Buen servicio.

I’m a flat white coffee lover, and whilst even they can be a little inconsistent across the myriad coffee outlets of the world, Sacred’s is the just the best cup of coffee I’ve tasted anywhere. No idea whether it’s the coffee itself, or the proportions of coffee to milk, or the way they froth the milk, but it’s worth the 15 minute walk. Hope they never change a thing.

No Wifi and Bad Customer Service. After going my 2nd time I asked if they had Wifi, as didnt work last time, they said yes and yet again the same thing happened and then they said "it doesnt always work - our manager will fix it soon". Also service was bad as for first 20 seconds standing there I was ignored and staff were talking amongst themselves. I've never left a bad review in my life, and I gave it some time to think about whether I should, I felt a need to do so here just so hopefully they can see and become aware of it.

We went on a rainy day and were able to sit outside which was cool since the usual startbucks we go to doesn’t have any outside sitting area that is not away from rain. The coffee is really smooth and doesn’t have the little bitter taste of coffee. Also they have a good choice of non dairy milk , however with a 50p charge so that’s a bit steep. Service is okay but not outstanding. So a coffee labelled larger which is really the size of Pret A Manger’s and cost £4 which is very expensive I think.

Popped in for a cappuccino to go. Took ages to make, and turned out to be the smallest large capp I’ve ever been served, at a price (and normally I don’t care that much) well over £3.00. I get that this is a hip area, but that feels more like a tourist trap. During my lengthy wait I also had the chance to check out the food prices and they were similarly very steep. £2.20 for what is basically a large biscuit? I don’t think so. There is better value elsewhere in the area, even if you are determined to avoid the chain cafes.

This is the most unkiwi cafe I have ever experienced. Trip advisor advertises it as 'Australian/British'. I think it is a bit confused and does not have a clear sense of identity. Apart from the odd token gesture to kiwiana e.g. cushion, fern print saucer and L & P on the menu, there was nothing kiwi about it. I was looking forward to a proper flat white, what I got was a large mug of milky coffee. Service was not particularly friendly either. I feel they are trying to cash in on the kiwi cafe scene. I suggest they do there homework and work out why they exist so they can create a true identity, purpose and values. Currently it is a mish mash.

Popped in for a coffee and they served the most amazing latte. Had carrot cake and anzac cookie. Excellent service and great food. Loved sitting outside.

We also had a brownie which nice and moist and this is definitely a cool place to come if in that area

Went in for an after dinner drink. The waiter (manager) made several mistakes with our first order and blamed one of our party in front of everyone else. Proved it was the waiter's mistake and no apology. G&T teapots so weak with Gin that we had to take it back, which they then topped up without question. Then a other mistake by the same waiter (failed for 15 mins to bring a drink on the first order) and no apology. As a Londoner, I'm embarrassed at this service.

We were looking for somewhere warm to hide out on a British 'summery' Thursday night and found this place just off Carnaby Street. Friendly and helpful staff and yummy cakes with our hot drinks. Just what we needed!

The staff here to greet me were really friendly and served me the best flat white I have had in London! Location is perfectly placed for a coffee or bite to eat in Soho.

Monumentally rude staff. Contemptuous even. Nothing fresh - drinks were all plastic bottles from Tesco. The iced tea was Nestea decanted into a glass for £3.65. By all means go here, if you want to encourage that attitude to customers. If you don't, don't.

We stopped by here on a Friday night while awaiting a table at nearby Shoryu ramen joint, for a quick drink - or that was the plan!It was a hot evening and the ground level floor opens out onto the terrace, which wasn't particularly busy. We decided to get one of their 'teapot' cocktails - a teapot of G&T, in our case, for two for £15. The downside to being near the terrace, albeit inside is the table next to us who were barely outside the building started smoking, so we had a face full of that. The service charge is included in the bill, and you pay upfront at the bar when you order - I wouldn't normally pay for service before receiving any, and I wouldn't have paid at all had I known how slow it would be.It took a very, very long time for our G&T to appear, by which time we'd missed our dinner table booking. When it did appear it was in a grimy, chipped, mismatched teapot, served into normal coffee cups with a token two ice cubes in each. Needless to say we drank our fairly weak, tepid and poorly presented G&T pretty fast and left. I wouldn't drink here if you actually like good drinks, service or an atmosphere...

Given the location, I was expecting this cafe to be noisy, rushed & uncomfortable but this was absolutely not the case. My colleague & I had good quality paninis, the service was great and it didn't break the bank.

Me and my boyfriend have been here few times already. The place is very lovely and quite. We had good wine and very nice teas. The cheese board was very good! And the dessert were nice as well! I definitely recommend the place!
