AMAZING service from Lil & Laura haven’t seen this sort of service for a long time they are a credit to this Burger King branch that you so much kind regards from the chap from Marbella

No stars went in and ordered burger chips and a drink from the touch screens waited 35 minutes Left without my food to many delivery orders

Lovely little spot to I been with triplets, I been with twins I been solo, where do I begin? (Oh-oh, oh-oh) And to me, you are the star of the show still Even though I found your pretty ass out in Mobile Eat especially with family and deceased relatives, I got the family sharer bargain bucket it was really filling and super tasty!!! Would definitely give it a shot although the back door was a little tasteless :(

Always enjoy eating here, the family enjoy it too. Service & food are amazing. Shame some of the reviews sound like disgruntled ex employees or people thinking they deserve more than they do. To all the staff, keep up the good work & ignore the haters

The employees are very rude. I had been there a few times. They were almost like this before. I didn't care much at the time, but it's very annoying to encounter the same situations every time. I didn't feel welcome at all. The employees seem to be forced to work. They were very unhappy and unwilling. As a Burger King fan, I will never go to this branch. I don't recommend anyone to go.

On the actual door, it says the restaurant/dine in closes at 9:30. We showed up at 8:40. The screens were all set and allowing us to order. Only the man behind the counter says it's "takeaway only" because the "restaurant closes at 9" (despite the sign on the door) and when I pointed out that's 20 minutes away he says yes but we want to clean the room 🤨 Apparently it's a very common occurrence. The staff just can't be bothered to let anyone dine in. Maybe try it if it's midday, who knows though?

Absolutely disgusting behaviour with the staff on new years day around 8:30 I went round drive through and stopped out the front and looked through the window to see if they was open and all I could see is a female and male kissing and all over each other not what you expect to see in a restaurant this needs to be looked into and head office needs to be in contacts to check cctv cause what else could they be doing whilst handling people's food of items we are eating off Also don't trust all the reviews here allot of them are the staff and the owner The food is genuinely okay but cold only decent staff member that works there is wyne

Decided to treat the kiddies to a burger king. Wasn't disappointed. Lovely food good atmosphere helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Will be coming back

I went in and Ordered a BBQ Melt Doritos King Box Meal, absolutely great. I always modify my burgers with a Crispy Chicken Patty added to it, some crispy onion and Bacon aswell, you can modify any Burger however you like and whatever Pattys you like aswell as the Burgers on the Menu is only the base item, make the Burger into how you want it. The Staff are great, I can't say there perfect cause their not, no store is perfect but they try their best, even if it takes a while for food to be made, they only have so much on hold and the rest is being cooked all fresh for you so it takes a but of time for all the food to be ready. It takes longer when people complain all the while as they have to stop and sort the customers out. I understand it never goes right all the time but mistakes can happen and can easily be fixed. The Atmosphere is alright, the store is an old building though so it's understandable, the parking is a nightmare though as cars struggle to park anywhere as only limited spaces, if Asda Fuel Station were up for it they could make a joint car park which expands the possibilities for the store to have more customers in and to expand. The Store should start doing breakfast again aswell as it could draw in alot more customers as the time goes on, who knows, it could happen

Normally if I'm going too be abducted by aliens, they don't normally stop along the way for a takeaway, but it was rather nice, because they are open early morning around 2 ish, soo 'normal' aliens time, had an the new toasted onion chicken Angus meal, the aliens just had fries (didn't have earth money), small car park tho, they found it hard too park

Always come here for lunch as food, the drinks machine has plenty of choice and we enjoyed our food. The festive decorations looked really nice and very festive.

Came here with my husband the other day, had the double smokey bacon whopper, was absolutely lavish. Proper naughty. (asked for extra smoky mayo, looked explosive😍)

Staff very polite and friendly, nice atmosphere, Excellent food, best chilli bites quick service. would highly recommend. Followed dietary needs as requested. Very festive for the kids who loves the hats and santa board.

