Was a really nice experience for me and the wife, orders on the kiosk but had difficulty because you know how it is for us old folk, but Harry helped us with the kiosk order and helped us get a discount on the app because off the two whoppers for 10.99

Cost almost £40 asked for TWO double wopper meals , and was normal wopper meal asked for loaded fries , got normal fries, 1 lot fries were missing, asked for cheese burger, that was also missing, chilli cheese bites was a box of 20 , we only got 14 , spoilt the meal , was over charged, totally crap , can't even answer their bloody phone either to complain

Parking is difficult for larger vehicles. We ordered at the till, and they still got the order wrong. Staff don't listen properly and are too busy standing around chatting, no care given to customers orders . We paid over £35.00 for a terrible service. Won't visit again.

All the time to much wait for food and special weekend after let night delivery driver waiting out side in cold weather staff was doing gossip in store they are not allowed driver inside for taking delivery. Staff behavior also rude .they always closed window while delivery driver standing outside.

Decided to treat the family to a burger king. Wasn't disappointed. Lovely food good atmosphere helpful and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the sides on offer.Would highly recommend. Will be coming back

Missing a burger from my small order. I was 20 minutes away from restraunt once I noticed. Online help are no help either. They told me they'd give a voucher and then stopped replying. The layout is awful. I wouldn't be in any rush to return

Clean and tidy place to eat. Lots of drink choice, had the frozen fanta which was a good change. The Peppercorn Angus is back which is one of my favourites burgers of all time! Amazing

Great place to eat with the family. Plenty of drink choice and there is something for everyone! The kids love the nuggets and we love the Angus range! Staff helpful and friendly.

came here the other day with my husband and kids, ordered the new peppercorn angus, was absolutely lavish. kids loved scranning on the hot exquisite nuggets you get in the kids meals. would 100% recommend eating here. would also recommend the crispy chickenn🔥🔥🔥fiyah

The employees are very rude. I had been there a few times. They were almost like this before. I didn't care much at the time, but it's very annoying to encounter the same situations every time. I didn't feel welcome at all. The employees seem to be forced to work. They were very unhappy and unwilling. As a Burger King fan, I will never go to this branch. I don't recommend anyone to go.

On the actual door, it says the restaurant/dine in closes at 9:30. We showed up at 8:40. The screens were all set and allowing us to order. Only the man behind the counter says it's "takeaway only" because the "restaurant closes at 9" (despite the sign on the door) and when I pointed out that's 20 minutes away he says yes but we want to clean the room 🤨 Apparently it's a very common occurrence. The staff just can't be bothered to let anyone dine in. Maybe try it if it's midday, who knows though?

Absolutely disgusting behaviour with the staff on new years day around 8:30 I went round drive through and stopped out the front and looked through the window to see if they was open and all I could see is a female and male kissing and all over each other not what you expect to see in a restaurant this needs to be looked into and head office needs to be in contacts to check cctv cause what else could they be doing whilst handling people's food of items we are eating off Also don't trust all the reviews here allot of them are the staff and the owner The food is genuinely okay but cold only decent staff member that works there is wyne

I went in and Ordered a BBQ Melt Doritos King Box Meal, absolutely great. I always modify my burgers with a Crispy Chicken Patty added to it, some crispy onion and Bacon aswell, you can modify any Burger however you like and whatever Pattys you like aswell as the Burgers on the Menu is only the base item, make the Burger into how you want it. The Staff are great, I can't say there perfect cause their not, no store is perfect but they try their best, even if it takes a while for food to be made, they only have so much on hold and the rest is being cooked all fresh for you so it takes a but of time for all the food to be ready. It takes longer when people complain all the while as they have to stop and sort the customers out. I understand it never goes right all the time but mistakes can happen and can easily be fixed. The Atmosphere is alright, the store is an old building though so it's understandable, the parking is a nightmare though as cars struggle to park anywhere as only limited spaces, if Asda Fuel Station were up for it they could make a joint car park which expands the possibilities for the store to have more customers in and to expand. The Store should start doing breakfast again aswell as it could draw in alot more customers as the time goes on, who knows, it could happen

Standard Burger King fare, parking spaces are limited but decent as far as the chain goes, no real complaints. Coca Cola Freestyle always a bonus.

This restaurant advertises on Just Eat but anytime you try and order anything they cancel your order every time

They are trying to do a lot of work with a small staff. It's a shame for the employees too.

Terrible Please be aware if they have charged you duplicate. i first ordered paid via the app..have been told by the til that they didnt received my money. then i paid via debit card at the til..again the til lady told the money did not go through so i have tried another debit card. ends up i have contacted my banks and confirmed bergerking charded me 3times for the same order.

