in Liverpool. We wanted to grab some coffee and cake after 6pm, most cafes were closed but this one was open late so we were able to get what we wanted with really friendly service!

Possibly has the best waffles in all the land, not just waffles but most of their deserts are top class. Cannot fault and would recommend times a million!

Ordered a brownie milkshake the delivery man gave me a kebab with chips.... I got through to him on the phone he siad he would sort out the mistake and of course never did, then I tried to contact sweet and cheese not happening I spent half an hour looking for a number for them finally got one of just eat, I rang about 5 times no answer very very dissatisfied Uber driver name was Badarden Abshir, extremely bad service.
