The staff here are very friendly and they are not afraid to take extra care when making the drinks. The seating area is also big enough to deal with the capacity of people throughout most of the day. However, the drinks are obviously very basic as it’s just a normal Costa coffee, so I would only come here if I had nowhere else to go. The chain is also part of ODEON, so they don’t allow you to redeem any rewards here.

Parmenter Rd, Norwich, NR4 7DH, United KingdomI have been coming here for years , but different chefs there tonight. My large cod was 75% raw fish. Chips congealed- so disappointing. I won't use them again for fish & chips. Threw away in some bushes perhaps the foxes will enjoy. Perhaps they should serve sushi? I will try them for perhaps Thai food which is also offered.

12 St Georges StreetThis was a lovely cafe in the middle of Norwich with very friendly staff who made a sunny Sunday afternoon all the better. Brilliant range of food and good stuff. Would highly recommend.