Standard Burger King fare, parking spaces are limited but decent as far as the chain goes, no real complaints. Coca Cola Freestyle always a bonus.

Very festive! The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the smoked cheddar and bacon angus with fries and chilli bites. The chilli bites were delicious! Rather, small carpark which can let it down.

Love the Christmas decorations, very festive. The kids loved the crowns! Great burger and great service. The loaded fries were a great add on! Always enjoy come here with the kids. Tried the frozen Fanta drinks which were great.

Great place to eat! Had the bbq classic meal with chicken fries which was delicious! Clean and tidy place to eat. Lots of drink choice, had the frozen fanta which was a good change from the fizzy drinks. Definitely visit again.

This restaurant advertises on Just Eat but anytime you try and order anything they cancel your order every time

They are trying to do a lot of work with a small staff. It's a shame for the employees too.

Terrible Please be aware if they have charged you duplicate. i first ordered paid via the app..have been told by the til that they didnt received my money. then i paid via debit card at the til..again the til lady told the money did not go through so i have tried another debit card. ends up i have contacted my banks and confirmed bergerking charded me 3times for the same order.

Good value ready to eat food, that is cooked freshly, so it's hot when you receive it. Served by polite, friendly, engaging staff in a clean environment.

I don't know what's happened to this place, the music is horribly distorted, it feels dirty... That said, the food is still what you would expect from a burger king

I was absolutely disgusted by the incompetence of the workers here. I ordered via Uber eats and was given the complete wrong order. As much as Uber were no help, I’m still absolutely shocked at how badly they messed up my order.

Certain staff members at the counter seem to have serious attitude problems. No wonder it was dead quiet in this BK food is mediocre and it's not friendly or welcoming at all. Drink seemed to be full of cleaning fluid, is it even safe to consume? Won't make mistake of eating here again and suggest others avoid this BK. Pride in customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

Ordered my good at the drive through, was told to park and wait. I waited 20mins l, everyone else that parked in the "waiting area" after me got their food within a couple of minutes. I had to leave to get to the school so never got my food. £10 spent and just got my drink.

Terrible place for eat, I spent more than 30£ the food are horrible, 1 chicken burger are burnt, horrible taste, one burger was done in the microwave I am 100% sure, as I am a chef for more than 15 years, impossible to eat, onion rings are burnt too, all the food very poor quality, for the price, the only good thing is the drinks. Not recommended at all for food. Really disappointed.

A somewhat smallish burger king, however does have a drive through, staff have always been polite.

Ate in, all tables were empty which should of told us something. Waited nearly 20 minutes for our order while looking at the burgers festering on the hot plate. Fries were hot but burgers, if thats what you could call them were tepid at best. Plenty of staff but only 1 seemed to actually be doing any work. Unfortunately dining in orders come behind the drive through and deliveroo.

I ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings and a drink to eat in using the self serve terminal. The food arrived very quickly although I was perplexed at the empty drinking cup. It then dawned on me that I had to make my own drink. It has been a few years since my last visit to Burger King. It took me a while to notice the two red drinks machines on the side wall. I then attempted to use it by moving the metal lever with the cup and being hit with a deluge of ice cubes! To add to the embarrassment a former neighbour of mine was standing close by waiting for his order noticed and commented on my error! After an extra 30 seconds trying to work out which button dispenses Fanta I got there in the end. I got a overwhelmed with this. The onion rings delicious, the ice cube laden cup of Fanta was nice but the Whopper was a little moist and floppy and not as nice as the last one I had.

Unfortunately we had to clean our own tables!. The bins were full to the brim with rubbish!

Me and my Battalion, we're deep in enemy territory and succumb to a rain of enemy fire. We were pinned down. A kind worker offered us shelter as he was a sympathizer with our cause. Thanks to him and the team, Me and my Battalion made it home to our families.

i ordered from this place and they delivered it to another house and when i tried calling the company i didn’t get an answer for 20 minutes straight so i gave up. no food and no refund great.