Good value ready to eat food, that is cooked freshly, so it's hot when you receive it. Served by polite, friendly, engaging staff in a clean environment.

I don't know what's happened to this place, the music is horribly distorted, it feels dirty... That said, the food is still what you would expect from a burger king

I was absolutely disgusted by the incompetence of the workers here. I ordered via Uber eats and was given the complete wrong order. As much as Uber were no help, I’m still absolutely shocked at how badly they messed up my order.

Certain staff members at the counter seem to have serious attitude problems. No wonder it was dead quiet in this BK food is mediocre and it's not friendly or welcoming at all. Drink seemed to be full of cleaning fluid, is it even safe to consume? Won't make mistake of eating here again and suggest others avoid this BK. Pride in customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

Ordered my good at the drive through, was told to park and wait. I waited 20mins l, everyone else that parked in the "waiting area" after me got their food within a couple of minutes. I had to leave to get to the school so never got my food. £10 spent and just got my drink.

Terrible place for eat, I spent more than 30£ the food are horrible, 1 chicken burger are burnt, horrible taste, one burger was done in the microwave I am 100% sure, as I am a chef for more than 15 years, impossible to eat, onion rings are burnt too, all the food very poor quality, for the price, the only good thing is the drinks. Not recommended at all for food. Really disappointed.

A somewhat smallish burger king, however does have a drive through, staff have always been polite.

Sometimes I am wondering there is no 0 star option. Because even one star is more for this place. Specifically staff, short lady I haven't seen such a horrible one.

Ate in, all tables were empty which should of told us something. Waited nearly 20 minutes for our order while looking at the burgers festering on the hot plate. Fries were hot but burgers, if thats what you could call them were tepid at best. Plenty of staff but only 1 seemed to actually be doing any work. Unfortunately dining in orders come behind the drive through and deliveroo.

I ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings and a drink to eat in using the self serve terminal. The food arrived very quickly although I was perplexed at the empty drinking cup. It then dawned on me that I had to make my own drink. It has been a few years since my last visit to Burger King. It took me a while to notice the two red drinks machines on the side wall. I then attempted to use it by moving the metal lever with the cup and being hit with a deluge of ice cubes! To add to the embarrassment a former neighbour of mine was standing close by waiting for his order noticed and commented on my error! After an extra 30 seconds trying to work out which button dispenses Fanta I got there in the end. I got a overwhelmed with this. The onion rings delicious, the ice cube laden cup of Fanta was nice but the Whopper was a little moist and floppy and not as nice as the last one I had.

Unfortunately we had to clean our own tables!. The bins were full to the brim with rubbish!

Not exactly 'fast food', but it's BK, what are you expecting? It fills a hole in an emergency.

Me and my Battalion, we're deep in enemy territory and succumb to a rain of enemy fire. We were pinned down. A kind worker offered us shelter as he was a sympathizer with our cause. Thanks to him and the team, Me and my Battalion made it home to our families.

i ordered from this place and they delivered it to another house and when i tried calling the company i didn’t get an answer for 20 minutes straight so i gave up. no food and no refund great.

Haven’t had a Burger King for a while, it arrived on time and was a complete order but my steakhouse chicken burger was awful, over cooked, I binned it. Won’t be using them again.

Lovely girl at the till think her name was Franky , VERY polite and VERY good service. she made me and my family feel VERY welcome. she didn’t judge on what we ordered unlike other places. Very good girl.

Calling the store only gets you a message saying voicemail full. Missed half of our delivery order and the drinks that were put on top of the food were hot and the food itself went cold and squashed because of it.

Food was ok and so was service. The restaurant was really busy. Guy from deliveroo was quite rude with staff complaining about been awaiting for a long time but some. So was everyone else. Staff shouldn't take that especially from delivery companies. Food wasn't that great which I was disappointed.

Drive thru. The lad taking our order was rude and very abrupt, you could hear him sighing, he spoke so fast or was barely understood. The girl who we paid was clearly unhappy she was there and the food delivered to our car, wow she was literally close to tears. Fair to say we won't return!

A tiny BK on Norwich ring road with an old fashioned diner feeling. Classic BBQ smell as we entered. Food was fine, but the service was joyless. I got confused by the self service drinks machine, no instructions, and ended up with a different flavoured drink to the one expected! I didn't know so many flavours existed!:))

My loaded fries were cold, I spoke with the lady serving, she said she would re-heat. Then gave me a new serving, which was also cold.

Better than it used to be . It was a cold and uninviting place to go to eat inside but is now a warm and comfortable eatery . Burgers are top of the shelf . Staff could be a bit more concerned about the customer though and I realise this has to be but all the delivery people getting takeouts for customers can be annoying and in the way .
