Very tired and old building shady manager who runs it aswell don’t trust him!

Seems like some pretty cool cats work in there... also pretty solid vending machine, some might go as far to say the best in NR3. (BIG up the cheese and onion disco suppliers)

Very tired building but has lots of opportunities for all those that visit to learn new stuff 😉

Poor quality building. Don’t be tempted by cheap rent. Stay away

It's quite complicated to find the entrance to the building) finally found it! It's on the Magdalen street, through the arch (see the photo attached).

Appalling all round. The rent is cheap so I was willing to overlook the delapidated state of the place. The staff seemed Friendly and the look of the building wasn't hugely important to me. But since moving in it's been awful. Constant powercuts, toilets broken and blocked, left covered in waste. Kitchen often unusable. Nightmare tenants that rent an office as a place to party constantly. Stinks of weed At the time of writing, there is no power to the building and the front doors are left completely unsecure. No communication from the management to explain any of it. Avoid this place like the plague

Fast efficient COVID and anti body testing lab amongst other things.

Building is an absolute mess so tatty, toilet floors are covered in old mould walls have holes in them, needs some serious work done to it because currently it’s a disgrace!!

Abysmal offices in complete disrepair, lift that breaks and still leaks, leaky roof that pours water out of the walls, damp and mold, no working fire alarm, security door propped open all day, theft in offices and never anyone manning the front desk. May as well set your office up on the street for all the difference it makes.

Sackville Place is improving all the time with upgrades to the premises. Lots of light, amenities are fine, good position in Magdalen St. with cafés, shops close by. All at a reasonable rate.

A building in such disrepair that it is hazardous. Cheap and sometimes cheerful if you can avoid the scammers that set up base there. The water feature that runs through the electrics in the lift is an added, if somewhat unintentional bonus, assuming you see the fun in risking electrocution while navigating the floors.

Great venue for meetings or to rent affordable office space. The staff are helpful and make you feel very welcome

Very affordable office space close to the center of Norwich, the staff are very friendly and do all they can to help. Plenty of parking in the public car park over the road and there are also great views over the city if you can get a top floor office. Recommended for a small business that is starting up.

Always helpful staff on reception, allowing us access to our clients within the building.

Shabby place. No drinks facilities such as vending machines

Great offices, friendly staff. Very affordable office spaces.

Let's hope the redevelopment brings much needed life into this ageing 60's shopping centre.