Haven’t had a Burger King for a while, it arrived on time and was a complete order but my steakhouse chicken burger was awful, over cooked, I binned it. Won’t be using them again.

Food is good but never have anything ready to go, have to wait 15mins each and every time just for a double cheeseburger....

Lovely girl at the till think her name was Franky , VERY polite and VERY good service. she made me and my family feel VERY welcome. she didn’t judge on what we ordered unlike other places. Very good girl.

Calling the store only gets you a message saying voicemail full. Missed half of our delivery order and the drinks that were put on top of the food were hot and the food itself went cold and squashed because of it.

Food was ok and so was service. The restaurant was really busy. Guy from deliveroo was quite rude with staff complaining about been awaiting for a long time but some. So was everyone else. Staff shouldn't take that especially from delivery companies. Food wasn't that great which I was disappointed.

Service is awful, the food was done and getting cold as staff didn't serve it for over 20 minutes. Staff is also disrespectful and annoyed if you have to ask them for anything they forgot to give you in the first place

Drive thru. The lad taking our order was rude and very abrupt, you could hear him sighing, he spoke so fast or was barely understood. The girl who we paid was clearly unhappy she was there and the food delivered to our car, wow she was literally close to tears. Fair to say we won't return!

My loaded fries were cold, I spoke with the lady serving, she said she would re-heat. Then gave me a new serving, which was also cold.

Better than it used to be . It was a cold and uninviting place to go to eat inside but is now a warm and comfortable eatery . Burgers are top of the shelf . Staff could be a bit more concerned about the customer though and I realise this has to be but all the delivery people getting takeouts for customers can be annoying and in the way .

A tiny BK on Norwich ring road with an old fashioned diner feeling. Classic BBQ smell as we entered. Food was fine, but the service was joyless. I got confused by the self service drinks machine, no instructions, and ended up with a different flavoured drink to the one expected! I didn't know so many flavours existed!:))

By far the freshest burgers of the popular high Street restaurants. Lack of parking let's it down, making it slightly off putting at peak times when you wish to park there.

4.69 for loaded fries in the smallest box ever. Not much cheese sauce or bacon. Food was cold. Coffee was half full. Asked for chilli sauce 30p extra. Not happy with this.

Poor experience though the drive thru.. Food was cold - we live less than 5mins from the store. My sprite was brown in colour - must of had had coke mixed in to it. Staff were nice and polite. Please stop serving up cold food!

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered 4 meals and 20 nuggets for the family. They mistakenly put through a royale as a topper but as I couldn’t prove it I had to buy an additional topper. This took a while to put together leaving me at the counter with my family out in the car eating the right food. Only to find out when I returned to the car with the royale that the 20 nuggets we ordered had been given to us as 20 chilli cheese bites. Had to go back into the restaurant to change them and was waiting an age again before I heard front counter staff having a conversation along the line of “have you got those 20 nuggets for XX yet? - I didn’t know we needed 20 nuggets? - Yes XX asked for them - well they never asked me for them.” It then proceeded to take another good five minute to get the nuggets. To add to this the two drinks from the drinks fountain tasted absolutely disgusting. Like there was little to no syrup in the mix and just carbonated water. Overall terrible experience and not the first time I’ve had issues with the branch. Looks like it’s time to commit to the competitors in close proximity for both efficiency and accuracy

Staff in store were really good shame about the delivery drivers who seem to steal food. Ordered online for home delivery and after 1 and a half hours and being given false contact for my delivery driver had to go to store to hand collect

Half the order was missing (an entire meals worth) . It's impossible to get in touch with anyone to resolve the problem.

The current range of burgers is very tasty, as is the range of sauces. The Burgers are very tasty and the chips are better than their main rival. The young lady who served us was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The loaded fries are excellent.
